Technical Field

Background

The packaging bag is mainly used for packaging various articles, so that the articles are convenient to transport and easy to store in the production flow process, and the packaging bag is widely used in daily life and industrial production.

Generally, each packaging bag corresponds to one chamber, and if multi-chamber isolation is realized on one packaging bag, the bag-making process needs to be isolated by heat sealing through a mold, so that the packaging bag is made during the bag-making process: except that the heat-seal strength of each sealing edge of the packaging bag is high, the heat-seal strength of the isolation edge between the cavities is moderate, the requirement that the liquid or the articles in the packaging bag cannot leak liquid or leak objects and are not easy to extrude to penetrate through the cavities is also considered, because the whole packaging bag is of the same material structure, the heat-seal strength of each edge sealing and the heat-seal strength of the isolation belt cannot form great difference, under the condition that the isolation belt is easy to penetrate through, the heat-seal strength of each edge sealing cannot be high, the packaging bag has great quality risk hidden danger in the production process, the packaging bag is easy to leak liquid, gas and objects

Therefore, there is a need to develop a packaging bag with a middle isolation belt having low strength and easy penetration, but with high heat sealing strength at each end seal and edge seal, and the packaging bag with the interconnected clamp chains can meet the above requirements to solve the quality problems of liquid leakage and air leakage of the packaging bag.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention provides a clamping chain intercommunicated type packaging bag which realizes double-cavity or multi-cavity intercommunication in a clamping chain mode and protects a bag body from liquid leakage or air leakage caused by external force accidentally.

The technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides a zipper-intercommunicated pouch, including a pouch body, the pouch body including a zipper 3, a first storage compartment 1, and a second storage compartment 2, the zipper 3 being disposed between the first storage compartment 1 and the second storage compartment 2, wherein the first storage compartment 1 and the second storage compartment 2 are formed by partitioning the pouch body by the zipper 3, and the pouch can be realized by the zipper 3, and the relative independence between the two storage compartments or the multiple storage compartments can also prevent the substances in the storage compartments from going moldy and deteriorating, and the dual storage compartments or the multiple storage compartments can be realized by the zipper 3 without considering the isolation strength between the compartments, so as to better ensure the production quality of the pouch and the packaging effect of the pouch.

Specifically, the first storage chamber 1 of the present invention is filled with fluid substances, and the second storage chamber 2 is filled with solid substances or solid substances with fluid, so as to protect the substances in the storage chamber from liquid leakage, air leakage, etc., and ensure that the packing bag does not penetrate through the packing bag due to an unexpected external force during transportation or storage.

Specifically, the clip chain 3 of the present invention is a stress point when being squeezed, and a user applies an external force to the fluid substance in the first storage chamber toward the clip chain 3, so that the clip chain 3 is expanded by the stress to flow the fluid substance in the first storage chamber 1 into the second storage chamber 2 for mixing.

When the embodiment of the invention is realized, the shape of the packaging bag body can be a regular bag body such as a square or rectangle or an irregular bag body such as other irregular bag bodies.

As shown in fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clip chain 3 includes a first chain 31 and a second chain 32, and the first chain 31 and the second chain 32 are nested with each other to clamp the clip chain 3, wherein an engaging surface of the first chain 31 is provided with an external protrusion, an engaging surface of the second chain 32 is provided with an internal groove, the external protrusion can be inserted into the internal groove, and the fluid substance in the first storage chamber 1 can be firmly locked by tightly nesting the first chain 31 and the second chain 32.

The clip chain 3 has better waterproof performance and air tightness, the opening strength range of the clip chain 3 is adjustable, and the clip chain 3 with different opening forces can be selected according to specific use conditions.

The edge sealing area is arranged on the packaging bag body, the edge sealing areas 4 are distributed along the edge of the packaging bag body, the edge sealing areas 4 are formed by heat sealing the edge of the packaging bag body, the sealing heat sealing strength of the edge sealing areas 4 is high, leakage of the packaging bag body is avoided, and the heat sealing strength of the edge sealing areas 4 is far greater than the opening force of the clamp chain 3.

According to the invention, the head sealing area 5 is arranged at the top end of the packaging bag body, the heat sealing strength of the head sealing area 5 is high to prevent the packaging bag body from leaking, and the heat sealing strength of the head sealing area 5 is far greater than the opening force of the clamp chain 3.

Example 1:

as shown in fig. 3, the packaging bag body is provided with at least one easy-to-tear opening 7, the easy-to-tear opening 7 is located outside the edge sealing heat-sealing area 5, and specifically, one easy-to-tear opening 7 is provided.

In other embodiments, the package body may be provided with two easy-tear openings 7, and the two easy-tear openings 7 are respectively close to the top end and the tail end of the package body.

The shape of the easy-to-tear opening 7 comprises one or a combination of a plurality of shapes selected from a semi-arc shape, an arc shape and an arc saw tooth shape, specifically, the outer contour of the easy-to-tear opening 7 is an arc shape, and the inner contour is a saw tooth shape.

The packaging bag body is also provided with at least one folding line 4 which is perpendicular to the clip chain 3, and when the packaging bag is specifically realized, the packaging bag is provided with two folding lines 4.

As shown in FIG. 4, the present invention relates to a method for using a clip chain type packaging bag, comprising the steps of:

step 1) before use: the first storage chamber and the second storage chamber are separated independently, and the fluid substance in the first storage chamber and the solid substance in the second storage chamber or the solid substance attached with fluid are separated;

step 2) force application: an external force is applied to the fluid substance in the first storage chamber towards the zipper, so that the zipper is opened. Step 3), extrusion: the fluid substance in the first reservoir is pressed into the second reservoir to mix with the solid substance or solid substance to which the fluid is attached.

Step 4) use: and (3) after uniformly mixing, taking out solid matters or solid matters attached with fluid for use.

Specifically, the invention is suitable for a dry-wet separated double-cavity or multi-cavity packaging bag, taking a packaging bag of a double-cavity mask as an example, and is implemented as follows.

Example 2:

as shown in fig. 5 to 8, the use of the mask with respect to the pack bag includes:

step 1) filling essence in a first storage chamber 1 of a packaging bag body, filling membrane cloth in a second storage chamber 2, and folding the packaging bag twice along a back folding line 4;

step 2) force application: applying external force to the clip chain 3 of the folded packaging bag body to open the clip chain 3;

and 3) pressing the essence part, wherein one hand drives the liquid to the direction of the clamp chain 3 at the lower end, and the other hand presses the lower end of the clamp chain 3 to inject the liquid into the membrane cloth.

Step 4), fully kneading to ensure that the essence is uniformly absorbed by the membrane cloth;

and 5) tearing from the easy-to-tear opening 7, and taking out the membrane cloth for use.

According to the invention, the clip chain 3 divides the packaging bag body into two storage chambers, one storage chamber is used for containing essence, and the other storage chamber is used for containing membrane cloth, so that the essence and the membrane cloth are separated, the utilization rate of the facial mask is fully improved, the waste can be avoided, and the pollution caused by the essence which is scattered outside is avoided.
