Background

Cream, or sherbet, kining, and crim, is a yellow or white fatty semisolid food extracted from cow milk and sheep milk. It is a dairy product made from a layer of raw milk having a higher milk fat content in the top layer before homogenization. When the cake room is used for making cakes, cream needs to be added to cake blanks to increase the feeling of the cake blanks, and the processing and making of the cream needs to be completed by manual stirring, which is very hard.

At present, the existing cream stirring device in the market is complex in structure and single in function, and the rotating speed of the stirring device cannot be adjusted to different degrees by beating cream, so that the foaming effect is directly influenced.

Therefore, it is necessary to design a cream stirring device capable of stirring cream to different degrees to adjust the rotation speed of the stirring device so as to improve the quality of the cream.
