1. when oil leaks from the transformer main body, oil falls downwards onto the recycling plastic film in the conical guide plate, the elastic connecting rod drives the second oil sensing switch to be in surrounding contact with the side wall of the upper end edge of the recycling plastic film, so that the second oil sensing switch at the corresponding position is in contact with the oil to generate induction, the electric guide rail starts to drive the lifting frame to move downwards, the inclined strip-shaped cotton sheets distributed on the lifting frame in a surrounding manner are abutted against the outer shell of the transformer main body and slide downwards along the outer shell of the transformer main body, when the strip-shaped cotton sheets at the corresponding position are in contact with the oil leaking position of the outer wall of the transformer main body in the sliding process, the leaked oil and water quickly permeate onto the strip-shaped cotton sheets due to the oil absorption characteristic of the material of the strip-shaped cotton sheets, and the first oil sensing switch in the strip-shaped cotton sheets is in contact to, the small suction pump is started, the attached oil leakage position is sucked through the suction hole, leaked oil is sucked away, and the phenomenon that the oil continuously flows along the outer wall of the transformer main body to erode and pollute other parts is avoided;

2. according to the invention, when the second oil liquid induction switch or the third oil liquid induction switch contacts leaked oil liquid, induction is generated, so that an air pump is started, the air pump inflates the annular air bag through the connecting air bag pipe, after inflation, the connecting air bag pipe props the annular air bag out of the annular accommodating groove body, the position of the transformer main body is encircled by the annular air bag, and the position of the transformer main body is separated from the external position, so that the leakage transformer main body is prevented from being damaged by too close to the external pedestrian, and when the annular air bag is propped open, the magnet column generates magnetic attraction to the iron sleeve in the connecting sleeve, so that the iron sleeve slides downwards to be sleeved on the magnet column, the positioning rod is fixedly butted with the annular air bag, and the stability of the annular air bag is ensured;

