Technical Field

Background

The ice cubes made in the ice field have a heavy weight (generally, the weight of one ice cube is 100KG), and the transportation of the ice cubes needs to be manually realized, which is time-consuming and labor-consuming. In addition, when ice cubes are transported in an ice field in summer, the ice cubes need to be transported back and forth between the outdoor with the high temperature of about 40 ℃ and the ice transport vehicle with the temperature of less than 10 ℃. Therefore, the temperature difference of the ice plant is large, and the moisture is heavy and the fog is thick, so that workers can fall down or be injured by ice blocks easily in the carrying process. Therefore, it is easy to cause injury to workers.

For this reason, automatic ice transfer systems have become very urgent. If an automated ice transfer system is available, 48 ice cubes with a weight of about 100KG per cube are also handled, possibly with only 4 people. Thus, labor cost can be reduced, and injury to ice transport workers can be reduced.

However, the weight of the single ice block is heavy, so that the requirement on the ice block transfer mechanism is high, and a suitable ice block transfer mechanism is not available at present.

In view of the above technical drawbacks of the prior art, there is a strong need to develop an ice transfer mechanism.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides an ice block transfer mechanism which can realize automatic transfer of ice blocks, so that the labor burden of workers can be reduced, and the labor cost of an ice making enterprise can be reduced.

The present invention is further described with reference to the following drawings and examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention.

The invention relates to an ice block transfer mechanism which is used for simultaneously transferring a plurality of ice blocks, so that the burden of workers can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the ice transfer mechanism of the present invention comprises a cross frame 1 disposed obliquely. The cross frame 1 is used for providing support for other parts of the ice transfer mechanism.

Preferably, the cross member 1 is welded from metal, such as steel rod. Therefore, the bearing capacity of the ice cube is stronger, and the capacity and the efficiency of transferring the ice cubes can be improved.

In the invention, the upper end of the transverse frame 1 is provided with a transfer driving shaft 2 and a driving motor 4, and the lower end is provided with a transfer driven shaft 3. Wherein, the both ends of transporting driving shaft 2 and transporting driven shaft 3 can be installed through two bearings respectively on crossbearer 1 to it is more convenient to make its rotation.

Therefore, under the driving of the driving motor 4, the driving driven gear 7 can be driven to rotate through the driving chain 6, and the rotation of the driving driven gear 7 drives the rotation of the transfer driving shaft 2. The rotation of transporting driving shaft 2 drives the transportation driving gear rotates, and the rotation of transporting driving gear drives the rotation of transporting chain 8.

The transverse frame 1 is also provided with supporting plates 9 positioned on two sides of the transfer chain 8.

Further, in the present invention, it is preferable that the upper end of the cross frame 1 is provided with a motor mount 12. The driving motor 4 is mounted on the motor mounting base 12. In this way, the installation of the drive motor 4 is made more convenient and stable.

More preferably, the motor mount 12 is welded with metal. And the motor mounting seat 12 and the cross frame 1 are welded together. Like this, make whole ice-cube transport mechanism be integrative, make its more firm and bearing capacity stronger on the one hand, on the other hand makes it remove and shift more convenient.
