Detailed Description

For the purpose of better explaining the present invention and to facilitate understanding, the present invention will be described in detail by way of specific embodiments with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in fig. 1A-2B: the embodiment discloses a locking device is adjusted to rocker-type of telescopic link, includes: the device comprises an outer pipe rod 13, an inner pipe rod group 1 extending into the outer pipe rod 13 and a locking rocker device fixed on the outer pipe rod 13.

One or more limiting grooves or limiting holes 3 for limiting the inner pipe rod group 1 to move back and forth in the outer pipe rod 13 are arranged on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, or an adjusting strip 19 and an open hole groove 18 for installing the adjusting strip are arranged on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, and one or more limiting grooves or limiting holes 3 for limiting the inner pipe rod group 1 to move back and forth in the outer pipe rod 13 are arranged on the adjusting strip 19; a limit boss 8 is arranged in the locking rocker device; the limiting bosses 8 can be respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting grooves or the limiting holes 3 or the surfaces on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, or respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting grooves or the limiting holes 3 or the surfaces on the adjusting strip 9.

Specifically, the locking rocker device described in this embodiment includes: a securing sleeve 5, a locking rocker securing pin 14 and a locking rocker 17.

The fixed sleeve 5 is arranged on the outer pipe rod 13; the middle part of the locking rocker 17 is fixed on the fixing sleeve through a locking rocker fixing pin 14, and the locking rocker 17 rotates along the locking rocker fixing pin 14; the locking rocker 17 comprises: a locking handle 10 and a locking rocker arm 15; the front end of the locking rocker arm 15 is provided with a limiting boss 8 which penetrates through a single-wall hole 12 on the outer pipe rod 13 and a limiting groove or a limiting hole 3 of the inner pipe rod group 1 or the adjusting strip; a return spring 11 is arranged between the rear end of the locking handle 10 and the fixed sleeve 5.

Under the elastic force of the return spring 11, the limit boss 8 of the locking rocker arm 15 is always respectively clamped or pressed on the limit groove or the limit hole 3 or the surface on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, or respectively clamped or pressed on the limit groove or the limit hole 3 or the surface on the adjusting strip 9, so that the inner pipe rod group 1 is fixed in the outer pipe rod 13 and cannot move.

The locking handle 10 is pressed down to enable the locking rocker 17 to rotate in the opposite direction along the locking rocker fixing pin 14, so that the limiting boss 8 of the locking rocker 15 is respectively separated from the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the side wall of the inner tube rod group 1, or is respectively separated from the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the adjusting strip 19, and the purpose of unlocking is achieved.

One scheme that can be combined in the embodiment

The rocker locking device provided in this embodiment can also be provided with a second locking device as shown in fig. 1A-6B, specifically, the second locking device includes: a handle 9 and a fixing pin 4; the fixed sleeve is provided with a cavity opening for arranging the handle 9 and the fixed pin 4; the handle 9 is rotatably arranged at the cavity opening of the fixed sleeve 5 and is connected in series through the fixed pin 4 and is arranged in the cavity opening; the fixing sleeve 5 is provided with a fastening sheet 6; the fastening sheet 6 is provided with a locking boss 16B or a locking smooth surface 16A; an eccentric cam 7 is arranged at the rotating position of the handle 9; the handle 9 is rotated along the fixing pin 4 to use the eccentric cam 7 of the handle 9 to tightly press the fastening sheet 6, so that the locking boss 16B of the fastening sheet 6 is respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, or is respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the adjusting strip 9.

In this embodiment, the rocker latch can also be provided with a third latch, here intended to replace the second latch of the previous example, in particular said third latch comprising: handle 9, fixing pin 4 and fastening piece 6. The fixed sleeve is provided with a cavity opening for arranging the handle 9 and the fixed pin 4; the handle 9 is rotatably arranged at the cavity opening of the fixed sleeve 5 and is connected in series through the fixed pin 4 and is arranged in the cavity opening; a single-wall hole 12 is formed in the side wall of the outer pipe rod 13; the fastening sheet 6 is placed in a single-wall hole 12 of the fixing sleeve 5 corresponding to the outer pipe rod 13; the fastening sheet 6 is provided with a locking boss 16B or a locking smooth surface 16A; an eccentric cam 7 is arranged at the rotating position of the handle 9; the handle 9 is rotated along the fixing pin 4 and is pressed on the fastening sheet 6 by using the eccentric cam 7 of the handle 9, so that the locking boss 16B or the locking smooth surface 16A of the fastening sheet 6 can be respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, or respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the adjusting strip 19.

