Because the both sides cell wall of first positioning groove 5 all outwards extends along tank bottom to notch direction slope, at the in-process of pegging graft, can play certain guide effect through the cell wall of first positioning groove 5, even first positioning groove 5 does not align completely with first positioning bulge 6 when pegging graft, also can slide to the tank bottom through the both sides cell wall of first positioning groove 5 and peg graft the cooperation. And because the two side groove walls of the first positioning groove 5 are arc-shaped surfaces, the guide is facilitated, and the appearance is more attractive.

Meanwhile, the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 can be connected through screws after being spliced and matched conveniently. As shown in fig. 4, the first positioning protrusion 6 of the lower back plate 4 is provided with a mounting groove 7. As shown in fig. 7, the bottom of the first groove at the bottom of the upper back plate 3 is provided with a mounting boss 8. When the second positioning protrusion 10 is inserted into the second positioning groove 12, the third positioning protrusion 11 is also disposed in the second positioning groove 12, and the groove wall of the second positioning groove 12 presses the third positioning protrusion 11 to be always tightly attached to the second positioning protrusion 10. Because the side wall of the upper back plate 3 is provided with the second positioning protrusion 10, the side wall of the lower back plate 4 is provided with the third positioning protrusion 11, when the second positioning protrusion 10 is inserted into the second positioning groove 12, the groove wall of the second positioning groove 12 presses the third positioning protrusion 11 to be always tightly attached to the second positioning protrusion 10, even if the screw connected between the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 is separated or lost, the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 cannot be separated.

The weight is relatively light, and the taking and conveying are convenient. And after plastic blow molding is adopted, the arrangement of the grooves and the bulges on each part is also convenient.

In the scheme, the chair back 2 is connected with the chair seat 17 through the connecting support 15. Specifically, one end of the connecting support 17 is detachably connected with one assembling module in the chair back 2, and the other end of the connecting support 17 is detachably connected with the chair seat 17. More specifically, as shown in fig. 4, the lower back plate 4 in this embodiment is provided with an insertion groove 16, and the connecting bracket 15 is inserted into the insertion groove 16 and connected to the bottom of the insertion groove 16 by a screw. The connecting bracket 15 is embedded in the embedded groove 16, so that the whole surface of the back of the chair back is flat and attractive, and the connecting bracket 15 can be clamped in the embedded groove 16 during conveying, so that the occupied space is reduced.

And the seat 17 includes a cushion 19 and a return frame 20. In order to facilitate the assembly and disassembly of the seat cushion 19, as shown in fig. 9, an accommodating cavity 21 is provided on the bottom end surface of the seat cushion 19, and the clip 20 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 21. And the clip 20 can be taken out from the containing cavity 21, thereby facilitating the assembly, disassembly and cleaning of the cushion 19. Because the cushion 19 is arranged on the frame 20 and the bottom of the cushion 19 is supported by the first supporting part 22, the cushion 19 does not need to be thick, the thickness of the cushion 19 can be reduced, the material of the cushion 19 is reduced, and the manufacturing cost is saved.

In this scheme, first support piece 22 is serpentine spring 22a, and serpentine spring 22 a's quantity is a plurality of, and a plurality of serpentine spring 22a set up side by side, and every serpentine spring 22a all extends along the width direction who returns type frame 20. I.e. to facilitate the installation of the serpentine springs 22a, as well as the replacement of the single serpentine spring 22 a. And it is easy to understand that the clip frame 20 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 21 on the bottom end surface of the seat cushion 19, the upper end surfaces of the serpentine spring 22a and the first connecting member 23 will abut against the seat cushion 19 to form a limit, and there is no need to worry about that the serpentine spring 22a will be separated from the clip frame 20 during the sitting process. When the frame 20 is taken out from the containing cavity 21, the serpentine spring 22a can be directly taken down, and the disassembly is very convenient.

As a specific connection manner of the serpentine spring 22a and the first connection member 23, as shown in fig. 12, in the present embodiment, a jack 26 is disposed at the tail end of the first connection member 23, and the end of the serpentine spring 22a is inserted into the jack 26, so that the serpentine spring 22a is detachably connected to the first connection member 23. This connection facilitates the assembly of the serpentine spring 22a with the first connection member 23, and also allows to retain the first connection member 23 when replacing the serpentine spring 22a, saving material.

