In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.

Example 1

As shown in fig. 1-3, this embodiment provides a method for performing press-splicing warp on a loom, which performs a press-splicing warp operation using a conventional loom and a warp splicer in the prior art, wherein the loom includes a warp beam, a warp stop bracket 2, a heddle and a reed arranged in sequence; the warp stop bracket 2 is provided with a plurality of rows of magnetic strips 11 perpendicular to the warp yarns, as shown in fig. 1, the magnetic strips 11 are four strips arranged in parallel, each magnetic strip 11 can be provided with a plurality of warp stop sheets 12 in a penetrating manner, the warp stop sheets 12 are provided with mounting holes 122, the mounting holes 122 are arranged on the magnetic strips 11 in a penetrating manner, and the bottom of each warp stop sheet is provided with a yarn penetrating hole 121 for each warp yarn to penetrate.

In the press-twisting warp splicing method provided by this embodiment, before the loom works, drafting and reeding operations are performed on each warp beam, wherein warp yarns on each warp beam sequentially pass through warp stop sheets arranged in a predetermined sequence, the warp stop sheets are preferably arranged on a warp stop bracket in a predetermined manner according to a leasing process, a plurality of magnetic stripes perpendicular to the warp yarns are arranged on the warp stop bracket, a plurality of warp stop sheets are arranged on each magnetic stripe at intervals in a penetrating manner, and then a harness wire and a reed are respectively passed through, so as to start a weaving process; when the warp beam is about to finish weaving, the warp connected with the warp beam after the warp stop piece is cut off, so that the warp in the weaving machine keeps certain tension; the warp yarn after the warp stop refers to the warp yarn between the warp stop and the warp beam; pressing the warp stop sheet to layer the warp yarns on the warp stop sheet with other warp yarns, and performing leasing operation at the layered position; then, a warp splicing operation is performed. Preferably, the warp joining operation is carried out with a warp joining machine at the position of the split warp yarns. The warp connecting method utilizes the setting mode of the warp stop of the existing loom, the warp at the position of the warp stop is pressed to be layered, so that the leasing operation is realized at the layered position, the warp connecting operation is carried out at the position by utilizing the warp connecting machine, the structure of the existing loom is utilized, the leasing and warp connecting processes are completed at the position of a warp stop support on the premise of not improving the existing loom, and the warp connecting method is particularly suitable for the condition that the heald lifting method of the loom cannot be used for leasing when a pattern-type complex product is formed.

According to the warp connecting method provided by the embodiment, in the scheduling of the same product, in the process of reeding of one warp beam, the warp stop sheets are threaded according to the set sequence, so that the warp yarns are enabled to realize a well-arranged lease state by pressing the warp stop sheets of the magnetic strips under the condition that the warp beam is not leased, the subsequent drafting work of the same product is omitted, and the condition that the warp beam cannot be connected (especially a complex pattern product) without leasing is avoided. By using the operation method, the operation time is saved, the energy consumption of equipment is reduced, the labor intensity of operators is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.

Alternatively, in the above-mentioned method for pressing and twisting warp, the warp stop can be pressed at the same transverse position by pressing the warp stop on a single magnetic strip, so that the warp thread passing through the warp stop hung on the magnetic strip is layered with other warp threads, and then the lease rod is used to pass through the layer of warp thread, thereby realizing the lease operation.

Alternatively, in the above-mentioned method for pressing and twisting warp yarns, by pressing the warp stop sheets on the spaced magnetic strips, as shown in fig. 2 or 3, the warp stop sheets can be pressed at different transverse positions, the warp yarns on the warp stop sheets at the same transverse position are layered with other warp yarns, and then the lease rod is used to pass through the warp yarns, thereby realizing the lease operation. After the leasing, the conventional warp connecting machine is used for connecting the warps at the leasing position, so that the warp connecting machine is particularly suitable for connecting the warps with complex patterns, which cannot be subjected to leasing even in the lifting heald of a weaving machine, and improves the working efficiency.

In the method, after the warp yarn connected with the warp beam after the warp stop sheet is cut off, particularly, a counterweight is added behind the warp yarn so as to keep the warp yarn in the loom at a certain tension; wherein the weight is preferably a steel bar; alternatively, after the warp yarns are cut, the yarn after the yarn stop is combed and tidied, then the yarn is clamped by a yarn clamping plate, and then the rear drop keeps certain tension by adding a balance weight to the steel bar, so that the warp yarns are kept in a flat state.

Specifically, the warp splicing operation may be performed in such a manner that after a warp beam is woven by a loom, a warp connected to the warp beam after a warp stop is cut off, the yarn after the warp stop is combed and aligned, and then the yarn is clamped by a yarn clamping plate, and the warp is maintained in a straight state by dropping a weight on a steel bar at the rear side to maintain a certain tension. And pressing the warp stop sheets on the single magnetic strip to enable the warp yarns passing through the warp stop sheets hung on the magnetic strip to be layered with other warp yarns. And the lease rod penetrates through the layer of warp yarns, so that lease operation is realized.

According to the pressure-twisting warp-connecting method provided by the embodiment, the drafting work is omitted in the warping process of weaving, a drafting machine is not needed, the working time and the energy consumption of equipment are reduced, and the operation labor intensity of a drafting and stopping worker is reduced. In the drafting and reeding process after the first warp beam of the same product is finished, the yarn is threaded according to the leasing process in the threading sequence of the warp stop sheet, so that leasing operation can be realized through rising and falling of the warp stop sheet.

It should be understood that the above examples are only for clarity of illustration and are not intended to limit the embodiments. Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
