Background

The ethanol gasoline is a new type of alternative energy source formed by mixing ethanol and common gasoline in a certain proportion. According to national standard of China, the ethanol gasoline is prepared by blending 90% of common gasoline and 10% of fuel ethanol.

The ethanol gasoline has the characteristics of swelling property, high evaporation latent heat and water generation after combustion, and the swelling property can accelerate the aging of rubber parts, particularly oil pipelines. However, with the gradual popularization of ethanol gasoline, as an automobile manufacturer, key technical tests must be upgraded to meet the use characteristics of the ethanol gasoline; in a short time, the vehicle type mainly using the conventional vehicle type can be influenced to a certain extent, but in the long run, the popularization of the ethanol gasoline is absolutely beneficial and harmless to the national environment protection in large measure.

The results show that the ethanol gasoline cleaning protective agent prepared in the embodiments 1 to 3 of the invention has no corrosion to metals, good low-temperature fluidity and high stability.
