Background

With the increasing requirements of people on driving experience, the technology of the atmosphere lamp in the automobile capable of improving the mood of drivers is gradually developed, and the vehicle window integrated with the technology of the atmosphere lamp has unique lighting and decoration effects and is widely applied to middle-high-grade automobiles.

At present, in a vehicle window with an atmosphere effect, a light extraction structure is generally arranged on the surface of transparent glass, and light emitted by a light source is scattered on the light extraction structure to form a specific pattern, so that various atmosphere effects are realized. However, in the traditional vehicle window with atmosphere effect, the light source is complicated with the fixed structure of printing opacity subassembly installation, and whole size is thick for the required structure of cooperation installation door window is also comparatively complicated and massive on the automobile body, is unfavorable for the lightweight design of car.

Detailed Description

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, are within the scope of the present invention.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Referring first to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides an automobile 1000, wherein the automobile 1000 may be a car, a multi-purpose business car, a sports car, a truck, or the like. The automobile 1000 comprises a vehicle body 900 and the vehicle window 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, wherein the vehicle body 900 is provided with a containing space 901, the light transmission component 30 of the vehicle window 100 comprises a first surface 301 and a second surface 302 which are opposite, the first surface 301 faces the containing space 901, and the second surface 302 faces the outside of the automobile. Specifically, the vehicle 1000 may include a plurality of windows 100, and the windows 100 may be disposed on both sides of the vehicle 1000 as side windows, or disposed at the rear of the vehicle 1000 as a rear windshield, or disposed at the top of the vehicle 1000 as a sunroof. By adding the window 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention into the automobile 1000, the automobile 1000 can meet the requirement of light weight while having an atmosphere effect.

Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention provides a vehicle window 100, and it should be noted that the vehicle window 100 generally has a certain curvature and is not a complete flat plate. Further, the window 100 may be disposed in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction. The drawings of the present invention show a vehicle window 100 for illustration purposes only. In particular, the window 100 may be selected from a side window, a rear window, a sunroof, etc., and is preferably applied to a car 1000 of a type such as a sedan, a utility business car, a sports car, a truck, etc., and in other embodiments, may also be applied to a construction industry, and is applied to indoor atmosphere adjustment.

The vehicle window 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises a light source 10, a mounting member 20, a light-transmitting assembly 30 and a light extraction structure 40, wherein the light-transmitting assembly 30 comprises a first surface 301 and a second surface 302 which are opposite to each other and a side surface 303 connecting the first surface 301 and the second surface 302, the first surface 301 faces the inside of the vehicle, the mounting member 20 is located on the side surface 303, the mounting member 20 extends to the first surface 301 and the second surface 302, the mounting member 20 is further provided with a groove 201, the side surface 303 seals the groove 201, the light source 10 is arranged in the groove 201 and is used for emitting light to the light-transmitting assembly 30, the light extraction structure 40 is arranged in the first surface 301 and/or the second surface 302 and/or the light-transmitting assembly 30, and the light emitted by the light source 10 irradiates the light extraction structure 40 through the light-transmitting.

The light-transmitting member 30 may be made of one or more transparent materials such as glass, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), Polystyrene (PS), Polycarbonate (PC), and Polyethylene (PE). It is understood that the light transmission member 30 can be made of any other material that satisfies the corresponding functional requirements, and is not specifically limited herein.

The mounting member 20 is located on a side 303 of the light transmission member 30 and extends to the first surface 301 and the second surface 302 of the light transmission member 30. With the above structure, the mounting member 20 can be clamped between the first surface 301 and the second surface 302, so that the fixed connection between the mounting member 20 and the light-transmitting assembly 30 is effectively realized. It is understood that the mounting member 20 and the light transmission member 30 can be fixed by a connector, or the light transmission member 30 is merely placed on the mounting member 20 to realize the relative fixation therebetween, which is not limited in particular. The mounting member 20 may be made of alloy, plastic, or any other material having a certain structural strength.

The mounting member 20 is provided with a groove 201, the side 303 of the light transmission component 30 seals the groove 201, and the light source 10 is arranged on the mounting member 20 and located in the groove 201, so that the light source 10 is effectively mounted on the light transmission component 30 and is relatively fixed with the light transmission component 30, and the structural stability of the vehicle window 100 is further improved.

