Background

A density relay gauge is an instrument used to measure gas pressure. The device is mainly used in gas insulated metal closed switch equipment, and when a density relay meter needs to be detected or an equipment gas tank needs to be replenished with gas, the device needs to be dismantled. According to the relevant standard requirements, the gas density relay meter is not required to be removed when the density relay meter of the equipment gas box is detected or supplemented with gas. Referring to fig. 1, in the existing device, a three-way valve 3 with an inflation interface switch 3a and a bracket 2 are additionally arranged in front of a density relay meter 1, wherein an inflation interface 3b in the three-way valve 3 faces upwards, so that although the requirements are met, the problems of complex installation and inconvenient field detection and air supply are caused due to the structure of a cabinet body. Referring to fig. 2 in particular, the inflation port 3b of the three-way valve 3 is closer to the secondary wiring terminal board 4, which causes inconvenience in field detection and air supply.

In order to improve the manufacturing and installation efficiency and the convenience of field detection and air supplement, the improved design is carried out on the basis of adding a three-way valve to the original density relay meter.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the inflatable density relay meter is provided aiming at the problem that the inconvenience of field detection and air supplement is caused because the inflation interface of the original three-way valve device and the density relay meter is closer to the secondary wiring terminal board.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention can be realized by the following technical scheme:

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the elbow is connected to the air inflation interface of the density relay meter through a stop screw; the stop screw is loosened, so that the bent pipe can carry the inflation interface with the self-sealing valve to rotate for 360 degrees; the elbow and the inflation interface with the self-sealing valve can be fixed at a proper position by screwing the stop screw.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention not only can improve the manufacturing and installation efficiency, but also can solve the problems of inconvenient detection and air supply of the density relay meter on site.

The invention aims at combining an inflation valve device and a density relay table on the premise of not changing the structure of a cabinet body, and carrying out improved design to meet the requirement.

The inflatable density relay meter has certain universality, simplifies the production and manufacturing process, lowers the production, manufacturing and maintenance costs, and improves the working efficiency.

The invention is further described below in conjunction with the appended drawings and detailed description.

Referring to fig. 3, the inflatable density relay meter shown in the figure comprises a density relay meter 1, wherein the back surface 1a of the density relay meter 1 is provided with an air inflation port 1b, the air inflation port 1b of the density relay meter 1 is connected with a bent pipe 6 through a stop screw 5, the other end 6a of the bent pipe 6 extends to the front surface 1c of the density relay meter 1, and the other end 6a of the bent pipe 6 is connected with an air inflation port 7 with a self-sealing valve; when detection or air supplement is needed, a detection or air supplement joint 8 is connected to the air inflation interface 7 with the self-sealing valve, the detection or air supplement joint 8 is aligned with the air inflation interface 7 with the self-sealing valve, and a thimble 7a in the air inflation interface 7 with the self-sealing valve is screwed in and jacked open.

The invention improves the existing inflatable density relay meter which combines a three-way valve 3 and a density relay meter 1, namely, an inflation interface 1b of the density relay meter 1 is changed from the side surface to the front surface 1c of the density relay meter 1 through a bent pipe 6, and an inflation interface 7 with a self-sealing valve and a detection or air supply joint 8 replace the three-way valve (3). Referring to fig. 4, the inflation connector 7 with the self-sealing valve of the inflatable density relay meter of the invention is opposite to the front face of the cabinet body and is not affected by the secondary wiring terminal board 4.

When the density relay meter 1 or air supplement is detected, only the corresponding detecting or air supplement joint 8 is needed to be aligned with the air inflation interface 7 with the self-sealing valve and screwed in to jack the thimble 7a, and the step of opening the air inflation interface switch is omitted.

The stop screw 5 is loosened, the inflation interface 7 with the self-sealing valve can rotate 360 degrees around the density relay meter 1 through the bent pipe 6, and the inflation interface is fixed through the stop screw 5 after the angle is determined, so that the requirements of different structures can be met. In addition, the weight of the watch is lighter than that of the original watch, so that the assembly of the bracket 2 is cancelled, the manufacturing cost is saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
