Background

In the assembly of a wind generating set, a large number of high-strength bolts are used, an anti-seizure agent needs to be smeared on the surfaces of threads before the high-strength bolts are assembled, so that the phenomena of corrosion, abrasion or seizure of metal parts in an extreme environment are prevented, and the smearing effect and the uniformity of the anti-seizure agent directly determine the effect and the acting time of the anti-seizure agent.

The inventor finds that in the mass assembly production process of the existing fan production line, the bolt painting of the anti-seizure agent is mainly carried out in a manual mode, the painting quality is not uniform, the anti-seizure agent is seriously wasted, the quality of high-strength bolts is relatively large, and the manual labor intensity is high; meanwhile, each gluing time of the high-strength bolts is 1-2min (taking M36X345 as an example), more than 100 fans are used only by assembling a yaw bearing, and each fan counts that the number of the high-strength bolts needing to be coated with the anti-seizure agent is 200-300, so that a large amount of labor and time are consumed in the process of coating the anti-seizure agent on the high-strength bolts;

in addition, in the process of smearing the thread part, the thread structure is easily damaged by adopting the rotary clamping piece, the smearing range easily exceeds the thread section, the use of other parts of the bolt is influenced, and the requirement is difficult to meet.

Disclosure of Invention

Example 1

In an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, a high strength bolt anti-seize agent application device is provided, as shown in fig. 1-2.

Mainly comprises a frame, support plates 1-5, a butt joint mechanism, a driving mechanism, a receiving box 1-6 and a coating mechanism;

the frame is used as a supporting structure of other elements, the supporting plate is arranged on an installation plate 1-4 at the bottom of the frame, the butting mechanism is arranged on the frame and is arranged opposite to the supporting plate, the driving mechanism is arranged on the frame and is connected with the driving butting mechanism, so that the high-strength bolt 1-7 to be coated is driven to rotate through the butting mechanism, and a protective cover 1-10 is arranged outside the driving mechanism;

the coating device is used for coating the threaded parts of the bolts meeting different length specifications and different thread distribution positions;

it should be particularly noted that in other embodiments, the bolts with different specifications can be supported by adjusting the position of the docking shaft, and the bolt thread side support with different lengths can be realized by using the adjustable distance tail support structure and matching the bearing without damaging the threads;

the length of the supporting plate from the butt joint shaft of the fixed end of the screw head can be adjusted in multiple stages, the distance between the fixing holes of the mounting plate is 40mm, 3 holes are formed in the supporting plate, meanwhile, the opening in the supporting plate is a slotted hole, the length of the supporting plate is 20mm, and the adjustment adaptive range is enlarged.

It can be understood that the butt joint grooves are structures adapted to the coated bolts, and the application of various bolt structures can be realized by configuring a plurality of groups of butt joint shafts with different butt joint groove specifications;

In this embodiment, the supporting wheel is of a bearing structure, and the thread support uses a bearing support, so that the thread support function can be realized without damaging the threads.

An adsorption mechanism is arranged on the butt joint shaft, and an action area of the adsorption mechanism is positioned in the butt joint groove; the butt joint shaft is provided with a butt joint groove as a support, and an action area of an adsorption mechanism is arranged in the butt joint groove, so that the bolt can be stably adsorbed in the rotation process of the driving thread, and the bolt is prevented from being separated in the rotation process;

it can be understood that the adsorption mechanism can adopt a sucker to realize adsorption through negative pressure, and can also adopt a magnet structure to adsorb and fix the ferromagnetic high-strength bolt by utilizing magnetic force, thereby ensuring the stability of the rotation process.

One side of the receiving box is butted with the supporting plate, the other side of the receiving box extends outwards, and an opening at the top of the receiving box faces the coating mechanism and is used for receiving the coating falling above the opening; the raw material receiving box covers the bolt thread anti-seizing agent coating portion to prevent the anti-seizing agent from falling off.

The driving mechanism comprises a motor and a transmission belt, the transmission belt is sequentially matched with the butt joint shaft, the motor drives the butt joint shaft to rotate through the transmission belt, and the motor is a speed-adjustable motor 1-1;

in the embodiment, a 220V variable-speed motor is used, and a speed regulation controller 1-2 is configured to control the rotation speed of the bolt; synchronous rotation of a plurality of transmission shafts is realized by using a synchronous toothed belt 2-2 and a belt wheel;

a high-torque tooth-shaped synchronous belt wheel is used as a driving belt wheel 2-1, a driven wheel and a supporting belt wheel 2-3; an idler wheel is used as a pressing wheel or a tension wheel 2-4 to keep the tension of the synchronous toothed belt, and a fixing hole of the tension wheel is a slotted hole and can be adjusted according to the loosening condition of the synchronous belt.

A plurality of butt shafts arranged in parallel are used for driving a plurality of bolts to move synchronously, so that the bolts can rotate at a constant speed, a coating mechanism is combined to coat the thread sections of the bolts with an anti-seizure agent, the coating quality is ensured to be uniform, and the coating efficiency is improved.

The self-rotation directions of the adjacent butt-joint shafts are the same;

The method comprises the following steps:

adjusting the distance between the opening and the butt joint shaft according to the specification of the bolt to be coated, placing the head of the bolt into the butt joint groove, and supporting the screw rod in the opening; the opening of the support plate is supported between the threaded section and the non-threaded section of the bolt to isolate the non-threaded section from the coating mechanism;

the thread section to be coated is positioned between the bearing box and the coating mechanism, and the driving mechanism drives the bolt to rotate through the butt joint shaft;

the coating mechanism coats the thread section of the bolt after dipping the coating, and the receiving box receives and collects the dropped coating;

and after all the bolts are coated, replacing the new bolts to be coated.

Specifically, the above working process is described with reference to embodiment 1, taking five butt-joint shafts as examples:

manually feeding 5 high-strength bolts, putting the heads of the bolts into the grooves of the fixed ends of the end parts, and adjusting the positions of the supporting ends according to the lengths of the bolts;

starting a motor, and manually adjusting a controller to ensure the rotation speed of the bolt;

manually taking a brush to dip the anti-seizure agent and tightly pressing the anti-seizure agent at the screw thread of the bolt;

coating anti-bite mixture on five roots;

after finishing painting, turning off a power supply, manually taking down the bolt and placing the bolt in a bolt placing box;

the cleaning anti-seizure agent is used repeatedly to take in the raw material in the box.

The mode that one end of the bolt is clamped and driven and the middle of the bolt is supported is adopted to drive the bolt to rotate and support stably, so that the uniformity of smearing the anti-seizure agent is improved, the damage to the thread structure is avoided, and the efficiency and the quality of smearing the anti-seizure agent by the bolt are improved.