In some embodiments, the light extraction structure 40 may be a pattern layer formed by processing a pattern on the light transmission member 30 through a laser engraving process, or may be a pattern layer formed by screen printing an ink pattern on a substrate, and the light extraction structure 40 may be scattering particles disposed in the light transmission member 30, that is, light is irradiated onto the light extraction structure 40 and reflected or refracted to achieve a corresponding atmosphere effect. In other embodiments, the light extraction structure 40 is a photoluminescent structure that emits light, i.e., the light extraction structure 40 emits light to achieve the corresponding atmosphere effect.

The light extraction structures 40 are disposed on the first surface 301 and/or the second surface 302 of the light transmission member 30 and/or inside the light transmission member 30, and light emitted from the light source 10 entering the light transmission member 30 is scattered on a specific pattern of the light extraction structures 40, thereby presenting a specific light emitting pattern. It should be noted that the light extraction structures 40 may be distributed on the entire first surface 301 and/or the entire second surface 302 and/or the entire light-transmitting component 30, or may be distributed only on a part of the first surface 301 and/or a part of the second surface 302 and/or a part of the entire light-transmitting component 30, and are configured according to specific use cases.

According to the vehicle window 100 provided by the embodiment of the invention, the mounting piece 20 is arranged on the side surface 303 of the light-transmitting component 30, the mounting piece 20 extends to the first surface 301 and the second surface 302 of the light-transmitting component 30, and the light source 10 is arranged on the mounting piece 20 and is positioned in the groove 201, so that the mounting and fixing structure of the light source 10 and the light-transmitting component 30 is simplified, the overall thickness of the light source 10 and the light-transmitting component 30 is reduced, and the requirement of light weight is met. It can be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, while the mounting member 20 realizes the fixed mounting of the light source 10 to the light transmission assembly 30, the structure is simpler, the processing difficulty is lower, and the process production efficiency of the corresponding vehicle window 100 is improved.

In one embodiment, the light-transmitting member 30 includes a first light-transmitting member 31 and a second light-transmitting member 32, the first light-transmitting member 31 includes a first surface 301 and a third surface 304 opposite to each other and a first sub-side 303 connecting the first surface 301 and the third surface 304, the second light-transmitting member 32 includes a second surface 302 and a fourth surface 305 opposite to each other and a second sub-side 303 connecting the second surface 302 and the fourth surface 305, the third surface 304 and the fourth surface 305 are oppositely disposed, and the first sub-side 303 and the second sub-side 303 are coplanar to form the side 303. In one embodiment, a light extraction member 33 is further disposed between the first light-transmitting member 31 and the second light-transmitting member 32, the light emitted from the light source 10 enters the light extraction member 33, and the light extraction member 33 is used for guiding the light so that the light enters the first light-transmitting member 31 and/or the second light-transmitting member 32 and exits through the first surface 301 and/or the second surface 302. By arranging the light extraction member 33 between the first light transmission member 31 and the second light transmission member 32, the propagation direction of light entering the light extraction member 33 is guided, thereby effectively controlling the light to enter the first light transmission member 31 and exit from the first surface 301, and/or controlling the light to enter the second light transmission member 32 and exit from the second surface 302. In a specific embodiment, the light extraction element 33 includes a matrix layer and light extraction particles distributed in the matrix layer, and the light extraction particles are configured or arranged to control the light path of the light entering the light extraction element 33. It is understood that the structure and type of the light extraction element 33 can be varied, including but not limited to the above, and will not be described in detail herein.

In one embodiment, the mounting member 20 includes a bearing portion 21, a supporting portion 22 and a clamping portion 23, which are stacked, the supporting portion 22 is disposed on the bearing portion 21 and surrounds the bearing portion 21 to form a groove 201, the supporting portion 22 is connected to the side surface 303, the clamping portion 23 is disposed on the supporting portion 22, and the clamping portion 23 is connected to the first surface 301 and a portion of the second surface 302. Under the above structure, the mounting member 20 can be effectively and fixedly mounted on the light transmission component 30, and the light source 10 is accommodated in the groove 201, so that the light source 10 can be effectively mounted on the light transmission component 30 and relatively fixed with the light transmission component 30, thereby improving the structural stability of the vehicle window 100. It will be appreciated that in a particular embodiment, the carrier portion 21, the support portion 22 and the clamping portion 23 may be designed as a one-piece construction. When the bearing portion 21, the supporting portion 22 and the clamping portion 23 are of an integrated structure, the structure of the mounting member 20 formed by the bearing portion, the supporting portion 22 and the clamping portion is more stable, so that the structural stability of the vehicle window 100 is further improved.

