Preferably, as shown in fig. 1 and 9, the control valve includes a valve core 16 slidably connected to the bracket 1 and penetrating through the air flow passage 102, an annular groove 161 for communicating the air flow passage 102 is formed in a side surface of the valve core 16, and a spring 17 for pushing the valve core 16 to close the air flow passage 102 is installed between the bracket 1 and the valve core 16.

FIG. 1 is the initial state of the equipment, and when organic fertilizer is granulated and formed, the organic fertilizer can be bagged and sealed for storage only after being screened and dried by the processing system.

The invention discloses a processing method of an organic fertilizer, which comprises the following steps:

s1, filler: starting the third electric push rod 14 to contract the output end thereof, further driving the slider 9 to move upwards along the track 101 direction, until the axis of the rotating disk 15 is coaxial with the axis of the rotating shaft 22, the coaxial state is shown in fig. 2, closing the third electric push rod 14, simultaneously starting the double-shaft motor 6, the double-shaft motor 6 driving the rotating disk 15 to rotate, further driving the sieving barrel 2 to rotate under the cooperation of the protrusion 151 and the moving groove 21, so that the sieving barrel 2 is in the horizontal state and the feed inlet 41 is upward at the moment, as shown in fig. 3 and 7, then starting the first electric push rod 182 to extend the output end thereof, further driving the first screen 4 to move outwards, thereby opening the feed inlet 41, at the moment, feeding a proper amount of granulated and formed organic fertilizer into the feed inlet 41, then starting the first electric push rod 182 to contract the output end thereof, further driving the first screen 4 to move inwards, thereby closing the feed inlet 41, finishing the filling work;

s2, screening fine materials: after the filling is finished, the double-shaft motor 6 is started to drive the screening barrel 2 to rotate through the rotating disc 15, the double-shaft motor 6 is stopped after the second screen 5 is ensured to be in a downward state, meanwhile, the third electric push rod 14 is started to enable the output end of the third electric push rod to extend out, the slide block 9 is further pushed to move downwards along the track 101 direction until the driving bevel gear 7 and the driven bevel gear 8 on the upright post 31 reach a meshing state, the double-shaft motor 6 is started again, one end of the double-shaft motor 6 drives the driving bevel gear 7 to rotate, the support 1 and the screening barrel 2 are driven to rotate by taking the upright post 31 as an axis because the driven bevel gear 8 is fixed, the other end of the double-shaft motor 6 drives the rotating disc 15 to rotate, the screening barrel 2 is driven to swing by taking the rotating shaft 22 as an axis, the positional relationship between the rotating disc 15 and the rotating shaft 22 is shown in figures 5 and 6, organic fertilizer with smaller particles in the screening barrel 2 can be screened out in the swinging process, and the screening barrel moves around the upright column and simultaneously screens and sprays the organic fertilizer with smaller particles on a drying table, namely fine material screening is completed;

s3, drying and collecting fine materials: when the screening barrel 2 screens the organic fertilizer with smaller particles, the fourth electric push rod 10 is started to extend the output end of the fourth electric push rod 10, the push rod 11 is further driven to move downwards, the distance between the push rod 11 and the drying platform 3 is adjusted, the support 1 drives the push rod 11 to synchronously rotate around the upright post 31, so that the organic fertilizer sprinkled on the drying platform 3 is pushed to be flat by the push rod 11, the heating plate 13 is electrified and heated to dry the organic fertilizer particles, after the drying is finished, the fourth electric push rod 10 is started to continue to extend the output end of the fourth electric push rod 10, the push rod 11 is driven to be tightly attached to the drying platform 3, under the condition that the push rod 11 rotates around the upright post 31 along with the support 1 and the inclination of the push rod 11 is set, the push rod 11 is driven to push the organic fertilizer on the drying platform 3 into the collection box 12, so that a worker can seal and store small-particle organic fertilizer bags in the collection box 12, and complete the production of small-particle organic fertilizer, after the completion, the push rod 11 returns to the original position under the action of the fourth electric push rod 10;

