Meanwhile, the process needs manual participation, the labor intensity of constructors is increased, and some unsafe factors exist. Therefore, an instrument suitable for detecting the liquid level position of the grouting liquid in the anchor cable hole is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the technical defects, the invention provides an anchor cable hole grouting liquid level detection device and method capable of automatically detecting the position of the liquid level of anchor cable hole grouting liquid.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is implemented as follows.

the external circuit comprises a power supply and an ammeter which are connected in series through an external lead;

step 01: manufacturing an anchor cable, binding a detection line, and lowering the anchor cable into an anchor cable hole;

step 02: before grouting, connecting the detection circuit with an external circuit through a wire clamp, performing pre-detection on the detection circuit, and judging whether a short-circuit fault exists or not;

step 03: connecting grouting equipment completely to enable the detection device to be in a working state;

step 04: grouting, wherein the grout, the detection circuit and an external circuit form a passage, and the ammeter displays that the circuit generates current to indicate that the grouting liquid level reaches the designed position;

step 05: and (5) closing the grouting valve and stopping the grouting pump after grouting is finished.

Compared with the conventional standard recommendation method, the method has the beneficial effects that: the detection device provided by the invention detects the anchor cable hole grouting liquid level information, and displays the information through an ammeter. When the liquid level of the grouting liquid reaches the design position, the method can display the liquid level in real time, quickly and automatically, reduces the judgment error of the standard recommendation method, ensures that the grouting amount of the anchor cable hole more meets the requirements of design files and related standards, and also reduces the labor intensity of workers.

step 01: manufacturing an anchor cable, binding a detection line 5 on the anchor cable 2 through binding wires, dividing the lower end 6 of a lead of the detection line 5 into two strands which are fixed at the position of a designed grouting liquid level 4 in a non-contact manner, and putting the manufactured anchor cable down into an anchor cable hole 1;

step 02: before grouting, the detection circuit 5 is connected with an external circuit through a wire clamp 9, a power supply 10 is switched on, the detection circuit 5 is subjected to pre-detection, and no current passes through the detection circuit based on an ammeter 11 to judge no short-circuit fault;

step 03: connecting the grouting equipment with the grouting pipe 3 completely to enable the detection device to be in a working state;

step 04: grouting is carried out, grouting liquid is filled from the bottom of the anchor cable hole 1 upwards through the grouting pipe 3, when the grouting liquid, the detection circuit 5 and an external circuit form a passage, the ammeter 11 displays that the circuit generates current, and the grouting liquid level 4 reaches the designed position;

step 05: and (5) after grouting is finished, closing the grouting valve by a worker and stopping the grouting pump.

Compared with the conventional standard recommendation method, the method has the beneficial effects that: the detection device of the invention utilizes the conductivity of the grouting liquid, when the grouting liquid level reaches the design position, the circuit forms a passage, and the judgment of whether the grouting liquid level reaches the design position is realized by monitoring the current through the circuit meter.