It should be noted that: in this embodiment, the handle 9 can be disposed in the cavity of the fixing sleeve 5 in the same direction as the telescopic rod and connected in series with the fixing pin 4, or disposed in the middle of the fixing sleeve 5 in the direction perpendicular to the telescopic rod and connected in series with the fixing pin 4.

A second scheme combinable in the embodiment

As shown in fig. 7A and 7B: the upper end of the fixing sleeve 5 in this embodiment is further provided with a quick-release lock device.

Specifically, the quick release lock device includes: the clamp 29, the quick release 28, the screw 32 and the locking nut 31 are arranged at the upper end of the fixed sleeve 5; the quick release 28 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the clamp 29 and connected in series through the screw rod 32; and locked by means of said locking nut 31. The head of the quick release 28 is provided with a quick release eccentric cam 30.

In the actual use process, when the quick release 28 is moved and rotated to enable the quick release eccentric cam 30 of the quick release 28 to be tightly pressed on the clamp 29, the clamp 29 contracts inwards to deform and tightly clamp the inner pipe rod group 1, so that the inner pipe rod group 1 can be fixed in the outer pipe rod 13.

When the quick release 28 is moved and rotated in the other direction to separate the quick release eccentric cam 30 of the quick release 28 from the clip 29, the clip 29 is restored by the elasticity of itself, and the inner tube rod set 1 can move back and forth in the outer tube rod 13.

A third scheme combinable in the present embodiment

As shown in fig. 8A and 8B: the upper end of the fixing sleeve 5 in this embodiment is also provided with a thread lock device.

Specifically, the screw lock device described in the present embodiment includes: a threaded column 25 and a locking sleeve 26 arranged at the upper end of the fixing sleeve 5; a locking inner nut 27 matched with the thread of the threaded column 25 is arranged in the locking sleeve 26; the threaded column 25 is internally provided with a locking boss 16B.

In the actual use process, when the locking sleeve 26 is rotated to move downwards along the threaded column 25, the threaded column 25 is tightened inwards, so that the locking boss 16B inside the threaded column 25 is respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the side wall of the inner pipe rod group 1, or is respectively clamped or pressed on the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the adjusting bar 9, so that the inner pipe rod group 1 is fixed in the outer pipe rod 13 and cannot move;

when the locking sleeve is rotated to move reversely, the thread column is restored by the elasticity of the thread column, the locking boss 16B inside the thread column is respectively separated from the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the side wall of the inner tube rod group 1, or is respectively separated from the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 or the surface on the adjusting strip 19, and the inner tube rod group 1 can move back and forth in the outer tube rod 13.

For more intact telescopic link regulation locking device, the shape of spacing recess 3 on interior tubular pole 2 include circular, "T" font, fall trapezoidal, different circular arc etc.. The limiting hole 3 comprises a circle, a square, a strip, a different circular arc and the like.

The shape of the limiting groove 3 of the adjusting strip 19 as described in the embodiment of fig. 9A and 9B includes but is not limited to: any one of circular, trapezoidal, irregular circular arc, square and triangular.

As shown in fig. 10A and 10B: the open bore slots 18 of the inner tube shaft 2 in this embodiment include, but are not limited to: any one of a circular shape, a "T" shape, an inverted trapezoid shape, and a heteromorphic arc shape.

Finally, it should be noted that: in this embodiment, the locking boss 16B is matched with the limiting groove or the limiting hole 3 of the inner pipe rod group 1 in shape; the locking boss 16B is matched with the shape of the opening hole groove 18 of the inner pipe rod 1 or the limiting groove 3 of the adjusting strip 19.