It should be noted that, the integrated structure is simple to process, and no additional assembly connection structure is needed to connect the bearing portion 21, the supporting portion 22 and the clamping portion 23, so that the structure of the mounting member 20 is further simplified, and the production and mounting efficiency is improved. When the mounting member 20 is made of metal or other alloy material, the bearing portion 21, the supporting portion 22 and the holding portion 23 may be integrally formed by sheet metal process; when the mounting member 20 is made of plastic, the bearing portion 21, the supporting portion 22 and the clamping portion 23 may be integrally formed through an injection molding process. Wherein, according to the material of the mounting part 20, the supporting part 22 and the covering part can be processed by corresponding integral forming process, and the mounting part 20 can be processed into a specific shape according to the corresponding use requirement, and no specific limitation is made herein as long as the corresponding function can be satisfied. It should be noted that the mounting member 20 may be made of the above-mentioned alloy, plastic or other waterproof material, so that liquid enters the groove 201 to cause the light source 10 to malfunction.

In one embodiment, the inner surface of the groove 201 is further provided with a matching structure 24, the groove 201 is further provided with a circuit board 50, the circuit board 50 is connected with the matching structure 24 in a matching manner, and the light source 10 is electrically connected with the circuit board 50. The light source 10 is electrically connected with the circuit board 50 to meet corresponding circuit connection requirements, and the matching structure 24 is arranged on the inner surface of the groove 201, so that the circuit board 50 can be fixed inside the mounting part 20 through the matching relation with the matching structure 24, the light source 10 is further fixed, and the light source 10 is prevented from shaking or even colliding in the groove 201 to cause structural damage to the light source 10.

The light source 10 is electrically connected to the circuit board 50 to meet the corresponding circuit connection requirement, and the circuit board 50 may be provided with a power supply and a circuit to supply power to the light source 10. In a specific embodiment, the light source 10 can be fixed on the circuit board 50, and it should be noted that the light source 10 can be welded on the circuit board 50, or can be fixed on the circuit board 50 by bonding with an adhesive, so as to fix the light source 10 and electrically connect with the circuit.

Wherein, the cooperation structure 24 can be step-like structure, also can be the draw-in groove, and is corresponding, but circuit board 50 joint is fixed in step-like structure on or in the draw-in groove, does not carry out specific injecing to the shape structure of cooperation structure 24 here, as long as can carry out the joint to circuit board 50 and fix.

Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, in an embodiment, the supporting portion 21 includes a first inner surface 210, the supporting portion 22 includes a second inner surface 220, the first inner surface 210 and the second inner surface 220 enclose to form a groove 201, and the matching structure 24 is disposed on the first inner surface 210 or the second inner surface 220. When the mating structure 24 is disposed on the first inner surface 210, the circuit board 50 and the light source 10 may be secured to the first inner surface 210; when the mating structure 24 is disposed on the second inner surface 220, the circuit board 50 and the light source 10 may be secured to the second inner surface 220. The two layout modes can meet the fixing requirements of the light source 10, and the light source 10 is prevented from shaking or even colliding in the groove 201 to cause structural damage to the light source 10. In the present embodiment, the matching structure 24 is preferably an adhesive layer, and the circuit board 50 is adhered to the first inner surface 210 or the second inner surface 220 by disposing the matching structure 24 on the first inner surface 210 or the second inner surface 220. The structure can also meet the fixing requirement of the light source 10, and the light source 10 is prevented from shaking in the groove 201 and even colliding to cause structural damage to the light source 10. Further, since the circuit board 50 is bonded to the first surface 301 or the second surface 302, the size of the mounting device 20 can be further reduced, and the size can be reduced.

