1. A rotary type grille remover, comprising:

the device comprises a shell (100), a first rotating shaft (110), a second rotating shaft (120) and a third rotating shaft (130) are arranged in the shell, the second rotating shaft (120) and the third rotating shaft (130) are both positioned at the upper part of the first rotating shaft (110) and are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of groups of top columns (130a) are annularly arranged on the outer wall of the third rotating shaft (130);

the rotary decontamination chain plate (200) is sleeved on the first rotating shaft (110), the second rotating shaft (120) and the third rotating shaft (130) and synchronously rotates along with the first rotating shaft (110), the second rotating shaft (120) and the third rotating shaft (130), gratings (210) are arranged on the rotary decontamination chain plate (200) at intervals in parallel, a plurality of groups of filtering holes (220) are formed in the outer wall of the rotary decontamination chain plate (200), and each group of filtering holes (220) is positioned between two adjacent gratings (210);

a driving motor (300) fixed on the outer wall of the housing (100), the output shaft of which extends into the housing (100) and drives the third rotating shaft (130) to rotate;

The rotary grille remover as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a recycling tank (400) integrated with the housing (100), wherein a recycling groove (410) is formed at the top of the recycling tank (400), the recycling groove (410) is located right below the back of the rotary dirt removing chain plate (200), and a pick-and-place opening (H) communicated with the recycling groove (410) is formed between the outer side of the recycling tank (400) and the housing (100).

5. The rotary grille shutter as claimed in claim 4 wherein a plurality of drain outlets (420) are formed on a side of the recycling bin (400) adjacent to the first rotating shaft (110).

6. Rotary grate cleaner according to claim 1, characterized in that the diameters of the first (110), second (120) and third (130) rotation shafts are the same.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of dirt removers, in particular to a rotary type grating dirt remover.

Background

When the existing grating machine works, a rotary traction chain rotates from bottom to top under the driving of a motor speed reducer, when a tine harrow on the traction chain rotates to the water-facing surface of a grating, a harrow tooth is inserted into a gap of the grating to perform a cleaning and fishing action, sundries intercepted on the grating are scraped into a harrow plate, and because an included angle is formed between the tine harrow and the harrow plate, when the harrow tooth is inserted into the gap of the grating to perform the cleaning and fishing, the other tine forms a surrounding potential with the harrow tooth to surround the solid sundries, so that the solid sundries are prevented from falling off. When the rake teeth rotate to the upper part of the machine, the rake teeth turn over, and sundries automatically fall into the grid slag groove by gravity. As the quality of inlet water of a sewage plant is complex, sundries are more, and part of living goods, plastic bags, bottles and fiber sundries are clamped in the rake tooth gaps and cannot fall off by gravity, the blockage of the rake tooth gaps is reduced, and the interception efficiency and the service life of the grating dirt separator are influenced.

The present invention has been made in view of the above and/or other problems occurring in the conventional grill trash removal machine.

Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a rotary type grating de-dirt machine, which solves the problems of the conventional grating de-dirt machine that the blocking of the rake teeth clearance is reduced, the interception efficiency is affected and the service life is prolonged.

To solve the above technical problem, according to an aspect of the present invention, the present invention provides the following technical solutions:

a rotary type grill cleaner, comprising:

the device comprises a shell, a first rotating shaft, a second rotating shaft and a third rotating shaft, wherein the shell is internally provided with the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft which are positioned at the upper part of the first rotating shaft and are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of groups of ejection columns are annularly arranged on the outer wall of the third rotating shaft;

the rotary decontamination chain plate is sleeved on the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft and synchronously rotates along with the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft, grids are arranged on the rotary decontamination chain plate at intervals in parallel, a plurality of groups of filtering holes are formed in the outer wall of the rotary decontamination chain plate, and each group of filtering holes is positioned between two adjacent grids;

the driving motor is fixed on the outer wall of the shell, and an output shaft of the driving motor extends into the shell to drive the third rotating shaft to rotate;

when the position of the rotary decontamination chain plate, which is provided with the filter holes, is tangent to the outer wall of the third rotating shaft, one group of the top columns are correspondingly inserted into the group of the filter holes.

In a preferable aspect of the rotary grate dirt separator according to the present invention, the grate is perpendicular to the rotary dirt separator plate, and a side of the grate away from the rotary dirt separator plate is bent upward to form the blocking portion.

In a preferable embodiment of the rotary grille shutter according to the present invention, a spacing distance between two adjacent sets of the top pillars is equal to a spacing distance between two adjacent sets of the filtering holes.

The rotary grille decontamination machine of the invention further comprises a recovery box integrally arranged with the casing, wherein the top of the recovery box is provided with a recovery groove, the recovery groove is positioned under the back of the rotary decontamination chain plate, and a taking and placing opening communicated with the recovery groove is arranged between the outer side of the recovery box and the casing.

As a preferable scheme of the rotary grille shutter according to the present invention, a plurality of drain outlets are further formed on one side of the recycling bin close to the first rotating shaft.

In a preferred embodiment of the rotary type grille remover according to the present invention, the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft have the same diameter.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: the rotary decontamination chain plate rotates along with the first rotating shaft, the second rotating shaft and the third rotating shaft to drive the grating to do reciprocating motion circularly, impurities in the sewage at the upstream of a sewage plant are salvaged, the sewage enters the downstream of the sewage plant through the filtering holes, a plurality of groups of ejection columns are annularly arranged on the outer wall of the third rotating shaft, when the position of the rotary decontamination chain plate provided with the filtering holes is tangent to the outer wall of the third rotating shaft, one group of the ejection columns are correspondingly inserted into the group of the filtering holes to eject the impurities in the filtering holes, and when the rotary decontamination chain plate rotates to the back, the ejected impurities and the impurities which are salvaged and carried by the grating fall off together through self gravity.

