an execution step, when the obtained real-time washing water turbidity is larger than the preset washing water turbidity, controlling the chip suction fan (32) to start to operate when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode; and/or when the obtained real-time washing water turbidity is not greater than the preset washing water turbidity, controlling the scrap suction fan (32) to stop running when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode.

7. The control method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising, before the performing step:

acquiring real-time drying airflow humidity in a drying mode;

comparing the acquired real-time drying airflow humidity with the preset drying airflow humidity;

and executing the executing step when the real-time drying air flow humidity is not more than the preset drying air flow humidity.

8. The control method according to claim 6, characterized by further comprising:

acquiring the real-time drying airflow speed in the filtering channel (3);

comparing the obtained real-time drying airflow speed with a preset drying airflow speed;

and when the acquired real-time drying airflow speed is smaller than the preset drying airflow speed, sending a replacement reminding instruction to remind a user to replace the filter element (31).

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a washing and drying machine, which comprises an outer barrel, an air heater and a filtering channel arranged on the outer barrel, wherein an air inlet of the air heater is communicated with a first end of the filtering channel through a condensed water pipeline, a second end of the filtering channel is selectively communicated with an inner cavity of the outer barrel, an air outlet of the air heater is communicated with the inner cavity of the outer barrel through an air outlet pipeline, and a filtering piece and a scrap sucking fan are arranged in the filtering channel.

Preferably, a valve is provided at the second end of the filtration channel.

Preferably, the inner cavity of the outer barrel is communicated with an inlet of a drainage pump, and an outlet of the condensed water pipeline is communicated with an outlet of the drainage pump.

Preferably, a wind speed detection component is further arranged in the filtering channel.

Preferably, the filter element is connected in the filter channel in a drawable manner; and/or, the filter element includes an electrostatic component.

The invention also provides a control method of the washing and drying machine, which is used for controlling the washing and drying machine and comprises the following steps:

an obtaining step, obtaining the real-time washing water turbidity in the clothes washing and rinsing process;

a comparison step, comparing the obtained real-time washing water turbidity with a preset washing water turbidity;

an execution step, when the obtained real-time washing water turbidity is larger than the preset washing water turbidity, controlling the chip suction fan to start to operate when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode; and/or when the acquired real-time washing water turbidity is not greater than the preset washing water turbidity, controlling the crumb absorbing fan to stop running when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode.

Preferably, before the executing step, the method further comprises:

acquiring real-time drying airflow humidity in a drying mode;

comparing the acquired real-time drying airflow humidity with the preset drying airflow humidity;

and executing the executing step when the real-time drying air flow humidity is not more than the preset drying air flow humidity.

Preferably, the control method of the washing and drying machine further includes:

acquiring the real-time drying airflow speed in the filtering channel;

comparing the obtained real-time drying airflow speed with a preset drying airflow speed;

and when the obtained real-time drying airflow speed is smaller than the preset drying airflow speed, sending a replacement reminding instruction to remind a user to replace the filter element.

The invention provides a washing dryer and a control method thereof, wherein the filtering channel is designed into a structure which can be selectively communicated with the inner cavity of the outer barrel, so that washing water in the outer barrel can be prevented from entering the filtering channel to cause soaking damage to a scrap suction fan in the washing and rinsing steps of the washing dryer, filtering and removing of dirt such as flock, wastepaper and the like in drying air flow can be ensured when the washing dryer is in a drying mode, meanwhile, the flow rate of the drying air flow can be obviously improved by independently arranging the scrap suction fan in the filtering channel, the quick separation and adsorption of the dirt on washing clothes in the outer barrel are facilitated, the scrap suction efficiency is obviously improved, the use experience of a user is improved, and simultaneously, compared with the mode that the dirt is wrapped by the drying air flow of the hot air blower in the prior art, the power of the hot air blower can be obviously reduced, meanwhile, when the washed clothes are dried but the scraps are not completely removed, the operation of the hot air fan is not required to be maintained, and only the scrap suction fan is controlled, so that the energy is saved, and the environment is protected.

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 5, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a washing and drying machine is provided, which includes an outer tub 1, an air heater 2 and a filtering channel 3 disposed on the outer tub 1, an air inlet of the air heater 2 (also called a drying fan) is communicated with a first end of the filtering channel 3 through a condensed water pipeline 4, a second end of the filtering channel 3 is selectively communicated with an inner cavity of the outer tub 1, an air outlet of the air heater 2 is communicated with an inner cavity of the outer tub 1 through an air outlet pipeline 5, and a filtering element 31 (specifically, a filtering net) and a dust suction fan 32 are disposed in the filtering channel 3. In the technical scheme, the filtering channel 3 is designed to be a structure which can be selectively communicated with the inner cavity of the outer barrel 1, so that the washing water in the outer barrel 1 can be prevented from entering the filtering channel 3 to cause soaking damage to the scrap suction fan 32 when the washing and rinsing steps of the washing and drying machine are in a washing and rinsing step, the filtering and removing of dirt such as flock, paper scrap and the like in the drying air flow can be ensured when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode, meanwhile, the flow rate of the drying air flow can be obviously improved by independently arranging the scrap suction fan 32 in the filtering channel 3, the quick separation and adsorption of the dirt on the washing clothes in the outer barrel 1 are facilitated, the scrap suction efficiency is obviously improved, the use experience of a user is improved, and meanwhile, compared with the mode that the dirt is wrapped by the drying air flow of the hot air blower 2 in the prior art, the power of the hot air blower 2 can be obviously reduced, meanwhile, when the washed clothes are dried but the scraps are not completely removed, the operation of the hot air blower 2 is not required to be maintained, and only the scrap suction fan 32 is controlled, so that the energy is saved and the environment is protected.