s4, screening coarse materials: after the production of the small-particle organic fertilizer is finished, the third electric push rod 14 is started to enable the output end of the third electric push rod to contract, the slide block 9 is further driven to move upwards along the track 101 direction, until the axis of the rotating disk 15 is coaxial with the axis of the rotating shaft 22, the third electric push rod 14 is closed, the double-shaft motor 6 is started at the same time, the double-shaft motor 6 drives the rotating disk 15 to rotate, the screening barrel 2 is further driven to rotate 180 degrees under the matching of the protrusion 151 and the moving groove 21, the double-shaft motor 6 is stopped after the first screen 4 is in a downward state, the third electric push rod 14 is started to enable the output end of the third electric push rod 14 to extend out, the slide block 9 is further driven to move downwards along the track 101 direction until the driving bevel gear 7 and the driven bevel gear 8 on the upright post 31 reach a meshing state, the double-shaft motor 6 is started again, one end of the double-shaft motor 6 drives the driving bevel gear 7 to rotate, and the support 1 and the screening barrel 2 are further driven to rotate by taking the upright post 31 as the axis, the other end of the double-shaft motor 6 drives the rotating disc 15 to rotate, drives the screening barrel 2 to swing by taking the rotating shaft 22 as an axis, screens out organic fertilizer materials with larger particles in the screening barrel 2 in the swinging process, screens and sprays the organic fertilizer with larger particles on the drying table 3 while the screening barrel 2 moves around the upright column 31, and then coarse material screening is completed;

s5, drying and collecting coarse materials: when the screening barrel 2 screens the organic fertilizer with larger particles, the fourth electric push rod 10 is started to extend the output end of the fourth electric push rod 10, the push rod 11 is further driven to move downwards, the distance between the push rod 11 and the drying platform 3 is adjusted, the support 1 drives the push rod 11 to synchronously rotate around the upright post 31, so that the push rod 11 pushes the organic fertilizer sprinkled on the drying platform 3 to be flat, the heating plate 13 is electrified and heated to dry the organic fertilizer particles, after the drying is finished, the fourth electric push rod 10 is started to continue to extend the output end of the fourth electric push rod 10, the push rod 11 is driven to be tightly attached to the drying platform 3, under the condition that the push rod 11 rotates around the upright post 31 along with the support 1 and the inclination of the push rod 11 is arranged, the push rod 11 is driven to push the organic fertilizer on the drying platform 3 into the collection box 12, and therefore, a worker can store the large-particle organic fertilizer bags in the collection box 12 to complete the production of the large-particle organic fertilizer, after the completion, the push rod 11 returns to the original position under the action of the fourth electric push rod 10;

s6, screen cleaning: when the organic fertilizer is screened, dried and bagged, the second screen 5 faces upwards at the moment, the screening barrel 2 is controlled to be in a vertical standing state, the double-shaft motor 6 is stopped, then the second electric push rod 181 is started to extend the output end of the second electric push rod, the second screen 5 is further pushed to move upwards and contact with the valve core 16, the second electric push rod continues to push upwards and generate an upward acting force on the valve core 16, the valve core 16 is pushed to overcome the spring 17 to move upwards until the air flow channel 102 is communicated with the annular groove 161, at the moment, the external air pump can input compressed air from the air inlet 104 and eject the compressed air from the air ejecting hole 103 through the air flow channel 102 to blow down the organic fertilizer blocked on the second screen 5, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the second screen 5, when the second screen 5 is cleaned, the second electric push rod 181 is started to enable the output end of the second electric push rod 181 to shrink to drive the second screen 5 to return to the original position, and then under the condition that the axis of the rotating disc 15 is coaxial with the axis of the rotating shaft 22, starting the double-shaft motor 6 and controlling the sieving barrel 2 to rotate 180 degrees, so that the first screen 4 faces upwards, starting the first electric push rod 182 to extend the output end of the first electric push rod, further pushing the first screen 4 to move upwards and contact the valve core 16, cleaning the first screen 4 by using compressed air in the same way, and after the first screen 4 is cleaned, starting the first electric push rod 182 to contract the output end of the first electric push rod 182 to drive the first screen 4 to return to the original position;

s7, pouring out waste materials: after first screen cloth 4 and second screen cloth 5 clearance, start double-shaft motor 6, drive screening bucket 2 rotatory and make it horizontal attitude, feed inlet 41 down this moment, start first electric putter 182 and make its output extension, and then drive first screen cloth 4 outwards movement to open feed inlet 41, pour the organic fertilizer granule that the granule is great not sieved out on drying table 3, so that granulate once more after collecting, recycle.

The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