3. according to the invention, oil liquid flowing along the inner wall of the conical guide plate is prevented from contacting the inner wall of the conical guide plate due to the existence of the recovery plastic film, and the bottom cylinder is directly rotated downwards to disassemble and connect the bottom cylinder when the oil liquid is recovered and treated.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1-7, the present invention provides a technical solution: a fixed-point absorption type transformer leakage processor comprises a transformer main body 1, an outer cover body 4 and a supporting bottom plate 43, wherein the transformer main body 1 is arranged right above the supporting bottom plate 43, the upper sides of the left and right ends of the supporting bottom plate 43 are vertically and fixedly connected with electric telescopic rods 2, the outer cover body 4 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the electric telescopic rods 2, supporting columns 54 are vertically and fixedly connected between the lower end of the transformer main body 1 and the supporting bottom plate 43, the supporting columns 54 are paired left and right, meanwhile, the outer cover body 4 covers the transformer main body 1, the lower side of the transformer main body 1 is provided with an anti-diffusion recovery mechanism 3, the anti-diffusion recovery mechanism 3 comprises a conical guide plate 30, a threaded bottom pipe 33, a connecting bottom cylinder 34, a clamping plate 38, a recovery plastic film 29, a strip-shaped embedding groove 40 and an elastic pressure rod 31, the conical guide plate, the upper end of the common telescopic rod 41 is horizontally and fixedly connected with a cross rod 53, the tail end of the cross rod 53 is fixedly connected with the conical guide plate 30, a fixing bolt 42 is connected to the side wall of the fixed end of the common telescopic rod 41 in a penetrating mode through threaded fit, and after the common telescopic rod 41 extends upwards to support the conical guide plate 30, the fixing bolt 42 is screwed up in a rotating mode, so that the length of the common telescopic rod 41 is fixed; the threaded bottom tube 33 is vertically and fixedly connected at the lower end position of the conical guide plate 30, the connecting bottom barrel 34 is penetrated and connected in the threaded bottom tube 33 through threaded fit, the left and right sides of the outer wall of the lower end of the connecting bottom barrel 34 are horizontally provided with bar-shaped sliding grooves 37 in pairs, the clamping plate 38 is vertically and slidably connected at the bar-shaped sliding grooves 37 through the sliding block, the middle position of the bottom of the connecting bottom barrel 34 is provided with a through hole 36, the recycling plastic film 29 is attached and laid in the conical guide plate 30, meanwhile, the middle position of the recycling plastic film 29 is concavely attached in the, the bottom of the recycling plastic film 29 passes through the through hole 36, a snap fastener 39 is fixedly connected between the lower end heads of the left and right clamping plates 38, after the central position of the recycling plastic film 29 passes through the through hole 36, the clamping plates 38 at the left side and the right side are slid together along the strip-shaped sliding groove 37, thereby clamping the part of the recycled plastic film 29 passing through the through hole 36, and fixedly connecting the clamping plates 38 at the left side and the right side through snap fasteners 39; the inner side wall of the conical guide plate 30 close to the upper end position is provided with compression bolts 26 at equal intervals in a surrounding mode, when the recovery plastic film 29 is attached to the conical guide plate 30, the compression bolts 26 are installed on the conical guide plate 30, and the upper end edge of the recovery plastic film 29 is compressed; the strip-shaped embedding grooves 40 are arranged on the inner wall of the conical guide plate 30, the strip-shaped embedding grooves 40 are distributed around the conical guide plate 30 at equal intervals, the elastic pressure rods 31 are distributed at the bottom of the transformer body 1 in a surrounding manner, the tail ends of the elastic pressure rods 31 are obliquely pressed in the strip-shaped embedding grooves 40, when oil leaks from the transformer body 1, oil falls into the conical guide plate 30 along the outer wall of the transformer body 1 and flows into the connecting bottom cylinder 34 at the bottom along the inner wall of the conical guide plate 30, due to the existence of the recovered plastic film 29, the oil is prevented from contacting the inner wall of the conical guide plate 30, when the oil is required to be cleaned, the connecting bottom cylinder 34 is directly rotated downwards to be disassembled, and in the rotating process of the connecting bottom cylinder 34, as the part of the recovered plastic film 29 penetrating through the through hole 36 at the bottom is fixedly clamped by the clamping plate 38, the recovered plastic film 29 part connected with the inner side of the bottom cylinder 34 is twisted, the edge part of the recovery plastic film 29 fixed by the compression bolt 26 is directly broken, the recovery plastic film 29 is pressed in the strip-shaped embedding groove 40 by the tail end of the elastic compression bar 31 distributed in a surrounding way, the part of the recovery plastic film 29 attached to the conical guide plate 30 is limited, the recovery plastic film 29 in the connecting bottom cylinder 34 is conveniently pulled to be wound, finally the recovery plastic film 29 is completely twisted and wound, the oil on the inner side is prevented from being spilled, then the recovery plastic film 29 is taken away, and meanwhile, the conical guide plate 30 and the connecting bottom cylinder 34 are not required to be cleaned; a fixed point absorption mechanism 22 is arranged on the supporting column 54, the fixed point absorption mechanism 22 comprises an electric guide rail 23, a sliding frame 17, a small suction pump 18, a strip-shaped cotton piece 20, an elastic rubber tube 45, a suction hole 46, a first oil liquid induction switch 47, a lifting frame 19, an elastic connecting rod 24 and a second oil liquid induction switch 25, the electric guide rail 23 is vertically and fixedly connected to the supporting column 54, the sliding frame 17 is vertically and slidably connected to the electric guide rail 23, the lifting frame 19 is horizontally and fixedly connected to the upper end of the sliding frame 17, the lifting frame 19 is sleeved on the upper end of the shell of the transformer main body 1, the small suction pump 18 is fixedly connected to each edge position of the lifting frame 19 at equal intervals, a storage box 44 is fixedly connected to the oil discharge end of the small suction pump 18, the