The silicone grease automatic extrusion device according to claim 4, wherein the connection bracket comprises an adapter plate and connection rods arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the adapter plate, the bottom ends of the connection rods are connected with the filter screen, and the adapter plate is connected with the drive unit.

10. A method for squeezing silicone oil using the automatic silicone oil squeezing device according to any one of claims 1 to 9, comprising the steps of:

the driving unit drives the filter screen unit to move towards the direction close to the silicone grease container;

when the filter screen unit contacts the surface of the silicone grease, the filter screen unit moves in a uniform motion mode, so that the silicone grease in the silicone grease container uniformly penetrates through the filter screen unit;

when the filter screen unit moves to the bottom of the silicone oil container, the driving unit drives the filter screen unit to move towards a direction far away from the silicone oil container.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of air conditioner production lines, in particular to an automatic silicone grease extruding device and method.

Background

When the pre-installation part is replaced aiming at air conditioner production, the moving mechanism is involved, and silicone grease is needed to be coated on the matching surface of the part. The silicone oil is generally packed in 600ml barrels and is in a semi-solid and semi-liquid state. During production, operators need to dip the semi-solid and semi-liquid silicone grease on the surface of parts by using a brush for lubrication. Due to the semi-solid and semi-liquid characteristics of the silicone oil, the phenomena of agglomeration and uneven smearing are easy to occur when an operator brushes the oil, and further the moving mechanism is not smooth and the card reporting stopping fault occurs; in addition, the caked silicone grease will slowly dissolve over time and flow onto the wall, which causes inconvenience to the customer and thus a poor user experience.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides an automatic silicone grease extruding device and method, which are used for automatically extruding silicone grease and improving the uniformity of smearing the silicone grease.

According to a first aspect of the invention, the invention provides an automatic squeezing device for silicone grease, which comprises a filter screen unit and a driving unit, wherein the filter screen unit is connected with the driving unit, and the filter screen unit moves towards a direction close to or far away from a silicone grease container under the driving of the driving unit.

In some embodiments, the filter unit includes a filter having a diameter smaller than an inner diameter of the silicone oil container.

In some embodiments, the filter screen is a stainless steel filter screen with a mesh size of 80-100.

In some embodiments, the filter screen unit further includes a connection bracket, and two ends of the connection bracket are respectively connected to the filter screen and the driving unit.

In some embodiments, the connection bracket includes an adapter plate and connection rods arranged at intervals along the circumference of the adapter plate, the bottom ends of the connection rods are connected to the filter screen, and the adapter plate is connected to the driving unit.

In some embodiments, the driving unit includes a cylinder, and a connecting rod of the cylinder is connected to an upper end of the filter screen unit, and the connecting rod extends or retracts in the cylinder to drive the filter screen unit to move towards or away from the silicone oil container.

In some embodiments, the driving unit further includes a photosensitive element disposed on the cylinder and a controller electrically connected to the cylinder, the photosensitive element is in signal connection with the controller, and when the controller receives a signal from the photosensitive element, the controller retracts the connecting rod in the cylinder to move the filter screen unit away from the silicone oil container.

In some embodiments, the grease pump further comprises a base for supporting the silicone grease container and a support frame arranged on the base, and the cylinder is fixed on the support frame.

In some embodiments, the filter screen moves in a uniform motion while contacting the surface of the silicone grease.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for extruding silicone oil using the above automatic silicone oil extruding apparatus, comprising the steps of:

the driving unit drives the filter screen unit to move towards the direction close to the silicone grease container;

when the filter screen unit contacts the surface of the silicone grease, the filter screen unit moves in a uniform motion mode, so that the silicone grease in the silicone grease container uniformly penetrates through the filter screen unit;

when the filter screen unit moves to the bottom of the silicone oil container, the driving unit drives the filter screen unit to move towards a direction far away from the silicone oil container.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that,

(1) when the filter screen unit moves towards the direction close to the silicone grease container and contacts with the silicone grease, the semi-solid and semi-liquid silicone grease can be extruded, and the extruded silicone grease can permeate through the filter screen unit and float on the upper surface of the filter screen unit, so that automatic oil outlet of the silicone grease filtering is realized.