It will be appreciated that when the circuit board 50 is adhesively attached to the first inner surface 210 of the carrier portion 21, as shown in fig. 3, the longitudinal dimension of the mounting member 20 may be reduced to some extent to meet some specific structural requirements of the vehicle window 100;

as shown in fig. 4, when the circuit board 50 is adhered to the second inner surface 220 of the supporting portion 22, the transverse dimension of the mounting member 20 can be reduced to some extent, that is, the overall thickness of the vehicle window 100 is reduced, and the requirement for thinning the vehicle window 100 is met. It should be noted that the fixing manner between the circuit board 50 and the first inner surface 210 or the second inner surface 220 includes, but is not limited to, adhering with a glue layer, and may also be any other fixing manner, which is not limited in detail herein.

In one embodiment, at least a portion of the mounting member 20 is made of a light blocking material such that light emitted from the light source 10 cannot exit through the mounting member 20, and light emitted from the light source 10 impinges on the side surface 303 and enters the light transmission member 30 through the side surface 303. By forming mounting member 20 from a light-blocking material, such that mounting member 20 is light-tight, light emitted by light source 10 cannot escape through mounting member 20, thereby reducing the loss of light energy. The light-shielding material includes, but is not limited to, a metal material, an alloy material, a plastic, and a light-shielding glass, and may also be any other material that satisfies the corresponding light-shielding function, and is not specifically limited herein. It can be understood that, a part of the light emitted from the light source 10 directly enters the light transmission component 30, and a part of the light irradiates the inner surface of the mounting component 20, and the light irradiating the inner surface of the mounting component 20 is reflected on the inner surface of the mounting component 20 and finally enters the light transmission component 30, so that the situation that the light penetrates through the mounting component 20 and exits from the groove 201 does not exist, thereby effectively reducing the loss of light energy and improving the light utilization rate.

Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the inner surface of the groove 201 is covered with a light shielding layer 60, and the light emitted from the light source 10 is blocked by the light shielding layer 60 and cannot exit through the mounting member 20. It can be understood that, when the mounting member 20 cannot be made of a light shielding material under a specific condition, the light shielding layer 60 can also be covered on the inner surface of the groove 201 to shield light, and light emitted from the light source 10 is blocked by the light shielding layer 60 and cannot be emitted through the mounting member 20, so that loss of light energy is reduced, and light utilization rate is improved. Moreover, light cannot penetrate through the mounting part 20 to be emitted from the first groove 201, so that light pollution is reduced, and the user experience effect is guaranteed.

In one embodiment, the light shielding layer 60 is made of a reflective material, and a portion of the light emitted from the light source 10 irradiates the light shielding layer 60, and is reflected by the light shielding layer 60 to enter the light transmissive member 30 from the side surface 303. Through making light shield layer 60 with reflecting material, the light that light source 10 launches also can't see through installed part 20 and jet out, the loss of light energy has been reduced, and, the reflection of light on light shield layer 60's surface is close to the complete reflection, the loss of light energy is less, light is through once or many times reflection, finally inject printing opacity subassembly 30 and shine on light extraction structure 40 by first surface 301 or second surface 302, thereby further reduce the loss of light energy, the light utilization ratio has been improved, the illumination and the atmosphere effect of door window 100 have been guaranteed.

Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, a reflective structure 70 is further disposed in the groove 201, the reflective structure 70 includes a reflective surface 701, an included angle is formed between the reflective surface 701 and the side surface 303, and a part of light emitted from the light source 10 irradiates the reflective surface 701 and is reflected by the reflective surface 701 to enter the light-transmitting assembly 30 from the side surface 303. It can be understood that, when the light emitted from the light source 10 can not directly face the light-transmitting assembly 30, the light emitted from the light source 10 can be reflected by the reflective structure 70 disposed in the groove 201, so that the light enters the light-transmitting assembly 30 and irradiates the light extraction structure 40, thereby implementing the functions of illumination and atmosphere.

