Technical Field

Background

The existing park management cannot form automatic intelligent informatization utilization and unified control and management of information in the aspect of informatization construction, and an all-round control scheme capable of controlling the whole information in the park is urgently needed.

In view of the above problems, embodiments of the present invention are proposed to provide an information processing method and a corresponding information processing apparatus that overcome or at least partially solve the above problems.

In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention discloses an information processing method, which is applied to an operation service platform, wherein the operation service platform includes a plurality of application modules and a client, the operation service platform has a management authority of a preset property facility, the preset property facility includes a plurality of display facilities, and the method includes:

acquiring information flows of the plurality of application modules;

obtaining information applicable at the display facility from the information stream, and controlling the display facility to display according to the information applicable to the display facility;

and obtaining information suitable for being displayed at the client from the information flow, and sending the information suitable for the client to the client so as to enable the client to display according to the information suitable for the client.

Optionally, said obtaining information applicable at said display facility from said information stream comprises;

acquiring geographical position information and display characteristic information of a display facility;

information applicable at the display facility is obtained from the information stream based on the geographic location information and the display characteristic information.

Optionally, the obtaining, from the information stream, information suitable for display at the client includes:

receiving the demand information sent by the client;

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram of an operation service platform provided by an embodiment of the present invention is shown, which may include a business recruitment system, an enterprise service system, a personal service system, a property management system, a cockpit system, an intelligent control system, a vehicle management system, and the like, where the business recruitment system may provide functional services such as customer management, opportunity management, order management, house source management, and statistical analysis; the enterprise service system can provide functional services such as a service category list, a user-defined form, a user-defined flow state, a service list, a newly added document, all documents and the like; the personal service system can provide functional services such as park activities, park topics and park life; the property management system can provide functional services such as property maintenance, article release, decoration service, meeting room application, reporting, indoor cleaning, regular bus reservation, cartoon application and the like; the cockpit system can provide functional services such as intelligent business recruitment, green energy conservation, intelligent operation, intelligent security and protection, intelligent parking and the like; the intelligent control system can provide functional services of information release, video monitoring picture calling, real-time video retrieval, access control, intelligent lighting and the like; the vehicle management system provides functional services such as park parking management, vehicle monitoring, parking charging and the like, which is not limited by the invention.

The operation service platform adopts a high availability technology to ensure that the system can stably and uninterruptedly operate for a long time, and adopts popular, mature, stable and advanced system software platforms such as an operating system, a database, a network protocol, middleware and the like, so that the platform can be timely and quickly recovered when a problem occurs in a network, a host, the database or an application system, and the stability of the system is ensured. In addition, in the aspect of application system design, various possible conditions are fully considered, corresponding technical measures are taken, system faults are reduced as far as possible, and the system has a monitoring function on main links.

In terms of logical structure, the operation service platform can be composed of business applications and basic databases. In the embodiment of the invention, the operation service platform comprises an application layer structure of each application module and a database. The application modules are relatively independent and are connected together in a loose coupling manner. The system can be conveniently upgraded and maintained, and is easy to develop and expand secondarily.

The application module may include: the system comprises an identity authentication module, a park management module, a message pushing module, a data synchronization module, a log module, a property service module, an enterprise service module, a personal service module, an intelligent cockpit module, a business recruitment module and the like.

The operation service platform can acquire information flows of a plurality of application modules, and the information flows can include various information such as business recruitment information, energy consumption information, people flow information, enterprise information and the like. After the information is summarized and classified in the system background, corresponding summarized information is generated and provided for corresponding users to browse.

In the embodiment of the invention, a system administrator can log in the operation service platform through the client and carry out system maintenance and operation. The client can comprise a PC end and a mobile phone APP end.

The APP terminal is used for providing corresponding services of the operation service platform for common users, and performing personalized display and service provision according to user permissions. The App end mainly comprises four modules of service, discovery, message and my. The service module comprises all service lists, the content of the module is customized according to the situation of the project of the Zhongla trading park, and the module is explained in detail later; finding three submodules including a fresh event, a topic and an activity; the message comprises social dynamic, park notification and order message submodules; the system comprises the functions of ordering, address list, schedule, repair management, article release management, meeting room management and setting.
