s5, placing the stoppers 4 at one end or two ends of the zipper 3 in the length direction, wherein the stoppers 4 are used for limiting the zipper stoppers in the pulling process, preventing the zipper stoppers from being pulled out, and adjusting the number of the stoppers 4 according to actual conditions, when the two ends of the zipper 3 are both positioned in the garment piece 1, the two ends of the zipper 3 are provided with two stoppers 4, when one end of the zipper 3 is positioned in the garment piece 1 and the other end is positioned at the edge of the garment piece 1, one end of the zipper 3 positioned in the garment piece 1 is provided with the stoppers 4, one end of the zipper 3 positioned at the edge of the garment piece 1 is not provided with the stoppers 4, and then the stoppers 4, the zipper 3 and the garment piece 1 are sewn into a whole and are mainly used for fixing the positions of the stoppers 4.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the sewing machine further comprises a first sewing template, the first sewing template is provided with a first sewing limiting hole, the first sewing limiting hole is matched with a preset sewing track, the first sewing template is mainly used for compressing two garment pieces 1 in the sewing process, and the first sewing limiting hole is used for limiting the sewing position so as to improve the accuracy of the sewing position.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the stop 4 is disposed in a semicircular shape or a semi-elliptical shape, but may be other stop, and the stop 4 can cover the teeth of the end of the zipper 3, so that the stop 4 limits the pulling stroke of the zipper 3, thereby preventing the zipper 3 from being pulled to the end of the zipper 3 during the pulling process, and eliminating the metal stops originally disposed at the two ends of the zipper 3, thereby simplifying the structure of the zipper 3.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, the zipper machine further includes a second sewing template (not shown) and a stop sewing template (not shown), the second sewing template is provided with a second sewing limiting hole, the second sewing limiting hole matches with the external shape of the zipper 3 and is generally in a closed ring shape, the stop sewing templates include one or two stop sewing templates, the stop sewing template is provided with a stop sewing limiting hole, the general stop sewing limiting hole is arranged in a straight line shape, and the stop sewing hole corresponds to the stop straight line part, i.e. the inner side of the stop 4.

s51, covering the stop sewing template on the stop 4, pressing the stop 4 and the zipper 3 through the stop template, and sewing the stop 4, the zipper 3 and the garment piece 1 by a sewing mechanism along the stop sewing hole, namely sewing the stop 4 at one side in the zipper 3 into a whole with the zipper 3 and the garment piece 1;

and S52, removing the stop sewing template, covering the second sewing template on the zipper 3 and the stop 4, pressing the outer edge of the stop 4 and the zipper 3 through the second sewing template, and sewing the stop 4, the zipper 3 and the garment piece 1 by the sewing mechanism along the second sewing limiting hole, namely sewing the outer edge of the stop 4, which is overlapped with the end part of the zipper 3, and the zipper 3 and the garment piece 1 into a whole.

In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the size of the zipper 3 is equal to or less than the size of the double-sided adhesive tape 2, the size of the general zipper 3 is matched with the adhesive area on the upper end surface of the double-sided adhesive tape 2, and the decorative tape 21 is not adhesive because the decorative tape 21 is further arranged on the outer edge of the general double-sided adhesive tape 2, so that the size of the double-sided adhesive tape 2 is larger than the size of the zipper 3; if the decorative strip 21 is not arranged on the outer edge of the double-sided tape 2, the size specification of the double-sided tape 2 is equal to that of the zipper 3, and different settings can be adjusted and selected according to the characteristics of the clothes.