In particular, a valve 33 is provided at the second end of the filter channel 3 to enable selective communication of the filter channel 3.

Further, the inner cavity of the outer tub 1 is communicated with the inlet of the drainage pump 6 to drain the washing water in the outer tub 1 when the washing and drying machine needs to drain water during the rinsing process, and at this time, the outlet of the condensed water pipe 4 is communicated with the outlet of the drainage pump 6, that is, the drying air flow is condensed in the condensed water pipe 4 to form liquid drops and is directly discharged through the outlet of the drainage pump 6, and is not discharged into the outer tub 1 via the filtering channel 3 and then discharged through the drainage pump 6 as in the prior art, so that the formed condensed water does not adversely affect the crumb suction fan 32 and the like in the filtering channel 3.

In some embodiments, an air speed detecting component 34 (specifically, for example, an air speed sensor) is further disposed in the filtering channel 3 to detect a real-time air speed of the drying air flow on the downstream side of the air flow of the filtering element 31, so as to determine whether the filtering element 31 is blocked by the air speed, and further, to prompt a user to replace the filtering element when the blocking occurs.

The filter element 31 is connected in a drawable manner in the filter channel 3, in particular, a draw-off bayonet 35 is formed on the channel tube wall of the filter channel 3, by means of which draw-off bayonet 35 the filter element 31 is connected in a sliding connection with the filter channel 3, while it is understood that the fitting of the filter element 31 to the filter channel 3 should also be designed with a corresponding sealing element to ensure the tightness of the filter channel 3.

The filter element 31 may be a conventional filter screen, and in some embodiments, the filter element 31 includes an electrostatic component, which can adsorb paper dust by using electrostatic effect, specifically, for example, rubber (or friction device) may be installed at the inlet of the filter channel 3 to ensure that it is always in an electrified state, when the paper dust is separated from the clothes, the paper dust will be adsorbed on the rubber due to electrostatic attraction, after drying is completed, the rubber loses adsorption force, and the paper dust is collected in the corresponding filter box.

According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is also provided a control method of a washing and drying machine, for controlling the washing and drying machine, including:

an obtaining step, namely obtaining the real-time washing water turbidity in the clothes washing and rinsing process, for example, obtaining the real-time washing water turbidity by adopting a turbidity sensor;

a comparison step, comparing the obtained real-time washing water turbidity with a preset washing water turbidity;

an execution step, when the obtained real-time washing water turbidity is larger than the preset washing water turbidity, controlling the crumb absorbing fan 32 to start to operate when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode; and/or when the acquired real-time washing water turbidity is not greater than the preset washing water turbidity, controlling the crumb absorbing fan 32 to stop running when the washing and drying machine is in a drying mode. In the technical scheme, the turbidity of the washing water is detected by the turbidity sensor in the washing and rinsing process of the clothes, so that whether dirt such as flocks and wastepaper exists in the washing water or not and whether the dirt exceeds a preset threshold range or not is judged, and when the turbidity of the washing water exceeds the preset threshold range, the scrap suction fan 32 is controlled to be started in a drying mode, so that the scrap suction and removal process in the drying mode is more controllable, the scraps are removed more pertinently, and the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized.

Further, before the executing step, the method further comprises:

acquiring real-time drying airflow humidity in a drying mode;

comparing the acquired real-time drying airflow humidity with the preset drying airflow humidity;

and executing the executing step when the real-time drying air flow humidity is not more than the preset drying air flow humidity. That is, whether the dust suction fan 32 is turned on or not is not limited by the turbidity of the real-time washing water, but is also related to the humidity of the real-time drying air flow, because when the drying mode starts to operate, the dirt such as paper scraps, hair scraps and the like adhered to the clothes cannot be effectively separated from the clothes, and only when the clothes are dried to a certain degree, the clothes can be easily separated under the action of the drying air flow, the preset humidity of the drying air flow can reflect the drying degree of the clothes, so that the separation condition of the dirt can be reflected, and when the real-time drying air flow is not greater than the preset humidity of the drying air flow, the dust suction fan 32 is turned on to operate, so that the energy conservation and the environmental protection are realized. In addition, it can be understood that, when the washing and drying machine operates in the drying mode, the method further includes controlling the air valve 33 to open so as to communicate the filtering channel 3 with the inner cavity of the outer tub 1, and controlling the air valve 33 to close in the non-drying mode.

Further, in some embodiments, the method for controlling a washing and drying machine further includes:

acquiring the real-time drying airflow speed in the filtering channel 3; comparing the obtained real-time drying airflow speed with a preset drying airflow speed; and when the acquired real-time drying airflow speed is smaller than the preset drying airflow speed, sending a replacement reminding instruction to remind a user to replace the filter member 31.

It is readily understood by a person skilled in the art that the advantageous ways described above can be freely combined, superimposed without conflict.