strip-shaped cotton pieces 20 are distributed at equal intervals along the edge of the lifting frame 19, each strip-shaped cotton, the tail end of the elastic rubber tube 45 is correspondingly and fixedly communicated with an oil suction port of the small-sized suction pump 18 at the position, the suction holes 46 are arranged at equal intervals along the elastic rubber tube 45, the first oil liquid induction switches 47 are fixedly arranged at equal intervals along the elastic rubber tube 45, the first oil liquid induction switches 47 are distributed at intervals between the adjacent suction holes 46, the first oil liquid induction switches 47 are electrically connected with a starting control circuit of the small-sized suction pump 18 and a power-off control circuit of the electric guide rail 23, the elastic connecting rods 24 are densely distributed at the lower end edge position of the transformer main body 1 in a surrounding manner, the second oil liquid induction switches 25 are fixedly arranged at the tail end of the elastic connecting rods 24, all the second oil liquid induction switches 25 are abutted against the upper end edge position of the recycling plastic film 29, the second oil liquid induction switches 25 are electrically connected with a downlink control circuit of the electric guide rail 23, when oil leaks from the transformer main body 1, the oil liquid flows along the recycling plastic film 29 laid on the inner side, the elastic connecting rod 24 drives the second oil liquid inductive switch 25 to surround and contact the side wall of the upper end edge of the recycling plastic film 29, so that the second oil liquid inductive switch 25 at the corresponding position contacts the oil liquid to generate induction, the electric guide rail 23 drives the lifting frame 19 to move downwards, the inclined strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 distributed on the lifting frame 19 in a surrounding way are abutted to the shell of the transformer main body 1 in the downward moving process of the lifting frame 19, the elastic rubber tube 45 is extruded when the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 are extruded on the shell of the transformer main body 1, and resilience force is generated, so that the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 are kept in contact with the shell of the transformer main body 1, and the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 slide downwards along the shell of the transformer main body 1 as the electric guide rail 23 drives the sliding frame 17 to move downwards, when the strip-shaped cotton piece 20 at the corresponding position contacts the oil leakage position of the outer wall of the transformer main body 1 in the gliding process, due to the characteristic that the material of the strip-shaped cotton piece 20 absorbs oil, leaked oil and water quickly permeates into the strip-shaped cotton piece 20, so that the first oil sensing switch 47 in the strip-shaped cotton piece 20 is contacted to generate induction, the electric guide rail 23 is stopped, namely the lifting frame 19 is stopped at the leakage position, meanwhile, the first oil sensing switch 47 enables the small suction pump 18 to be started, so that the suction holes 46 distributed on the elastic rubber tube 45 suck the adhered oil leakage position, the leaked oil is sucked away and led into the storage box 44, and the phenomenon that the oil continuously flows along the outer wall of the transformer main body 1 to erode and pollute other parts is avoided; an inflation separation mechanism 16 is arranged on the outer side of the lower end of the outer cover body 4, the inflation separation mechanism 16 comprises an annular accommodating groove body 12, an annular air bag 13, a connecting air bag pipe 48, an air pump 11, a connecting sleeve 49, an iron sleeve 51, a magnet post 15 and a positioning rod 14, the annular accommodating groove body 12 is arranged on the outer wall of the lower end of the outer cover body 4 in a surrounding mode, the annular air bag 13 is arranged in the annular accommodating groove body 12, the connecting air bag pipe 48 is fixedly connected between the annular air bag 13 and the inner wall of the annular accommodating groove body 12, the connecting air bag pipe 48 is distributed around the inner ring of the annular air bag 13 at equal intervals, meanwhile, the connecting air bag pipe 48 is communicated with the annular air bag 13, the air pump 11 is fixedly connected on the outer wall of the upper side of the annular accommodating groove body 12, the air port of the air pump 11 is communicated with the connecting air, and a spring 50 is vertically and fixedly connected between the upper end of the iron sleeve 51 and the inner wall of the upper end of the connecting sleeve 49, the positioning rod 14 is vertically and fixedly connected at the front, back, left and right positions of the supporting bottom plate 43, the magnet post 15 is fixedly connected at the upper end of the positioning rod 14, the start control circuit of the air pump 11 is electrically connected with the second oil liquid inductive switch 25, the bottom of the transformer main body 1 is horizontally and fixedly connected with a connecting screen plate 27 through a rod body, the upper end surface of the connecting screen plate 27 is uniformly distributed with third oil liquid inductive switches 28 which are also electrically connected with the start control circuit of the air pump 11, when the side wall or the bottom of the transformer main body 1 leaks, the second oil liquid inductive switch 25 or the third oil liquid inductive switch 28 is contacted to generate induction, so that the air pump 11 is started, the air pump 11 is communicated with the connecting air bag pipe, the connecting air bag pipe 48 is inflated to form a transverse pipe, the annular air bag 13 is supported out of the annular accommodating groove body 12, so that the position of the transformer main body 1 is encircled by the annular air bag 13, the position of the transformer main body 1 is separated from the external position, the transformer main body 1 which is damaged and leaked due to too close to the transformer when external pedestrians pass is avoided, and when the annular air bag 13 is expanded, the connecting sleeve 49 on the annular air bag 13 is aligned with the magnet columns 15 at all positions in an up-down mode, so that the magnet columns 15 generate magnetic attraction to the iron sleeve 51 in the connecting sleeve 49, the iron sleeve 51 is sleeved on the magnet columns 15 in a sliding mode, the positioning rod 14 is fixedly butted with the annular air bag 13, and the stability of the annular air bag 13 is guaranteed; the outer wall of the outer cover body 4 is fixedly provided with a solar cell panel 21, and the solar cell panel 21 supplies power for all electric appliances of the whole device.

