Technical Field

Background

In recent years, as the aesthetic taste of consumers is further improved with the improvement of living standard, more and more consumers are demanding the painting effect of furniture to have a skin touch feeling, thereby highlighting harmony between people and furniture. However, the furniture coated with the polyurethane paint on the market has the defects of cold and hard appearance, high glossiness higher than 5 percent and difficult extinction, because polyurethane film forming is a complicated physical and chemical reaction process, and the surface film forming effect is difficult to control by using matte powder extinction.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a solvent type polyurethane finish paint with skin touch, which has the advantages of extremely low glossiness and smooth paint film similar to skin touch in view of the defects of the prior art.

The second purpose of the invention is to provide a preparation method of the solvent type polyurethane finish paint with skin touch, aiming at the defects of the prior art, and the preparation method has the advantages of simple process and low cost.

In order to achieve one of the purposes, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

second step, preparation of component B

Uniformly mixing the dehydrated ethyl acetate, the dehydrated butyl acetate and the HDI tripolymer according to the formula ratio to obtain a component B for later use;

third step, mixing

The polyurethane finish paint has the following technical effects:

(1) the modified hydroxy acrylic acid matt resin is formed by mixing and melting hydroxy acrylic acid resin and polypropylene wax, and the polypropylene wax has an extinction effect in a solvent type coating film, so that the modified hydroxy acrylic acid matt resin is endowed with a self-extinction performance, the modified hydroxy acrylic acid matt resin is used in a polyurethane finish paint and sprayed on the surface of furniture, and the glossiness of the paint film is less than 5%.

(2) The spherical low-density polyethylene micro powder has the extinction effect, so that the glossiness of a paint film can be further reduced; the low-density characteristic of the paint enables the weight of the polyethylene micropowder to be lighter, the polyethylene micropowder is distributed on the surface of a paint film in the film forming process, and the spherical structure is combined to endow the paint film with the characteristics of smoothness and fineness.

(3) The HDI tripolymer provides an isocyanate group which reacts with a hydroxyl group in the modified hydroxy acrylic acid matt resin of the component A, and a dehydration solvent is used to ensure that the isocyanate group can completely react with the hydroxyl group in the modified hydroxy acrylic acid matt resin, so that the interference of the hydroxyl group in water is avoided, and the stability of a paint film is further influenced.

(4) The leveling agent is beneficial to reducing the surface tension of the finish paint, and improving the wettability and the anti-pollution performance of a paint film, thereby providing a flat, uniform and smooth paint film.

2. The solvent type polyurethane finish paint with skin touch is prepared by uniformly mixing the component A, the component B and the component C in a mass ratio of 5:1, spraying the mixture on the surface of furniture by using a spray gun or an automatic spraying machine, and drying the mixture for more than 12 hours at normal temperature to obtain a paint film with low glossiness and skin touch.

3. The preparation method of the solvent type polyurethane finish paint with skin touch has the characteristics of simple production process and low cost.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantageous effects solved by the present invention more apparent, the present invention is further described in detail below with reference to the following embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.

As shown by comparison of the test results of the example 1 in the table 1 and the comparative example 1 in the table 2, the modified hydroxy acrylic matt resin in the example 1 is formed by mixing and melting hydroxy acrylic resin (the comparative example 1) and polypropylene wax, the polypropylene wax has an extinction effect in a solvent-based coating film, so that the modified hydroxy acrylic matt resin is endowed with self-extinction performance, and when the modified hydroxy acrylic matt resin is used in a polyurethane finish paint and sprayed on the surface of furniture, the glossiness of a paint film is only 2%; the hydroxyl acrylic resin of comparative example 1 has the characteristic of high gloss, which is up to 70%, and does not meet the requirement of low gloss.

As shown by comparison of test results of the example 1 in the table 1 and the comparative examples 2 and 3 in the table 2, the spherical low-density polyethylene micropowder in the example 1 has a delustering effect, so that the glossiness of a paint film can be further reduced, the low-density characteristic of the spherical low-density polyethylene micropowder enables the weight of the polyethylene micropowder to be lighter and to be distributed on the surface of the paint film in a film forming process, the spherical low-density polyethylene micropowder is combined with the characteristic that a spherical structure endows the paint film with smoothness and fineness, and the spherical low-density polyethylene micropowder is added into a polyurethane finish paint and sprayed on the surface of furniture, so that the delustering is assisted, and a paint film with skin touch is provided; comparative example 2 contains no spherical low-density polyethylene micropowder, and correspondingly, the paint film is rough and has higher glossiness of 10 percent; although the comparative example 3 contains polyethylene micro powder, the extinction can be assisted (the glossiness is 7 percent and is lower than that of the comparative example 2), because the polyethylene micro powder does not have the characteristic of low density, the extinction effect is influenced by partial polyethylene micro powder sinking, and the polyethylene micro powder has no spherical structure, cannot obtain smooth and fine hand feeling, and has a rough paint film surface.
