after grinding is finished, taking out samples to respectively detect the chromium content, wherein the chromium content of the sample group mixed with the chromium removing agent is 1.37mg/Kg, and the chromium content of the grinding aid control group without the chromium removing agent is more than 10 mg/Kg.

6. An improved grinding aid as defined in claim 1 wherein: when the input amount of the chromium removing agent is 0.5 percent, two groups of equal-amount cement samples are adopted and input into a grinding machine;

one group of the two groups of control samples is added with 0.5 percent of chromium removing agent in the grinding aid, and the other group is added with the grinding aid without the chromium removing agent; putting the two groups of samples into a grinding machine to perform grinding operation in the same time;

after grinding is finished, taking out samples to respectively detect the chromium content, wherein the chromium content of the sample group mixed with the chromium removing agent is 2.16mg/Kg, and the chromium content of the grinding aid control group without the chromium removing agent is more than 10 mg/Kg.

Technical Field

Background

The grinding aid is an additive for improving grinding efficiency, and can be glass beads, quartz sand and the like. The improvement of the grinding efficiency and the reduction of the power consumption of the grinding operation are effective means for improving the economic benefit of cement enterprises, and in order to achieve the purpose, domestic cement enterprises generally adopt two measures: firstly, the structure of a grinding machine is improved, and the technological process and the mode of the grinding are improved so that more mechanisms can act on materials through grinding media; in the other method, a trace or small amount of additive, namely grinding aid, is added in the grinding process to influence the mechanical and chemical processes in the grinding operation, so that the aim of improving the grinding efficiency is fulfilled. The latter has the advantages of less investment, quick effect, simple operation, capability of improving the physical properties of cement and the like, and is more and more emphasized.

Through mass search, the prior art with the publication number of CN108947312A is found, and the invention discloses an early-strength functional grinding aid, belonging to the technical field of building materials. The invention comprises water, diethanol monoisopropanolamine (DEIPA), Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP), molasses and propylene glycol, and the raw materials in parts by weight are as follows: 60-80 parts of water, 0-20 parts of diethanol monoisopropanolamine (DEIPA), 0-20 parts of Sodium Tripolyphosphate (STPP), 0-20 parts of molasses and 0-5 parts of propylene glycol. The early-strength functional grinding aid has a simple and reasonable formula, is good in grinding aiding effect, effectively improves grinding efficiency, reduces grinding energy consumption, can improve early strength of cement, is obvious in early-strength effect, and meets the use requirement of buildings.

In conclusion, the existing cement materials contain water-soluble harmful substances of hexavalent chromium, which cannot be effectively removed, so that the hexavalent chromium which does not meet the national standard is less than or equal to 10mg/kg, and the cement with the harmful substances can cause harm to the health of the holy body of people.

Preferably, the hydroxyethyl number in the alcohol amine organic matters in the triethanolamine is increased, so that the angle of repose in the cement powder is gradually reduced, and the fluidity is increased;

the grinding aid has effective grinding-aiding effect in the cement grinding process, and can reduce powder particle agglomeration.

Preferably, the sodium lignosulfonate has an aryl core, which may exhibit surface activity, with the mechanism of weakening the strength of the particles and preventing agglomeration of the particles;

in the environment in the mill, the active part of the lignosulfonate molecules adsorbed on the surface of cement clinker particles is contacted with the particle surface, the hydrophobic groups extend to the atmosphere, the adsorption on the particles belongs to macromolecule adsorption, and the adsorption is facilitated when the polymerization degree of lignin is low because the cement particles have cracks and are not smooth.

Preferably, after the sugar ether is added, the sugar ether is used as a grinding aid of slag cement and enters a powder system, so that the accumulation among powder particles can be eliminated, the dispersibility and the flowability among the particles can be increased, the retention time of materials in a mill can be shortened, the gap filling rate of the materials can be reduced, the powder selection efficiency of a powder selecting machine can be improved, and the resistance of cement conveying can be changed.

The result of the comparison test is combined, the conclusion is drawn that the chromium removing agent capable of removing hexavalent chromium is added into the grinding aid, hexavalent chromium elements in the grinding material can be taken out in the grinding material adding process, the grinding aid can be further guaranteed to lift the grinding material flow, the production speed of the grinding material can be increased, the national standard of cement grinding material compounding can be made, and the grinding aid can be put into use.