In this embodiment, a plurality of second supporting members 27 are disposed in the frame of the frame 20, the second supporting members 27 are disposed side by side, the second supporting members 27 are perpendicular to the serpentine springs 22a (i.e., the first supporting members 22), and two ends of each second supporting member 27 are connected to the adjacent serpentine springs 22 a. Preferably, as shown in fig. 10, both ends of the second supporting member 27 are bent toward one side of the second supporting member 27 to form a second bent portion 28. The second bent portion 28 is formed by bending both ends of the second supporting member 27 to one side of the supporting member to form a special-shaped member, so that the structural strength of the second supporting member 27 is improved, and the supporting area of the second supporting member 27 at the bottom end of the serpentine spring 22a is increased.

And in order to allow the two ends of the second support 27 to be connected to the adjacent serpentine springs 22a, respectively. In this embodiment, the serpentine spring 22a is provided with a second connecting member 29, and the second supporting member 27 extends through the second connecting member 29 to be fixed relative to the serpentine spring 22 a. This configuration facilitates both the fixing of the assembly between the second support 27 and the serpentine spring 22a and the disassembly thereof.

When a user sits on the seat cushion 19, the seat cushion 19 collapses to impart a downward force on the serpentine spring 22a and, in conjunction with the downward force imparted on the serpentine spring 22a, drives the serpentine spring 22a toward an outward bias. The existence of the second supporting piece 27 not only improves the structural supporting strength, but also can avoid the phenomenon that a certain area or a plurality of serpentine springs 22a are intensively stressed to deviate in the using process, so that the serpentine springs 22a are stressed together under the action of the second supporting piece 27 in the using process of a human body, larger intervals among the serpentine springs 22a are prevented, and the intervals among the serpentine springs 22a are kept uniform.

As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the storage groove 32 is provided on the back of the lower back plate 4 in this embodiment. Specifically, the number of the storage grooves 32 is two, and the two storage grooves 32 are respectively provided on both sides of the insertion groove 16. And each storage groove extends along the length direction of the lower back plate.

Meanwhile, as shown in fig. 9, the frame of the frame 20 is a storage space 31 below the first support 22 for placing other seat components of the seat except for the third connecting member 30.

After the seat is disassembled, small parts such as the support legs and the support wheels can be placed in the storage space 31 to be overlapped and stacked. And the components such as the handrail support plate and the like can be placed in the storage groove 32 without being separately stacked, so that the packing amount is reduced, the occupied space is reduced, and the transportation of the seat is facilitated.

Of course, in the case where the structural strength of the seat back 2 is ensured and the width of each storage groove 32 is wide enough to accommodate the components to be placed, the number of the storage grooves 32 may be three or four or five, etc.

Based on the seat, as shown in fig. 14, the present embodiment also provides a method for packaging a seat, which includes the following steps:

s1, preparing a box body for accommodating the seat;

s2, separating the chair back, the chair seat and the connecting bracket from each other, and separating the chair back into a plurality of assembly modules; the other chair parts of the chair, except the chair back, the chair seat and the connecting bracket, are divided into three parts, namely a first part assembly, a second part assembly and a third part assembly, wherein the first part assembly comprises a supporting wheel, the second part assembly comprises an armrest supporting surface, and the third part comprises a chassis, supporting legs and a headrest;

s3, placing the chair seat in the box body, and placing the first part of components in the storage space on the chair seat;

s4, stacking a plurality of assembly modules above the seat, and placing the second part assembly in a storage groove on the assembly modules;

and S5, placing the connecting bracket and the third part assembly in the box body except for the vacant area at the back of the seat and the chair.

Specifically, step S4 is further divided into the following steps:

firstly, inserting the two side wings into the box body at a certain included angle with the horizontal plane and stacking the two side wings above the chair seat, wherein an accommodating groove is formed between the two side wings;

and secondly, stacking the upper back plate and the lower back plate in the accommodating groove in sequence, and placing the second part of components in the storage groove on the lower back plate.

According to the above-mentioned packaging method, when the seat is packaged, the seat is first disassembled so that the seat back 2, the seat 17 and the connecting bracket 15 are separated from each other, and at this time, the base is also disassembled so that the seat components such as the chassis, the legs, the supporting wheels, the armrest supporting surface and the like are disassembled and the seat components are divided into the first part assembly, the second part assembly and the third part assembly. The first part assembly comprises support wheels, the second part assembly comprises an armrest support surface, and the third part assembly comprises a chassis, support legs and a headrest.

