Background

The belt pressing device of the existing crosscut shear is mainly connected with a bottom plate and a pressing plate through a guide sleeve, but in the working process, the guide sleeve acts frequently and easily to be subjected to fatigue fracture to cause deflection blocking, a connecting guide bolt in the guide sleeve is subjected to impact load to cause looseness, deformation and fracture, the bolt is difficult to replace, all the parts are connected through bolts, the parts are easily loosened due to the impact load, and the belt pressing device is inconvenient to maintain.

Therefore, how to provide a stable and firm crosscut shear belt pressing device is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a transverse cutting and shearing belt pressing device, which adopts a support and a positioning pin to connect a bottom plate and a top plate, avoids loosening and damage, improves the strength of the device and ensures stable operation. Another object of the present invention is to provide a crosscutting shear comprising the above-mentioned device.
