as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the first embodiment provides a peeling device for agricultural sugar cane, comprising: the sugarcane peeling machine comprises a leading-in box seat 1, a peeling box body 2, a positioning mechanism 5, a correcting mechanism 6, a first peeling mechanism 7, a second peeling mechanism 8 and a leading-out seat 3, wherein a propelling cylinder is arranged in front of the leading-in box seat 1 and used for propelling sugarcane to the thickness direction; the peeling box body 2 is arranged behind the leading-in box seat 1, and a peeling outlet 2001 which is obliquely arranged backwards is arranged in the peeling box body 2; the positioning mechanism 5 is arranged in the front part of the peeling box body 2, the positioning mechanism 5 is internally provided with press blocks 502, and the press blocks 502 are divided into four symmetrical annular arrangements; the correcting mechanism 6 is arranged in the front part of the debarking box body 2 and is positioned behind the positioning mechanism 5; the first peeling mechanism 7 is arranged behind the correcting mechanism 6, a first peeling knife 702 is arranged in the first peeling mechanism 7, and the first peeling knife 702 is arranged in four forward annular shapes; the second peeling mechanism 8 is arranged behind the first peeling mechanism 7, a second peeling knife 802 is arranged in the second peeling mechanism 8, and the second peeling knife 802 is arranged in a four-oblique annular shape; the guiding-out seat 3 is arranged at the rear of the peeling box body 2.

As shown in fig. 2, a pull handle 203 is installed at the side of the transmission disc 9 in front of the first circular disc 501, a second pull rod 202 is installed at the side of the transmission disc 9 in front of the second circular disc 701 and the third circular disc 801, rotating rods 205 are installed at the front and the rear of the debarking box body 2, the rotating rods 205 are arranged in a hollow manner, the rear end of each rotating rod 205 is connected with the first pull rod 201, a buckle sleeve 204 is installed on each first pull rod 201, and the buckle sleeve 204 can buckle the second pull rod 202; as shown in fig. 7-8, a resisting block 207 is arranged in the front end of the rotating rod 205, a gear ring 2003 is arranged at one circle of the front end of the peeling box body 2, the front end of the resisting block 207 can be attached to the gear ring 2003, a holding handle 206 is arranged on the outer side of the resisting block 207, the holding handle 206 is connected with the rear end of the resisting block 207, a pressure spring 208 is arranged at the rear end of the resisting block 207, a rotating pin block 209 and an air bag ball 210 are arranged in the middle of the resisting block 207, the rotating pin block 209 can rotate, a long rod 211 is arranged on the inner side of the rotating rod 205, the long rod 211 is in an "L" shape, the long rod 211 can rotate, and the front end of the long rod 211 can be attached to the rotating pin block 209.

In this embodiment, the second pull rod 202 and the pull handle 203 are controlled to be adjusted to the same horizontal position by the structure in the rotating rod 205, and the distance between the first peeling knife 702 and the second peeling knife 802 is always adjusted and is the same as the distance adjusted by the pressing block 502, so that the peeling thickness of the first peeling knife 702 and the second peeling knife 802 can be accurately controlled.

Example four:

a peeling method of an agricultural sugarcane peeling device comprises the following steps:

adjusting, namely cutting off the front and rear heads of the sugarcane before pushing the sugarcane into the guide box seat 1, then pushing the sugarcane into the peeling box body 2 by using the pushing cylinder to push the front end of the sugarcane into the correcting mechanism 6 and then stopping, pulling down the pull handle 203 to rotate the transmission disc 9 in front of the first disc 501 to enable the gradual changing head 901 to be attached to the pulley 13, gradually pressing down the pulley 13 to enable the pressing block 502 to be pressed against the sugarcane, stopping the pull handle 203 after pressing is finished, and finishing adjusting.

Positioning, namely pulling up the first pull rod 201 to enable the first pull rod 201 to be attached to the lower part of the pull handle 203, then pushing the handle 206 forwards to enable the abutting block 207 to be attached to the toothed ring 2003, then popping the rotary pin block 209 to be clamped on the inner side of the rotary rod 205 under the elastic action of the air bag ball 210 to enable the first pull rod 201 to be fixed, then pulling down the second pull rod 202, buckling the second pull rod 202 on the buckle sleeve 204, enabling the transmission disc 9 in front of the second disc 701 and the third disc 801 to rotate to enable the first peeling knife 702 and the second peeling knife 802 to be close to each other, and finally finishing positioning;

peeling treatment, namely pushing the sugarcane into the first peeling mechanism 7 and the second peeling mechanism 8 by the pushing cylinder, so that the peel on the four forward sides of the sugarcane is peeled by the first peeling knife 702, the peeled peel is discharged from the peel outlet 2001, then the peel on the four oblique sides of the sugarcane is peeled by the second peeling knife 802, and the peeled sugarcane is discharged from the rear part of the peeling box body 2 to finish peeling operation;

and (4) cutting, namely, the sugarcane peeled skins pass through the guide block 301, are cut by sections by the cutter 401, and are led out from the blanking seat 4, so that the sugarcane processing is completed.

Although the illustrative embodiments of the present invention have been described above to enable those skilled in the art to understand the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the scope of the embodiments, and it is apparent to those skilled in the art that all the inventive concepts using the present invention are protected as long as they can be changed within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined and defined by the appended claims.