Simultaneously, the chair back 2 is split into a plurality of assembly modules, namely the chair back 2 is split into the upper back plate 3, the lower back plate 4 and the two side wings 9, so that the upper back plate 3, the lower back plate 4 and the two side wings 9 are in an unconnected state. The seat 17 is then placed in a prepared box, compared to the back 2. In order to be able to place the first partial component in the storage space 31 on the seat 17. The storage space 31 on the seat 17 of the first part of the components can be placed in the box, and then the seat 17 is placed in the box, so that the first part of the components covers the storage space 31 to complete the overlapping placement. Alternatively, the bottom end of the seat 17 may be swung upwardly into the box and the first part of the assembly placed into the storage space 31.

Then, the two side wings 9 are inserted into the box body at a certain included angle with the horizontal plane and stacked above the seat 17 to form an accommodating groove between the two side wings 9. The two side wings 9 form an included angle with the horizontal plane and are inserted into the box body, the side wings 9 can be vertically placed into the box body or obliquely placed into the box body, and the side wings 9 can lean against the inner wall of the box body after being placed into the box body. The upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 are then stacked in the receiving slot in sequence, and the second sub-assembly is also placed in the storage slot 32 of the lower back plate 4 in the process. Similar to the seat 17, the second part of the assembly can be placed on the seat 17 and then covered by the lower back plate 4. Alternatively, the lower back plate 4 may be placed into the box with its back facing upward, and then the second sub-assembly may be placed into the storage tank 32.

And finally, placing the third part of components in the vacant area in the box body to finish packaging.

The packaged case and seat are shown in fig. 15.

Therefore, in the packaging method, the first part of the components is placed in the storage space 31, and the second part of the components is placed in the storage groove 32. Because the seat 17 is relatively small and square in area and can be used to accommodate smaller volume components of the support wheel. The length of the lower back plate 4 of the assembled module after the chair back 2 is disassembled is relatively longer, and the assembled module can be used for accommodating long strip-shaped components such as armrest supporting surfaces.

Different components are correspondingly placed in the storage space 31 or the storage groove 32 according to the shape and the volume. The overlapping and stacking among the components are realized, the overall occupied space after stacking is reduced, and the supporting wheels placed in the storage space 31 in the stacking process cannot be exposed out of the storage space to influence the placement of the seat 17 or the chair back 2. Similarly, the armrest supporting surface in the storage groove 32 on the lower back plate 4 is not exposed outside the storage groove 32 to affect the placement of other assembly modules, so that the overall placement is more compact and flat, the overall occupied space after stacking is further reduced, and the seat can be conveniently packaged.

Meanwhile, the two side wings are arranged on the two sides of the upper back plate and the lower back plate, so that the side wings 9 are overlapped with the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 in the height direction, the overall height after stacking is further reduced, and the height requirement of the box body is reduced. And two flanks 9 are arranged at two sides of the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4, and two sides of each flank 9 are limited by the back plates and the inner wall of the box body, so that the flanks 9, the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 can be prevented from shaking in the conveying process.

It should be noted here that, under the condition that it is ensured that the side wings 9 and the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 are overlapped in the height direction, the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 may be stacked on the seat 17 in sequence, so that slots are formed between the two sides of the upper back plate 3 and the lower back plate 4 and the inner wall of the box body, and then the two side wings 9 are inserted into the two slots to be overlapped and placed, and are kept relatively stable. Or the lower back plate 4 is firstly arranged on the chair seat 17, then the two side wings 9 are arranged on the lower back plate 4, the two side wings 9 lean against the inner walls of the two sides of the box body respectively, and finally the upper back plate 3 is arranged between the two side wings.

Example 2: as shown in fig. 13, the main difference between this embodiment and the chair in embodiment 1 is that in this embodiment, the seat 17 is made of an integral blow molding, and a connecting area 33 and a storage area 31a are provided on the bottom end surface of the seat 17. The base plate for connecting the connecting bracket 15 is detachably arranged on the connecting area 33 by means of screws. And the bottom end surface of the seat 17 is recessed toward the inside of the seat at the storage area 31a to form a storage space 31 for placing other seat components in the seat.

The present invention and its embodiments have been described above schematically, without limitation, and what is shown in the drawings is only one of the embodiments of the present invention, and the actual structure is not limited thereto.
