1. An aviation closing lock catch is characterized by comprising a handle (1), a locking mechanism (3), a lock hook (6) and a trigger (9);

the handle (1) is provided with a containing cavity, and the trigger (9) is arranged in the containing cavity;

An aviation closure latch as claimed in claim 2, wherein an adjusting nut (16) is provided in the blind hole of the locking mechanism (3), the end of the latch hook (6) comprises a rotating shaft (21) and a screw (22) which are movably coupled, the pin (5) is provided on the rotating shaft (21), and the screw (22) is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut (16).

An aviation closure latch as claimed in claim 3, wherein a steel ball (17) and a compression spring (18) are further disposed in the blind hole of the locking mechanism (3), the compression spring (18) is disposed in the mounting hole and elastically connected to the steel ball (17), and the steel ball (17) is in contact with the end of the compression spring (18).

5. An aerial closure shackle as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the locking mechanism (3) is hinged to the end of the receiving cavity of the handle (1) by means of a bushing (14), the bushing (14) being provided with a trigger bushing (13) and a pin bushing (15).

An aerial closure hasp according to claim 5, wherein the inner side wall of the accommodating cavity of the handle (1) is further provided with a second sliding groove (23), the second sliding groove (23) is provided with a bushing (8), and the bushing (8) is connected with the bushing shaft (14) through a chain ring (7).

7. An aerial closure hasp as claimed in claim 1 wherein said trigger (9) is fixed in handle (1) by spacer plate (10) and trigger pin (11); and a parallel double-torsion spring (19) is arranged on the trigger pin shaft (11).

8. An aircraft closure shackle as claimed in claim 1, characterised in that the inner wall of the handle (1) is provided with a limit rivet (2-1) for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the locking mechanism (3).

9. An aerial closure hasp as claimed in claim 1 wherein said locking mechanism pin (4) is knurled and said locking mechanism pin (4) is connected to said locking mechanism (3) by interference fit.

10. An aerial closure hasp as claimed in claim 1 wherein there are two triggers (9) and two locking mechanism pins (4), two triggers (9) being located on either side of the receiving cavity and two locking mechanism pins (4) being located on either side of the locking mechanism (3).

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of aerospace and relates to an aviation closing lock catch.

Background

The fastening and fixing products of the airplane and the engine, in particular to important parts such as an external nacelle of an aircraft engine, a cabin door of the airplane and the like. There is no related product of the closed lock catch, and the product is not convenient to fix and has no related self-locking function.

Therefore, it is urgently needed to design a closing and locking device which can be used for an external nacelle and an aircraft door of an aircraft engine.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problem that products are inconvenient to fasten and fix in the prior art, the invention provides an aviation closing lock catch, which is a product capable of realizing disassembly, assembly, maintenance and stable work of a locking position by opening and closing the lock catch, and has a self-locking function.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

an aviation closing lock catch comprises a handle, a locking mechanism, a lock hook and a trigger;

the handle is provided with a containing cavity, and the trigger is arranged in the containing cavity;

the locking mechanism is hinged with the end part of the handle accommodating cavity, and a locking mechanism pin shaft is arranged on the side wall of the locking mechanism; the locking mechanism pin shaft is matched with the clamping groove on the trigger to lock and unlock the locking mechanism; the hinged joint is provided with an outer arm torsion spring for pushing the locking mechanism to automatically spring open when the locking mechanism is loosened;

the latch hook is connected with the end part of the locking mechanism.

As a further improvement of the invention, the end part of the locking mechanism is provided with a blind hole, the outer wall of the end part is provided with a first sliding groove which is communicated with the blind hole and is arranged along the axial direction, the end part of the lock hook is arranged in the blind hole, and the end part of the lock hook is connected with the first sliding groove through a pin.

As a further improvement of the invention, an adjusting nut is arranged in a blind hole of the locking mechanism, the end part of the lock hook comprises a rotating shaft and a screw rod which are movably coupled, the pin is arranged on the rotating shaft, and the screw rod is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut.

As a further improvement of the invention, a steel ball and a compression spring are arranged in a blind hole of the locking mechanism, the compression spring is arranged in the mounting hole and is elastically connected with the steel ball, and the steel ball is contacted with the end part of the compression spring.

As a further improvement of the invention, the locking mechanism is hinged with the end part of the handle accommodating cavity through a bush shaft, and a trigger bush and a pin shaft bush are arranged on the bush shaft.

