1. The preparation process of the quilt is characterized by comprising the following steps:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cleaning machine for primary cleaning;

e. d, trimming, namely cutting the primary cotton quilt obtained in the step d into cotton quilts with a certain specification by using a computer edge trimmer, and conveying the cotton quilts to a grinder by using a conveying belt;

f. and e, grinding, namely grinding the cotton quilt obtained in the step e to obtain the final cotton quilt.

3. The process for preparing a quilt according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step a, the cleaning time of the primary cleaning is 10-30 s.

4. The process for preparing a quilt according to claim 2, wherein in the step a, the suction pressure when sucking the bellows is 5 to 9 KPa.

5. The process for preparing a quilt as claimed in claim 2, wherein in the step b, the carding speed of the fine carding machine is set to 100-120 kg/h.

6. The process for preparing a quilt according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step c, the certain thickness is 5-10 cm.

7. A process for preparing a quilt as claimed in claim 1 or 2, wherein in step d, the gauze is composed of rib yarn and face yarn.

8. A process according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step d, the gauze has a packing density of 100 to 150 x 50 to 120.

9. The process for preparing a quilt according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step f, the pressure for grinding is 500-800N.

10. The process for preparing a quilt according to claim 1 or 2, wherein in step f, the number of grinding times in the grinding treatment is 1-4.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of cotton quilt processing, in particular to a preparation process of a cotton quilt.

Background

Quilts are articles of daily use which are often used in daily life, and as the embodiment of different performances, the quilts comprise the following types according to fillers: cotton quilt, down quilt, cashmere quilt, silk quilt, chemical fiber quilt, etc. Compared with quilts such as down, silk, wool, chemical fiber and the like, the quilt has the advantages that the quilt is good in heat retention and softness and comfort, free of static electricity and beneficial to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases and infants, but the existing quilt processing technology has the defects of being thick, easy to deform, poor in rebound resilience, poor in durability and the like.

The invention aims to provide a process for preparing a cotton quilt, and the cotton quilt prepared by the process flow is durable, low in impurity content, good in heat preservation effect and rebound resilience and lighter than a common cotton quilt.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, a process for preparing a quilt, comprising the steps of:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cleaning machine for primary cleaning;

b. carding, wherein the cleaned cotton is carded into a single fiber state to form a net fiber thin layer to form tissue paper;

c. superposing, namely superposing the tissue paper to a certain thickness to form an initial quilt;

d. covering a layer of gauze on the surface of the primary quilt;

e. d, trimming, namely trimming the primary quilt after the step d;

f. and grinding, namely grinding the trimmed primary quilt to obtain the final quilt.

As a preferred technical scheme, the method specifically comprises the following steps:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cotton cleaner for primary cleaning, and sucking the cleaned cotton into an air box to convey the cotton into a fine cotton carding machine;

f. and e, grinding, namely grinding the cotton quilt obtained in the step e to obtain the final cotton quilt.

As a preferable technical scheme, in the step a, the cleaning time of the preliminary cleaning is 10-30 s.

In a preferred embodiment, in the step a, the suction pressure at the time of sucking the wind box is 5 to 9 KPa.

As a preferable technical scheme, in the step b, the carding speed of the fine carding machine is set to be 100-120 kg/h.

As a preferable technical solution, in the step c, the certain thickness is 5 to 10 cm.

Advantageous effects

Detailed Description

The disclosure may be understood more readily by reference to the following detailed description of preferred embodiments of the invention and the examples included therein. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. In case of conflict, the present specification, including definitions, will control.

In order to solve the above problems, a first aspect of the present invention provides a process for preparing a quilt, comprising the steps of:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cleaning machine, primarily cleaning, sucking the cotton into an air box with the suction pressure of 5-9 KPa after cleaning for 10-30 s, and then conveying the cotton into a fine cotton carding machine;

b. carding, setting the carding speed of a fine carding machine to be 100-120 kg/h, then carding the cleaned cotton into a single fiber state by using the fine carding machine, and flatly paving the single fiber state into a net-shaped fiber thin layer to form tissue paper;

c. superposing, namely superposing the tissue paper layer by layer to a certain thickness of 5-10 cm in a combing cotton machine to form a primary cotton quilt, and conveying the primary cotton quilt into a yarn enclosing machine through a conveying belt;

d. covering a layer of gauze on the surface of the primary cotton quilt in a yarn enclosing machine until the wrapping density of the gauze reaches 100-150 x 50-120, and stopping, wherein the gauze consists of rib yarns and face yarns, and after the wrapping is finished, conveying the gauze to a computer edge trimmer by a roller;

e. d, trimming, namely cutting the primary cotton quilt obtained in the step d into cotton quilts with the selected specification by using a computer edge trimmer, and conveying the cotton quilts to a grinder by using a conveying belt;

f. and e, grinding, namely adjusting the grinding pressure of the grinding machine to be 500-800N, grinding the cotton quilt obtained in the step e for 1-4 times to obtain the final cotton quilt.