(2) The extruded silicone grease is in a uniform and fine liquid state, so that the silicone grease is convenient for operators to take and use, and the labor intensity of manual extrusion of the operators and the influence of uncertain factors are reduced; the extruded silicone grease is uniform and fine liquid, so that when an operator coats the silicone grease on other motion mechanisms, the phenomenon of nonuniform coating and the phenomenon of coating agglomerated silicone grease on parts can be avoided, and the smooth motion of the motion mechanism to be lubricated is ensured; simultaneously because what operating personnel took is even liquid silicone grease, consequently the silicone grease that can not appear combining on the motion to user experience has been improved, consequently can reduce the human cost, promote air conditioner product quality, and reduce after-sale risk.

The invention will be further explained with reference to the drawings.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic silicone oil extruding device capable of preventing silicone oil from being agglomerated and capable of automatically extruding silicone oil to facilitate taking of silicone oil. Specifically, the automatic squeezing device for silicone grease oil comprises a filter screen unit 1 and a driving unit 2, wherein the filter screen unit 1 is connected with the driving unit 2, the filter screen unit 1 moves towards a direction close to or far away from a silicone grease oil container 3 under the driving of the driving unit 2, and the silicone grease oil in a semi-solid semi-liquid state is contained in the silicone grease oil container 3.

Further, filter screen unit 1 includes filter screen 11, as shown in fig. 4, because filter screen 11 is network structure, consequently, utilize the syringe to keep away from, when network structure's filter screen 11 moves towards the direction that is close to silicone grease oil container 3 and when contacting with silicone grease oil, can extrude semisolid state semi-liquid silicone grease oil, receive extruded silicone grease oil and will see through the aperture on network structure's filter screen 11, through network structure's filter screen 11's extrusion, the silicone grease oil that emerges in network structure's filter screen 11's upper surface presents even tiny liquid state, thereby be convenient for operating personnel's taking, and guarantee the homogeneity of paining. Therefore, the automatic silicone grease extruding device can realize automatic extrusion of silicone grease, so as to reduce the labor intensity of manual extrusion of operators and the influence of uncertain factors, and improve the assembly efficiency.

Further, the diameter of the filter mesh 11 is smaller than the inner diameter of the silicone oil container 3. Therefore, when the filter unit 1 moves in a direction close to the silicone grease container 3, the filter 1 can enter the interior of the silicone grease container 3 as the silicone grease is gradually squeezed out, and the silicone grease in the silicone grease container 3 continues to be squeezed out.

The diameter of the filter net 11 can be set to 108mm for a 600ml silicone oil container 3. The mesh number of the filter net 11 may be set to 80-100, for example, 90, according to the characteristics of the silicone oil. It should be noted that the parameters such as the diameter and the mesh number can be adjusted according to actual needs, and the present invention is not limited to this.

In some embodiments, the filter unit 1 further comprises a connecting bracket 12, and the connecting bracket 12 is connected to the filter 11 and the driving unit 2 at two ends. Specifically, the connecting bracket 12 includes an adapter plate 121 and connecting rods 122 arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the adapter plate 121, the bottom ends of the connecting rods 122 are connected to the filter screen 11, and the adapter plate 121 is connected to the driving unit 2.

In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the number of the connecting rods 122 is 4, and the 4 connecting rods 122 are arranged at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the adapter plate 121. By arranging the connecting rod 122, the upper part of the filter screen 11 can be kept in an open state, so that an operator can take the squeezed silicone oil conveniently.

Further, in order to ensure that the filter screen 11 can smoothly extrude the silicone grease, the filter screen 11 is a stainless steel filter screen 11.

