Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of mask production, in particular to a mask conveying device.

Background

The mask is a sanitary article, is generally worn on the mouth and nose for filtering air entering the mouth and nose so as to achieve the effect of blocking harmful gas, smell, spray, virus and other substances, and is made of gauze, paper and other materials. The mask has a certain filtering function on air entering the lung, and has a very good effect when being worn in respiratory infectious diseases and working in environments polluted by dust and the like. For the mask with medical use, the mask is generally sterilized and disinfected in the production process so as to prevent the mask from carrying bacteria and viruses and influencing the body health of a wearer. However, the mask production process includes a plurality of production links, and it is necessary to transport the mask from the production facility in one production link to the production facility in the next production link, and the mask is easily polluted by the environment. For example, in the case of a sterilized mask, when the sterilized mask is transported to a packaging apparatus, the mask is easily contaminated by the environment, which affects the sterilization effect of the mask. a conveyor belt;

the conveying rollers are respectively a driving roller and a driven roller, and two ends of the conveying belt are respectively sleeved on the conveying rollers;

the driving motor is connected to the driving roller and drives the driving roller to rotate so as to drive the conveying belt to run;

the closed cover covers the outer side of the conveyor belt, the closed cover seals the conveyor belt and the pair of conveying rollers in the closed cover, the closed cover comprises a first cover body located above the conveyor belt and a second cover body located below the conveyor belt, and the first cover body is made of transparent materials;

the closed cover is formed by connecting a top plate, a bottom plate and four side plates, the top plate is positioned above the conveyor belt, the bottom plate is positioned below the conveyor belt, and two side plates corresponding to the front end and the rear end of the conveyor belt in the four side plates are respectively provided with a conveying inlet and a conveying outlet; the bottom plate is detachably connected to the four side plates, when the bottom plate is detached from the four side plates, the bottom of the closed cover forms a bottom opening, and when the bottom plate is connected to the four side plates, the bottom plate is in sealing contact with the four side plates; one side plate of the four side plates, which is positioned on the side surface of the conveyor belt, is provided with a mounting hole, a driving shaft of the driving motor penetrates through the mounting hole and is connected with the driving roller, and the driving shaft and the mounting hole are kept in sealing contact;

the air supply device is communicated to the closed cover through an air supply pipeline and used for supplying sterile air to the closed cover, and a return air pipeline is communicated to the rear end of the closed cover;

and the air supply mechanism is arranged inside the closed cover and is positioned above the conveyor belt, the air supply mechanism comprises a plurality of air supply discharge pipes, the plurality of air supply discharge pipes are arranged in parallel, each air supply discharge pipe comprises a transverse pipe and a plurality of air supply nozzles arranged on the transverse pipe, the transverse pipe is communicated to the air supply pipeline, the air supply nozzles form an angle of 170 DEG and 175 DEG relative to the surface of the conveyor belt, and the air supply nozzles are inclined forwards relative to the conveying direction of the conveyor belt.

Preferably, in the mask conveying device, a conveying inlet of the closing cover is connected with a connecting cover, the rear end of the connecting cover is hermetically connected with the conveying inlet of the closing cover, and the connecting cover is made of rubber.