Examples

The technical solution of the present invention is described in detail by the following examples, but the scope of the present invention is not limited to the examples. Unless otherwise specified, all the raw materials in the present invention are commercially available.

Example 1

Embodiment 1 provides a preparation process of a quilt, comprising the following steps:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cotton cleaner, performing primary cleaning, sucking the cotton into an air box with the suction pressure of 5KPa after cleaning for 10s, and then conveying the cotton into a fine cotton carding machine;

b. carding, setting the carding speed of a fine carding machine to be 100kg/h, then carding the cleaned cotton into a single fiber state by using the fine carding machine, and flatly paving the single fiber state into a net-shaped fiber thin layer to form tissue paper;

c. superposing, namely superposing tissue paper layer by layer to a certain thickness of 5cm in a combing cotton machine to form a primary cotton quilt, and conveying the primary cotton quilt into a yarn enclosing machine through a conveying belt;

d. covering a layer of gauze on the surface of the primary cotton quilt in a yarn enclosing machine until the wrapping density of the gauze reaches 100 x 50, and stopping, wherein the gauze consists of rib yarns and face yarns, and after the wrapping is finished, conveying the gauze to a computer edge trimmer by a roller;

e. d, trimming, namely cutting the primary cotton quilt obtained in the step d into cotton quilts with the selected specification by using a computer edge trimmer, and conveying the cotton quilts to a grinder by using a conveying belt;

f. and e, grinding, namely adjusting the grinding pressure of the grinding machine to be 500N, grinding the cotton quilt obtained in the step e for 1-4 times to obtain the final cotton quilt.

Example 2

Embodiment 2 provides a preparation process of a quilt, comprising the following steps:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cotton cleaner, performing primary cleaning, sucking the cotton into an air box with the suction pressure of 9KPa after cleaning for 30s, and then conveying the cotton into a fine cotton carding machine;

b. carding, setting the carding speed of a fine carding machine to be 120kg/h, then carding the cleaned cotton into a single fiber state by using the fine carding machine, and flatly paving the single fiber state into a net-shaped fiber thin layer to form tissue paper;

c. superposing, namely superposing tissue paper layer by layer to a certain thickness of 10cm in a combing cotton machine to form a primary cotton quilt, and conveying the primary cotton quilt into a yarn enclosing machine through a conveying belt;

d. covering a layer of gauze on the surface of the primary cotton quilt in a yarn enclosing machine until the wrapping density of the gauze reaches 150 x 120, and stopping, wherein the gauze consists of rib yarns and face yarns, and after the wrapping is finished, conveying the gauze to a computer edge trimmer by a roller;

e. d, trimming, namely cutting the primary cotton quilt obtained in the step d into cotton quilts with the selected specification by using a computer edge trimmer, and conveying the cotton quilts to a grinder by using a conveying belt;

f. and e, grinding, namely adjusting the grinding pressure of the grinding machine to be 800N, grinding the cotton quilt obtained in the step e for 1-4 times to obtain the final cotton quilt.

Example 3

Embodiment 3 provides a process for preparing a quilt, comprising the following steps:

a. cleaning, namely putting cotton into a raw material cotton cleaner, performing primary cleaning, sucking the cotton into an air box with the suction pressure of 7KPa after cleaning for 20s, and then conveying the cotton into a fine cotton carding machine;

b. carding, setting the carding speed of a fine carding machine to be 110kg/h, then carding the cleaned cotton into a single fiber state by using the fine carding machine, and flatly paving the single fiber state into a net-shaped fiber thin layer to form tissue paper;

c. superposing, namely superposing tissue paper layer by layer to a certain thickness of 8cm in a combing cotton machine to form a primary cotton quilt, and conveying the primary cotton quilt into a yarn enclosing machine through a conveying belt;

d. covering a layer of gauze on the surface of the primary cotton quilt in a yarn enclosing machine until the wrapping density of the gauze reaches 120 x 100, and stopping, wherein the gauze consists of rib yarns and face yarns, and after the wrapping is finished, conveying the gauze to a computer edge trimmer by a roller;

e. d, trimming, namely cutting the primary cotton quilt obtained in the step d into cotton quilts with the selected specification by using a computer edge trimmer, and conveying the cotton quilts to a grinder by using a conveying belt;

f. and e, grinding, namely adjusting the grinding pressure of the grinding machine to 600N, grinding the cotton quilt obtained in the step e for 1-4 times to obtain the final cotton quilt.

Performance testing

1. Breaking strength of the quilt: the test was carried out according to the FZ/T01063 standard, see Table 1.

2. Fabric pilling performance: testing according to GB/T22796-2009 standard, wherein the judgment grade is 4 grades of superior products; first-grade product 3 grade; qualified products are below grade 3; see table 1 for details.
