1. A cable clamp heating apparatus, the heating apparatus comprising: a support base, a heat-dissipating cylinder, and a support structure, wherein,

the supporting base is of a structure with two opposite surfaces being planes, and the heat dissipation cylinder is of a cylindrical structure;

the first circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder is welded on the first plane of the support base, and the support structure is fixed on the second circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder;

the heat dissipation cylinder is provided with heat dissipation holes on the circumferential surface of the cylinder at a preset distance from the first plane;

when the cable clamp is heated, the second plane of the supporting base is placed on a workbench, the cable clamp is placed on the supporting structure, heating equipment is used for heating the cable clamp, and hot air is emitted from the heat dissipation holes so that the cable clamp is uniformly heated;

after heating for a set length of time, stop heating after the cable clamp cools off, follow take off on the bearing structure the cable clamp.

2. The heating device of claim 1, wherein the heat-dissipating cylinder is provided with a mounting hole on the second circular surface, and the support structure is fixed to the second circular surface through the mounting hole.

7. A method of heating a cable clamp for use in a heating device according to any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:

placing a cable clamp on a support structure while heating the cable clamp; the supporting structure is arranged on the second circular surface of the cylindrical heat dissipation cylinder, and the first circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder is arranged on the first plane of the supporting base;

heating the cable clamp by heating equipment;

after the heating is set for a length of time, the heating of the cable clamp is stopped, and after the cable clamp is cooled, the cable clamp is taken down from the support structure.

8. The method of heating of claim 7, wherein prior to placing the cable clamp on a support structure while heating the cable clamp, further comprising:

placing the second plane of the support base on a workbench; the second plane and the first plane are planes parallel to each other.

9. The heating method of claim 7, wherein said heating the cable clamp by a heating device comprises:

and heating the cable clamp by using a hot air gun.

10. The heating method of claim 7, wherein the number of cable clamps placed on the support structure when heating the cable clamps is one or more.

Background

In specific work progress, need tailor the lag of different specifications according to cable clamp size, under prior art condition, operating personnel uses the cutting pliers on the one hand to carry the cable clamp when the cable clamp heats, uses hot-blast rifle heating cable clamp on the other hand, and manual operation easily causes cable clamp sheath shrink inhomogeneous, influences sheath processingquality, causes rework once more, and clamp sheath homogeneity is poor, the rejection rate is high, machining efficiency is low, has increased the manufacturing cost of enterprise. Therefore, the design of a cable heating support structure is necessary to improve the labor efficiency and the processing quality of the processing work of the cable clamp sheath.

In order to solve the above technical problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a cable clamp heating apparatus, including: a support base, a heat-dissipating cylinder, and a support structure, wherein,

the supporting base is of a structure with two opposite surfaces being planes, and the heat dissipation cylinder is of a cylindrical structure;

the first circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder is welded on the first plane of the support base, and the support structure is fixed on the second circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder;

the heat dissipation cylinder is provided with heat dissipation holes on the circumferential surface of the cylinder at a preset distance from the first plane;

when the cable clamp is heated, the second plane of the supporting base is placed on a workbench, the cable clamp is placed on the supporting structure, heating equipment is used for heating the cable clamp, and hot air is emitted from the heat dissipation holes so that the cable clamp is uniformly heated;

after heating for a set length of time, stop heating after the cable clamp cools off, follow take off on the bearing structure the cable clamp.

Optionally, a second circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder is provided with a mounting hole, and the support structure is fixed to the second circular surface through the mounting hole.

Optionally, a protective sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the cable clamp.

heating the cable clamp by heating equipment;

Optionally, before placing the cable clamp on a support structure when heating the cable clamp, the method further comprises:

placing the second plane of the support base on a workbench; the second plane and the first plane are planes parallel to each other.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:

the cable clamp heating device and the method provided by the embodiment of the invention improve the labor efficiency of the cable clamp heating work and the consistency of the cable clamp sheaths, thereby improving the laying efficiency and quality of cables. The heating support structure is stably placed on the workbench through the support base; through the heat dissipation cylinder, the cable clamp is prevented from being heated by redundant heat, and effective heat dissipation is realized; through the supporting net, a plurality of cable clamps are heated simultaneously, and the working efficiency and the processing quality are improved.

Example one

Referring to fig. 1, a schematic structural diagram of a cable clamp heating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention is shown, and as shown in fig. 1, the cable clamp heating apparatus may include: a support base 1, a heat-dissipating cylinder 2 and a support structure 3, wherein,

the support base 1 is of a structure with two opposite surfaces being planes, and the heat dissipation cylinder 2 is of a cylindrical structure;

the first circular surface of the heat radiation cylinder 2 is welded on the first plane of the support base 1, and the support structure 3 is fixed on the second circular surface of the heat radiation cylinder 2;

the heat dissipation holes are formed in the circumferential surface of the heat dissipation cylinder 2, which is away from the first plane by a preset distance;

when the cable clamp is heated, the second plane of the support base 1 is placed on the workbench, the cable clamp is placed on the support structure 3, heating equipment is used for heating the cable clamp, and hot air is emitted from the heat dissipation holes so that the cable clamp is uniformly heated;

after a set time of heating, the heating is stopped and after the cable clamp has cooled down, the cable clamp is removed from the support structure 3.

According to the embodiment of the invention, the heating support structure is stably placed on the workbench through the support base; through the heat dissipation cylinder, the cable clamp is prevented from being heated by redundant heat, and effective heat dissipation is realized.

In a specific implementation of the invention, the second circular surface of the heat-dissipating cylinder 2 is provided with mounting holes, and the supporting structure 3 is fixed on the second circular surface through the mounting holes. The embodiment of the invention can ensure that the supporting structure is effectively fixed on the heat-radiating cylinder 2 by arranging the mounting hole.

In the embodiment of the invention, a protective sleeve is arranged on the outer side of the cable clamp. According to the embodiment of the invention, the cable clamp can be prevented from being damaged in the heating process through the protective sleeve.

Optionally, the support structure 3 is a support mesh, which is a metal mesh. According to the embodiment of the invention, the metal supporting net is arranged, so that the cable clamp can be uniformly heated, and the purpose of effective heat dissipation is achieved.

Referring to fig. 2, a flow chart illustrating steps of a cable clamp heating method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which may be applied to the cable clamp heating apparatus according to any one of the above embodiments, is shown, and as shown in fig. 2, the cable clamp heating method may specifically include the following steps:

step 101: placing a cable clamp on a support structure while heating the cable clamp; the support structure is arranged on the second circular surface of the cylindrical heat dissipation cylinder, and the first circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder is arranged on the first plane of the support base.

In embodiments of the present invention, the cable clamp may be placed over a support structure while the cable clamp is heated.

The supporting structure can be arranged behind the second circular surface of the cylindrical heat dissipation cylinder, the first circular surface of the heat dissipation cylinder is arranged on the first plane of the supporting base, when the cable clamp needs to be heated, the second plane of the supporting base can be placed on the workbench to spill flowers and girls, and the first plane and the second plane are parallel planes.

When needs heat the cable clamp, the quantity of placing the cable clamp on bearing structure can be one, also can be a plurality of, consequently, can realize heating when a plurality of cable clamps, and then has realized the operation of heating simultaneously of a plurality of cable clamps, has improved work efficiency and processingquality.

After the cable clamp is placed on the support structure while the cable clamp is heated, step 102 is performed.

Step 102: and heating the cable clamp by heating equipment.