It should be noted that the reflection structure 70 includes a reflection surface 701, the reflection surface 701 is used for reflecting the light emitted by the light source 10, and the included angle between the reflection surface 701 and the side surface 303 can be adjusted, so that the light can enter the light-transmitting assembly 30 from the first surface 301 or the second surface 302 only through one reflection, which reduces the light energy loss of the light in the reflection process, thereby improving the illumination and atmosphere effects of the vehicle window 100. The included angle between the reflection surface 701 and the side surface 303 may be 15 °, 30 °, 36 °, 60 °, 90 °, or other angles corresponding to requirements, which is not specifically limited herein. It should be noted that, in order to meet the corresponding reflection requirement, the reflection surface 701 may be a plane, and may also be a concave surface, a convex surface, or other irregular surface, which is not specifically limited herein. Moreover, when the light emitted from the light source 10 is reflected by one reflecting surface 701 and cannot enter the light-transmitting assembly 30, the number of the reflecting surfaces 701 may be multiple, and the light can enter the light-transmitting assembly 30 through multiple reflections by adjusting the position relationship between the multiple reflecting surfaces 701, so as to improve the utilization rate of the light.

Referring to fig. 7, in one embodiment, there are a plurality of clamping portions 23, and a spacing distance is provided between the clamping portions 23. When the number of the clamping portions 23 is plural, the clamping effect of the clamping portions 23 on the first surface 301 and the second surface 302 is better, so that the mounting member 20 and the light-transmitting assembly 30 are effectively and fixedly connected, and because the plurality of clamping portions 23 have a spacing distance therebetween, part of light emitted from the first surface 301 and/or the second surface 302 is not shielded by the clamping portions 23, but is emitted through spacing areas between the plurality of clamping portions 23, so that the lighting and atmosphere effects of the vehicle window 100 are improved.

Referring to fig. 8 and 9, in an embodiment, the holding portion 23 is made of a transparent material, and light emitted from the light source 10 into the light-transmitting component 30 enters the holding portion 23 from the first surface 301 and/or the second surface 302 and exits from the surface of the holding portion 23. Through adopting transparent material to make clamping part 23 for clamping part 23 can possess centre gripping and printing opacity function simultaneously, and the light that light source 10 penetrated into printing opacity subassembly 30 is at the in-process that is penetrated out by first surface 301 and/or second surface 302, can not sheltered from by clamping part 23, but can see through clamping part 23 and penetrate out, thereby has improved the illumination and the atmosphere effect of door window 100. It is understood that, in the present embodiment, the material of the clamping portion 23 may be the same as the material of the light-transmitting component 30, and may also be any other transparent material meeting the corresponding requirement, and is not limited specifically herein.

Referring to fig. 10, in an embodiment, the supporting portion 22 is made of a light guide material, and a part of the light emitted from the light source 10 enters the supporting portion 22 and is conducted through the supporting portion 22, and then enters the light transmission assembly 30 from the supporting portion 22 through the side surface 303. By using the light guide material to make the supporting portion 22, the supporting portion 22 has a light guide function, and after the light emitted from the light source 10 enters the supporting portion 22, the light is transmitted and distributed to the whole supporting portion 22, and then enters the light transmission assembly 30 from the side 303 of the supporting portion 22, so as to realize the functions of illumination and atmosphere. Since the light can be conducted and extended in the supporting portion 22, only one or a small number of light sources 10 are needed to be arranged to satisfy the distribution of the light in a large area range, instead of arranging a plurality of light sources 10 to satisfy the corresponding functions of illumination and atmosphere, the number of light sources 10 is reduced, and thus the process cost is reduced.

Referring to fig. 11, in an embodiment, in order to prevent a portion of light emitted from the light source 10 from directly emitting through the supporting portion 22 without being emitted from the supporting portion 22 into the light-transmitting assembly 30, the supporting portion 22 may be made by a combination of a light-guiding material and a light-shielding material, a portion of the supporting portion 22 opposite to the light-transmitting assembly 30 is made of a light-guiding material, and a portion of the supporting portion 22 opposite to the clamping portion 23 is made of a light-shielding material. Under the above structure, the supporting portion 22 can still play a corresponding light guiding function, and meanwhile, the light emitted by the light source 10 cannot directly penetrate through the supporting portion 22 to be emitted, so that the loss of light energy is reduced, and the light utilization rate is ensured. In a specific embodiment, a light shielding layer 60 may be disposed on the outer surface of the supporting portion 22 to prevent light from directly emitting through the supporting portion 22.