The middle position of the upper end face of the supporting bottom plate 43 is fixedly connected with a fixed box 55, the inner side of the fixed box 55 is embedded with a movable box 56, the edge position of the upper end of the movable box 56 is provided with a convex handle 57, when the recycling plastic film 29 is drawn out from the conical guide plate 30, the recycling plastic film 29 is directly lost in the movable box 56 for temporary storage, and the movable box 56 is taken out for processing after a new recycling plastic film 29 is replaced.

The tail end of the elastic pressure rod 31 is fixedly connected with a convex ball 32, and the convex ball 32 facilitates the relative sliding between the tail end of the elastic pressure rod 31 and the recovery plastic film 29

The top outside fixed mounting of dustcoat body 4 has flash light 9, fixed mounting has signal transmitter 10 on the flash light 9, flash light 9 and signal transmitter 10 all are connected with second fluid inductive switch 25 and third fluid inductive switch 28 electricity, when second fluid inductive switch 25 or third fluid inductive switch 28 contact fluid and produce the response, second fluid inductive switch 25 or third fluid inductive switch 28 just make the operation of flash light 9, the pedestrian of suggestion crossing, make signal transmitter 10 operation transmission rescue signal to the backstage of setting simultaneously, make things convenient for the maintenance personal in time to arrive and overhaul.

A processing method of a fixed-point absorption type transformer leakage processor comprises the following specific steps:

firstly, when oil leaks from the transformer main body 1 and oil drops into the conical guide plate 30 along the outer wall of the transformer main body 1, the oil flows along the recovery plastic film 29 laid on the inner side, and the elastic connecting rod 24 drives the second oil sensing switch 25 to be in surrounding contact with the side wall of the upper end edge of the recovery plastic film 29, so that the second oil sensing switch 25 at the corresponding position is in contact with the oil to generate induction, and the electric guide rail 23 starts to drive the lifting frame 19 to move downwards;

secondly, in the process that the lifting frame 19 moves downwards, the inclined strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 distributed on the lifting frame 19 in a surrounding way are abutted against the shell of the transformer main body 1, because the elastic rubber tube 45 is supported in the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20, when the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 are extruded on the shell of the transformer main body 1, the elastic rubber tube 45 is extruded and generates resilience force, so that the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 are kept in contact with the shell of the transformer main body 1, and the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 slide downwards along the shell of the transformer main body 1 along with the driving of the electric guide rail 23 to drive the sliding frame 17 to move downwards, when the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 at corresponding positions are contacted with the oil leakage position on the outer wall of the transformer main body 1 in the process of sliding downwards, the leaked oil and water quickly permeate into the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 due to the characteristic that the material of the strip-shaped cotton sheets 20 absorbs oil, so that the, namely, the lifting frame 19 is stopped at the leakage position, and the first oil liquid inductive switch 47 enables the small-sized suction pump 18 to be started, so that the suction holes 46 distributed on the elastic rubber tube 45 suck the adhered oil liquid leakage position, the leaked oil liquid is sucked away and guided into the storage box 44, and the phenomenon that the oil liquid continuously flows along the outer wall of the transformer main body 1 to erode and pollute other parts is avoided;

in the third step, when the second oil-liquid inductive switch 25 or the third oil-liquid inductive switch 28 contacts with the leaked oil, induction is generated, so that the air pump 11 is started, the air pump 11 is communicated with the connecting air bag pipe 48, the connecting air bag pipe 48 introduces air into the annular air bag 13, the annular air bag 13 is inflated and expanded, the connecting air bag pipe 48 is inflated to form a transverse pipe, the annular air bag 13 is supported out of the annular accommodating groove body 12, so that the position of the transformer main body 1 is encircled by the annular air bag 13, the position of the transformer main body 1 is separated from the external position, the phenomenon that the external pedestrian approaches the transformer main body 1 with leakage when passing is avoided, and when the annular air bag 13 is expanded, the connecting sleeve 49 on the annular air bag 13 is exactly aligned with the magnet columns 15 at all positions up and down, so that the magnet columns 15 generate magnetic attraction to the iron sleeves 51 in the connecting sleeve 49, thus, the iron sleeve 51 is sleeved on the magnet post 15 in a sliding manner, so that the positioning rod 14 is fixedly butted with the annular air bag 13, and the stability of the annular air bag 13 is ensured;

fourthly, the oil flowing along the inner wall of the conical guide plate 30 flows into the connecting bottom cylinder 34 at the bottom, because of the existence of the recycling plastic film 29, the oil is prevented from contacting the inner wall of the conical guide plate 30, when the oil is required to be cleaned, the connecting bottom cylinder 34 is directly rotated downwards to be disassembled, in the rotating process of the connecting bottom cylinder 34, because the part of the bottom of the recycling plastic film 29 penetrating through the through hole 36 is fixedly clamped by the clamping plate 38, the recycling plastic film 29 part connected with the inner side of the bottom cylinder 34 is twisted and rolled up, and the recycling plastic film 29 part attached with the inner wall of the conical guide plate 30 is gradually rolled and pulled, the edge part of the recycling plastic film 29 fixed by the compression bolt 26 is directly crushed, the tail end of the elastic compression bar 31 distributed in the strip-shaped embedding groove 40 presses the recycling plastic film 29 to limit the recycling plastic film 29 part attached with the conical guide plate 30, so as to conveniently pull the recycling plastic film 29 attached with the connecting, finally, the recovery plastic film 29 is completely twisted and rolled, so that the oil on the inner side is prevented from being spilled, and then the recovery plastic film 29 is taken away without cleaning the conical guide plate 30 and the connecting bottom cylinder 34.