Detailed Description

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.

Next, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings, wherein for convenience of illustration, the cross-sectional view of the device structure is not enlarged partially according to the general scale, and the drawings are only examples, which should not limit the scope of the present invention. In addition, the three-dimensional dimensions of length, width and depth should be included in the actual fabrication.

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention provides a rotary type grid dirt separator, which solves the problems that the blockage of rake tooth gaps of the traditional grid dirt separator is reduced, the interception efficiency is influenced and the service life is prolonged.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a rotary type grate cleaner according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and a main body of the rotary type grate cleaner includes a housing 100, a rotary type grate plate 200, and a driving motor 300.

The first rotating shaft 110, the second rotating shaft 120 and the third rotating shaft 130 are arranged in the casing 100, the third rotating shaft 130 is used as a driving shaft, the first rotating shaft 110 and the second rotating shaft 120 are used as driven shafts to drive the rotary decontamination chain plate 200 to rotate, the second rotating shaft 120 and the third rotating shaft 130 are both positioned at the upper part of the first rotating shaft 110 and are arranged in parallel, and a plurality of groups of ejection columns 130a are annularly arranged on the outer wall of the third rotating shaft 130 and are used for ejecting sundries in the filtering holes 220 on the outer wall of the rotary decontamination chain plate 200. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the diameters of the first, second, and third rotation shafts 110, 120, and 130 are the same.

The rotary decontaminating chain plate 200 is sleeved on the first rotating shaft 110, the second rotating shaft 120 and the third rotating shaft 130, and rotates synchronously with the first rotating shaft 110, the second rotating shaft 120 and the third rotating shaft 130, the revolving dirt removing chain plate 200 is provided with grilles 210 at intervals in parallel, when the rotary dirt removing link plate 200 rotates along with one rotation shaft 110, the second rotation shaft 120 and the third rotation shaft 130, the impurities in the upstream sewage adhere to the outer wall of the rotary dirt removing link plate 200, and the grating 210 carries, lifts and conveys the sundries blocked by the rotary dirt removing chain plate 200 upwards, a plurality of groups of filtering holes 220 are arranged on the outer wall of the rotary dirt removing chain plate 200 for leading the sewage to pass through the filtering holes 220 and enter the downstream, in the present embodiment, each set of filtering holes 220 is located between two adjacent grids 210, and the spacing distance between two adjacent sets of top pillars 130a is equal to the spacing distance between two adjacent sets of filtering holes 220. When the position of the rotary dirt removing chain plate 200 where the filter holes 220 are formed is tangent to the outer wall of the third rotating shaft 130, one set of the top pillars 130a is inserted into the set of filter holes 220. Preferably, in the present embodiment, the louver 210 is disposed perpendicular to the rotary dirt removing link plate 200, and one side of the louver 210 away from the rotary dirt removing link plate 200 is bent upward to form a blocking portion. The sundries carried by the grille 210 are prevented from falling off during the rising process.

The driving motor 300 is fixed to an outer wall of the housing 100, and an output shaft thereof extends into the housing 100 to drive the third rotating shaft 130 to rotate.

Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the rotary type grille remover of the present embodiment is used as follows: the driving motor 300 drives the third rotating shaft 130 to rotate, the rotary decontamination chain plate 200 is driven by the rotation of the third rotating shaft 130 to synchronously rotate along with the third rotating shaft 130, impurities in upstream sewage are attached to the outer wall of the rotary decontamination chain plate 200, the grids 210 bear, lift and upwards convey the impurities blocked by the rotary decontamination chain plate 200, a plurality of groups of filtering holes 220 are formed in the outer wall of the rotary decontamination chain plate 200, the sewage passes through the rotary decontamination chain plate 200 to enter the downstream, and when the positions of the rotary decontamination chain plate 200 where the filtering holes 220 are formed are tangent to the outer wall of the third rotating shaft 130, one group of ejection pillars 130a is correspondingly inserted into the group of filtering holes 220 to eject the impurities in the filtering holes 220, and when the rotary decontamination chain plate 200 rotates to the back, the ejected impurities and the impurities which are fished and borne by the grids 210 before fall off together through the self gravity of the impurities.

Further, in the present embodiment, the foreign materials fall on the ground when they fall off, and the dirt water stain carried by the foreign materials also flows freely on the ground to contaminate the ground, and therefore, the rotary type grille decontamination machine is also provided with a recovery tank 400 which is integrated with the shell body 100, the top of the recovery tank 400 is provided with a recovery groove 410, the recovery groove 410 is positioned right below the back of the rotary type decontamination chain plate 200, and a pick-and-place port H communicated with the recycling slot 410 is arranged between the outer side edge of the recycling tank 400 and the machine shell 100, a plurality of sewage outlets 420 are arranged on one side edge of the recycling tank 400 close to the first rotating shaft 110, when the sundries fall off from the rotary decontamination chain plate 200, the sundries can directly fall into the recovery tank 410 of the recovery box 400, and the workers can take out the sundries falling in the recovery box 400 for transportation through the taking-out opening H, and the sewage stains on the objects are returned to the sewage tank upstream of the sewage plant through the sewage drain outlet 420.

While the invention has been described above with reference to an embodiment, various modifications may be made and equivalents may be substituted for elements thereof without departing from the scope of the invention. In particular, the various features of the disclosed embodiments of the invention may be used in any combination, provided that no structural conflict exists, and the combinations are not exhaustively described in this specification merely for the sake of brevity and resource conservation. Therefore, it is intended that the invention not be limited to the particular embodiments disclosed, but that the invention will include all embodiments falling within the scope of the appended claims.
