背景技术

硫磺催化法生产氯乙酸一般采用间歇法生产工艺,其化学反应式为醋酸与氯气在硫磺存在的条件下制备得到氯乙酸及氯化氢气体。

生产过程中一般采用二台或者多台反应釜一组交替通入氯气进行生产。主要流程为反应釜进料—投加硫磺—做副反应釜吸收主反应釜尾气—主反应釜出料后投加醋酸和硫磺切换为副反应釜-将原副反应釜切换为主反应釜。整套生产系统生产连续性较差,自动化程度低,需要根据不同阶段重复切换阀门,生产效率较低,劳动强度较大。
