The invention is used for automatically producing the tube coiling paper cover as follows: the reelpipe device 14 rolls the conveyed multilayer paper tape into a paper pipe in a spiral rolling mode, then the paper pipe cutting device 15 cuts the paper pipe into a fixed length, the cut paper pipe A1 is pushed onto a paper cover forming die 2 (see the paper cover forming die shown in figures 6 and 8), the paper cover forming die 2 rotates with the first indexing turntable 1 in a multi-station circumferential mode, before the paper pipe is pushed onto the paper cover forming die, a circular cover sheet punching device 5 punches a circular cover sheet A3 and pushes the circular cover sheet into a die cavity hole 27 of the paper cover forming die 2, after the paper pipe is pushed onto the paper cover forming die, a paper cover sheet punching device 6 punches a paper cover sheet A2 and pushes the paper cover sheet into a die cavity hole 27 of the paper cover forming die, and the outer circle of the paper cover sheet A2 is simultaneously stretched to form an outer folded edge A21; after the paper tube A1 and the paper cover sheet A2 are sleeved on the paper cover forming die 2, the gluing device 7 coats hot melt glue to an inward-folding flanging part (including an outer folding edge of the paper cover sheet), the flanging devices 8 and 9 perform inward-folding flanging on the upper end part of the paper tube A1, the inward-folding flanging A11 presses and fixes the outer folding edge A21 of the paper cover sheet to enable the paper tube and the paper cover sheet to be connected into a whole, and finally, the material pushing head 23 in the paper cover forming die 2 pushes the combined paper tube and the paper cover sheet away from the paper cover forming die 2 at a cover outlet station; after the combined paper tube and paper cover sheet are pushed away from the paper cover forming die 2, the combined paper tube and paper cover sheet enter the cover bottom shaping die 4, the cover bottom shaping die 4 rotates along with the second indexing turntable 3 in a multi-station circumferential mode, the lower port of the paper tube A1 is subjected to outer edge curling by the edge curling devices 11 and 12, and if the outer circumference of the second indexing turntable 3 is provided with a catching groove pressing station, the corresponding catching groove pressing device can perform pressing operation of the annular catching groove A12 on the excircle of the paper tube.