In some embodiments, the driving unit 2 comprises a cylinder 21, a connecting rod 22 of the cylinder 21 is connected to the upper end of the adapter plate 121 of the filter screen unit 1, and the connecting rod 22 extends or retracts in the cylinder 21 to move the filter screen unit 1 toward or away from the silicone oil container 3.

The connecting rod 22 of the cylinder 21 and the adapter plate 121 may be fixed by a mechanical connection manner such as a threaded connection or an adhesive connection, so as to ensure that the force of the connecting rod 22 can be transmitted to the filter screen 11 through the adapter plate 121 and the connecting rod 122.

In addition, the driving unit 2 further includes a photosensitive element (not shown) disposed on the cylinder 21 and a controller (not shown, a PLC controller may be used) electrically connected to the cylinder 21, the photosensitive element is in signal connection with the controller, and when the controller receives a signal from the photosensitive element, the controller retracts the connecting rod 22 in the cylinder 21, so that the filter screen unit 1 moves away from the silicone oil container 3.

When the cylinder 21 drives the filter screen 11 to move in the silicone grease container 3 until the bottom of the silicone grease container 3 is reached, indicating that the silicone grease in the silicone grease container 3 has been completely squeezed out, the light sensor can detect that light passes through the filter screen 11, and send a signal to the controller, and the controller can control the connecting rod 22 to retract in the cylinder 21, so that the filter screen 11 leaves the silicone grease container 3 and returns to the original position, so that the light sensor can be called a photoelectric sensing switch.

In some embodiments, the device further comprises a base 4 for supporting the silicone oil container 3 and a support frame 5 arranged on the base 4, and the cylinder 21 is fixed on the support frame 5. The upper end of the support frame 3 is connected with the top end of the cylinder 21, so that the cylinder 21 is hung on the support frame 3. The support frame 3 may be fixedly connected to the top end of the cylinder 21 by a fastener such as a bolt.

Further, when the connecting rod 22 drives the filter screen 11 to descend so that the filter screen 11 contacts the surface of the silicone grease, the resistance for squeezing the silicone grease is large, and therefore the descending speed and time of the filter screen 11 can be set through the controller so as to ensure that the filter screen 11 moves in a uniform motion mode.

In addition, when the production line stops in production, the automatic silicone grease extruding device can be stopped by the controller.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method of extruding silicone oil, comprising the steps of:

in the first step, the drive unit 2 is made to drive the filter unit 1 to move in the direction of approaching the silicone oil container 3.

And secondly, when the filter screen unit 1 is contacted with the surface of the silicone grease, the controller controls the descending speed and time to ensure that the filter screen unit 1 moves in a uniform motion mode, so that the silicone grease in the silicone grease container uniformly penetrates through the filter screen unit 1.

Thirdly, when the filter screen unit 1 moves to the bottom of the silicone grease container 3, the driving unit 2 drives the filter screen unit 1 to move away from the silicone grease container 3, thereby restoring the filter screen unit 1 to the original position.

In conclusion, the automatic silicone grease extruding device disclosed by the invention adopts an automatic design idea and utilizes the principle of an injector, combines the air cylinder, the photosensitive element and the PLC, extrudes the silicone grease in the semi-solid semi-liquid state in the silicone grease container 3 through the filter screen 11, and the extruded silicone grease passes through the small holes on the filter screen 11 and floats on the upper surface of the filter screen, so that the purpose of automatically extruding the silicone grease is realized; and further, these silicone grease that receive the extrusion are even tiny liquid state, therefore be convenient for operating personnel's taking, simultaneously, when scribbling these silicone grease that receive the extrusion in motion mechanism, can guarantee the homogeneity of scribbling, operating personnel inconvenient operation and scribble inhomogeneous problem when having solved production makes the quality and the quality of air conditioner promote to the silicone grease of caking is scribbled to the part and the after-sale risk that causes can reduce.

While the invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments can be combined in any way as long as there is no structural conflict. It is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
