(7) pressing and molding, namely pouring blocky melamine resin powder into a compression molding machine for first compression molding and curing molding to prepare a plain melamine container product;

(8) applique, uniformly covering the finished pattern paper in the step (5) on the outer circumferential surface of the plain melamine container product in the step (7), starting the printing procedure of a compression molding machine to perform secondary compression molding, and printing the finished pattern paper on the melamine container product;

(9) adding gold, uniformly scattering a layer of light powder on the outer surface of the stained paper of the melamine container product, and starting a compression molding machine to perform third compression molding to obtain a finished melamine container product.

2. A method of printing a melamine resin product according to claim 1, wherein: the melamine resin powder is prepared from melamine formaldehyde resin, cellulose, pigment and additives.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of melamine tableware printing, in particular to a printing method of a melamine resin product and a melamine container.

Background

At present, melamine tableware, also called porcelain-like tableware, is formed by heating, pressurizing and pressing melamine resin powder. Melamine tableware is used in catering industry, children's diet industry, etc. because of its light weight, beautiful appearance, low temperature resistance, and non-fragility. The main component of melamine resin powder for producing melamine tableware is melamine formaldehyde resin, and the melamine resin powder is a three-dimensional net structure, so that the melamine resin powder belongs to a thermosetting raw material. The traditional printing method of melamine resin products is that melamine resin powder is heated, pressurized and pressed to form a plain melamine resin product, then stained paper is simply pasted on the outer surface of the melamine resin product, the printing effect is poor, and the outer surface of the melamine resin product is dark, dull, uneven and rough in appearance. Moreover, the stained paper is easy to deform and fade.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a printing method of a melamine resin product with good printing effect and a melamine container.

(3) brushing pulp, namely brushing a layer of the melamine formaldehyde resin pulp water prepared in the step (2) on two sides of the baked stained paper in the step (1);

(4) baking, namely putting the stained paper brushed with the slurry in the step (3) into a baking oven for baking;

(5) cutting, cutting the baked stained paper in the step (4) according to the size of the flower-shaped pattern, and bonding the left end and the right end of the stained paper into a whole set of cylindrical shape by using glue to prepare a stained paper finished product;

(6) preheating, namely weighing the melamine resin powder by using a raw material box according to the mass of a melamine container product to be produced, and uniformly preheating the weighed melamine resin powder until the melamine resin powder is changed into a block shape which is coagulated but not scattered from a powder shape;

(7) pressing and molding, namely pouring blocky melamine resin powder into a compression molding machine for first compression molding and curing molding to prepare a plain melamine container product;

(8) applique, evenly sleeving the finished stained paper in the step (5) on the outer circumferential surface of the plain melamine tableware product in the step (7), starting the printing program of the compression molding machine to perform secondary compression molding, and printing the finished stained paper on the melamine container product;

(9) adding gold, uniformly scattering a layer of light powder on the outer surface of the stained paper of the melamine container product, and starting a compression molding machine to perform third compression molding to obtain a finished melamine container product.

(9) adding gold, uniformly scattering a layer of light powder on the outer surface of the stained paper of the melamine container product, and starting a compression molding machine to perform third compression molding to obtain a finished melamine container product. The quantity of the light powder which can not be scattered is too small, otherwise the color and luster degree of the melamine container product can be influenced, certainly, the quantity of the light powder which can not be scattered is too large, the patterns and colors which are scattered with more stained paper can be covered, and only one layer of the light powder needs to be scattered.

In the present embodiment, the melamine resin powder is made of melamine formaldehyde resin, cellulose, pigment, and additives.

In the production process of melamine resin, melamine resin is prepared by performing hydroxymethylation reaction on melamine and formaldehyde and then performing polycondensation, the melamine resin is thermosetting amino resin with wide application range, and the hydroxymethylation reaction equation of the melamine and the formaldehyde is as follows:

The production of said two-colour melamine tableware is made up by using melamine tableware whose white plain surface is made up by compression moulding, then uniformly scattering a layer of melamine resin powder with red pigment on its external surface, then making compression moulding and curing so as to obtain the invented product.
