Preferably, the guide device 102 includes two sets of groove devices 80 fixed on the front and rear sides of the light slot 13, the groove devices 80 include first grooves 58 arranged in the housing 12 in an array and having upward openings, the bottom wall of the first groove 58 is communicated with a protruding groove 59, a slider 62 is connected in the protruding groove 59 in a sliding manner, a second groove 63 which can correspond to the first groove 58 in position and has an upward opening is arranged in the slider 62, a protruding block 64 is connected in the second groove 63 in a sliding manner, the bottom wall of the protruding block 64 is fixedly connected with the second groove 63 through a first spring 65, a fourth motor 67 is installed on the rear wall of the protruding groove 59 on the front side, a second rotating shaft 60 rotatably installed on the front wall of the protruding groove 59 is installed on the front wall of the fourth motor 67, a first cam 61 capable of transmitting with the slider 62 is fixedly connected on the second rotating shaft 60, a third belt wheel 79 is fixedly connected to the second rotating shaft 60, a fourth rotating shaft 69 which is symmetrical to the second rotating shaft 60 in position is rotatably installed between the front wall and the rear wall of the protruding groove 59 at the rear side, a second cam 68 which is symmetrical to the first cam 61 in position is fixedly connected to the fourth rotating shaft 69, a fifth belt wheel 70 is fixedly connected to the fourth rotating shaft 69, a linkage cavity 75 is arranged at the lower side of the light groove 13, a third rotating shaft 74 is rotatably connected between the front wall and the rear wall of the linkage cavity 75, a fourth belt wheel 76 which is corresponding to the third belt wheel 79 in position and a sixth belt wheel 73 which is corresponding to the fifth belt wheel 70 in position are fixedly connected to the third rotating shaft 74, the third belt wheel 79 and the fourth belt wheel 76 are driven by a second belt 77, the sixth belt wheel 73 and the fifth belt wheel 70 are driven by a third belt 72, the right wall of the slide block 62 is fixedly connected to the right wall of the protruding groove 59 by a second spring 66, when the first cam 61 and the second cam 68 are removed from the pressing against the front and rear side sliding blocks 62, the second spring 66 extends to push the sliding blocks 62 to move, so that the second groove 63 is communicated with the first groove 58, the first spring 65 extends to push the protruding block 64 to move upwards out of the housing 12, and when the first cam 61 and the second cam 68 rotate to press against the front and rear side sliding blocks 62, the slide block 62 moves rightwards, the protrusion block 64 moves downwards, the first spring 65 and the second spring 66 are compressed and contracted, and protrusions can be formed on the front side and the rear side of the zebra crossing through the guide device 102 when a green light pedestrian passes through, so that the blind person can be guided by knocking a blind guide stick when walking, and the blind person can conveniently and safely pass through the road.

In the initial state, the first motor 22 is turned off, the water suction pump 38 is turned off, the second motor 31 is turned off, the third motor 43 is turned off, the electric slide rail 55 is turned off, the first spring 65 is compressed, the second spring 66 is compressed, the fourth motor 67 is turned off, the solar storage panel 57 is turned off, the light bar 14 is turned off, and the broadcasting system 23 is turned off.

When the green light is used, the solar storage panel 57 provides electric power for the light bar 14 to generate electricity to light the green light, the first motor 22 and the broadcasting system 23 are started simultaneously, the first motor 23 rotates the first threaded shaft 20, the first threaded shaft 20 drives the protection rod 19 to move to protrude out of the ground, the vehicle is blocked to protect pedestrians, the traffic light and the walking condition of the pedestrians are broadcasted through the broadcasting system 23 in a voice mode, the fourth motor 67 is started at the same time, and the guiding device 102 is started to facilitate walking of the blind.

When the vehicle is in a red light, the solar storage panel 57 provides electric power for the light bar 14, the light bar 14 is turned into the red light through a wireless signal, the broadcasting system 23 broadcasts the road condition through voice, the fourth motor 67 is started to close the guide device 102, meanwhile, the first motor 22 in the zebra crossing on the vehicle driving road is controlled through the wireless signal to start the lower protection rod 19, the protection rods at two ends of the sidewalk are still erected, the water suction pumps 38 in the zebra crossing protection rods 19 at two ends are started to spray two opposite fountains to stop the pedestrian from running the red light, meanwhile, the second motor 31 is started to open the water storage device 101 to enable water on the ground to enter the water storage cavity 26, and the third motor 43 is started to start the filter device 103 to filter and collect the water for recycling.

When special conditions, such as the emergency treatment of an ambulance or a fire fighting truck, need to open up a special channel, the emergency condition is wirelessly reported through the broadcasting system 23 to inform pedestrians to cooperate with vehicles, and a smooth special channel is formed by controlling the lifting of the protective rods 19 at two sides of the sidewalk, so that the implementation efficiency of emergency measures under the special conditions is improved.