As a further improvement of the invention, the inner side wall of the handle accommodating cavity is also provided with a second sliding groove, the second sliding groove is provided with a bushing, and the bushing is connected with the bushing through a chain ring.

The handle 1 can make the lock catch save more labor when being locked, and plays a lever role.

The structure of each part of the closure catch, see fig. 2 to 4, is shown. The assembly method of the closing lock parts is shown in fig. 2 to 4. The end part of the locking mechanism 3 is provided with a blind hole, the outer wall of the end part is provided with a first sliding groove 20 communicated with the blind hole and along the axial direction, the end part of the locking hook 6 is arranged in the blind hole, and the end part of the locking hook 6 is connected with the first sliding groove 20 through a pin 5. The locking mechanism 3, the adjusting nut 16 and the locking hook 6 are used for realizing that the lock catch can be adjusted along the length direction. The pin 5 and the locking mechanism 3 act to enable the locking hook 6 to move along a straight line.

An adjusting nut 16 is arranged in a blind hole of the locking mechanism 3, the end part of the locking hook 6 comprises a rotating shaft 21 and a screw rod 22 which are movably coupled, the pin 5 is arranged on the rotating shaft 21, and the screw rod 22 is in threaded connection with the adjusting nut 16.

And a steel ball 17 and a compression spring 18 are further arranged in the blind hole of the locking mechanism 3, the compression spring 18 is arranged in the mounting hole and is elastically connected with the steel ball 17, and the steel ball 17 is in contact with the end part of the compression spring 18. The compression spring 18 and the steel ball 17 simultaneously act on the adjusting nut 16, so that the adjusting nut 16 can adjust the locking hook 6 to move along a straight line or be locked.

The adjusted length can be locked by adjusting the nut 16, the steel ball 17 and the compression spring 18.

The connecting structure and mutual position relationship of the closing lock parts are shown in fig. 2 and 4. The locking mechanism 3 is hinged with the end part of the accommodating cavity of the handle 1 through a lining shaft 14, and a trigger bushing 13 and a pin shaft bushing 15 are arranged on the lining shaft 14. The inner side wall of the accommodating cavity of the handle 1 is also provided with a second sliding chute 23, the second sliding chute 23 is provided with a bushing 8, and the bushing 8 is connected with the bushing 14 through a chain ring 7. The link 7 may connect the bushing 8 and the locking mechanism 3 together, greatly increasing the tensile strength of the bushing.

In a preferred embodiment, the trigger 9 is fixed in the handle 1 through a partition 10 and a trigger pin 11; a parallel double-torsion spring 19 is arranged on the trigger pin shaft 11.

As a preferred embodiment, the inner wall of the handle 1 is provided with a limit rivet 2-1 for limiting the maximum rotation angle of the locking mechanism 3. The limit rivet 2-1 can stop the locking mechanism 3 when rotating to 90 degrees, so as to play a positioning role.

In a preferred embodiment, the locking mechanism pin shaft 4 is processed by knurling, and the locking mechanism pin shaft 4 is connected with the locking mechanism 3 in an interference fit manner. The locking mechanism pin shaft 4 is in interference fit with the locking mechanism 3 by adopting a knurling process.

In a preferred embodiment, two triggers 9 and two locking mechanism pins 4 are arranged, two triggers 9 are arranged on two sides of the accommodating cavity, and two locking mechanism pins 4 are arranged on two side walls of the locking mechanism 3.

The handle 1, the locking mechanism 3, the locking mechanism pin shaft 4, the locking hook 6, the chain ring 7, the bushing 8, the trigger 9, the partition plate 10, the trigger pin shaft 11, the outer arm torsion spring 12, the trigger bushing 13, the bushing 14, the pin shaft bushing 15, the adjusting nut 16 and the steel ball 17 are passivated.

The trigger pin shaft 11 is the strength of the limit rivet 2-3. The rivet 2-1, the rivet 2-2 and the rivet 2-3 are riveted together and assembled with the handle 1.

The handle 1, the rivet 2, the locking mechanism 3, the locking mechanism pin shaft 4, the pin 5, the latch hook 6, the chain ring 7, the bushing 8, the trigger 9, the partition plate 10, the trigger pin shaft 11, the trigger bushing 13, the bushing 14, the pin shaft bushing 15 and the adjusting nut 16 are made of stainless steel; the outer arm torsion spring 12, the compression spring 18 and the parallel double-torsion spring 19 are made of stainless steel spring wires; the steel ball 17 is made of 440C material.
