An online thin film edge cutting device comprises two sets of transverse-pull cutter units, wherein the two sets of transverse-pull cutter units are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of a thin film (10) clamped by a transverse-pull chain clamp (11), and the device is characterized in that each transverse-pull cutter unit comprises a cylinder (1), a mounting base (2), a rotating shaft (3), a rotating base (4), a limiting bolt (5), a duplex cylinder (6), a knife rest pressing plate (7), a cutter (8) and a knife rest (9); the air cylinder (1) is positioned below the mounting base (2), and the air cylinder (1) is connected with the mounting base (2) and the rotating base (4) in a hinged mode respectively; the mounting base (2) is connected with the rotating base (4) through the rotating shaft (3), and the rotating base (4), the duplex cylinder (6) and the limiting bolt (5) are fixedly connected through bolts; the cutter rest (9) is fixed above the duplex cylinder (6) through bolts, and the cutter (8) is fixed on the cutter rest (9) through the cutter rest pressing plate (7).

5. An in-line film edge slitting device as claimed in claim 4 wherein two of said slot-like structures are provided in said tool holder platen (7) and each of said slot-like structures is provided with a respective one of said cutters (8).

6. An in-line film edge slitting device as claimed in claim 1 wherein the length of the stop bolts (5) is adjustable.

7. The device for cutting off the edge of the thin film on line according to claim 1, wherein signals of the film breaking sensors are arranged in the air cylinder (1) and the duplex air cylinder (6) and are communicated with each other.

8. A use method of the film edge online cutting device based on any one of claims 1 to 7 is characterized by comprising the following steps:

step 1, clamping the film (10) by using the transverse zipper clamp (11) and then stretching, starting the air cylinder (1) through the transverse pull cutter unit, pushing the rotation shaft (3) to rotate, and enabling the rotating base (4) to be perpendicular to the mounting base (2);

step 2, starting the duplex cylinder (6) 3 seconds after the step 1 is finished, ejecting the tool rest (9) to move upwards, pricking the film (10) by the cutter (8), and cutting the film (10);

and 3, after the step 2 is finished, the edges of the film (10) cut off by the transverse pull cutter unit are clamped by the transverse pull chain clamp (11) and then are transported to an outlet area, the edges enter an edge material crusher to be crushed and recycled for granulation, and the rest middle part of the film (10) is cooled, rolled and packaged to obtain a finished product.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a film drawing device, in particular to a film edge online cutting device and a using method thereof.

Background

The transverse drawing machine (TDO) has the main function of heating and transversely drawing the film sheet to ensure that the film has uniform thickness and stable mechanical property. The transverse drawing machine has two endless rotating special chains with clamps to clamp the two edges of the sheet material and support on variable width guide track for synchronous operation. The sheet is first preheated in slightly increased preheating section, transversely stretched in stretching area with great expansion angle and heat treated in parallel and contracted heat treating area to set and relax the film. And finally, cooling in a parallel cooling area to finish the transverse stretching work of the film.

The existing online thin film edge cutting device is generally designed at an inlet of a tractor to cut off the thick edge of a thin film entering the tractor in time; however, in the cooling section of the transverse drawing machine, because the film near the chain nip is difficult to be effectively cooled, the cooling effect of the middle part of the film width is good, the film at the edge of the film width near the chain nip is still in a high-temperature state, and the stress and the surface tension of the molecular chain of the film caused by the uneven cooling and heating of the whole film exist, the film is curled, folded and the like before entering the traction, and the quality of the film is greatly influenced.

In addition, when the blade on the cutter device is excessively worn due to long service life, the cutter needs to be replaced, and the existing blade replacement method usually stops the film production line and restarts the production line after the blade is replaced, so that the continuous production of the film production line is not facilitated.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows: an online thin film edge cutting device comprises two sets of transverse pulling cutter units, wherein the two sets of transverse pulling cutter units are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of a thin film 10 clamped by a transverse pulling chain clamp 11, and each transverse pulling cutter unit comprises a cylinder 1, a mounting base 2, a rotating shaft 3, a rotating base 4, a limiting bolt 5, a duplex cylinder 6, a cutter rest pressing plate 7, a cutter 8 and a cutter rest 9; the cylinder 1 is positioned below the mounting base 2, and the cylinder 1 is connected with the mounting base 2 and the rotating base 4 in a hinged manner respectively; the mounting base 2 is connected with the rotating base 4 through the rotating shaft 3, and the rotating base 4 is fixedly connected with the duplex cylinder 6 and the limiting bolt 5 through bolts; the cutter frame 9 is fixed above the duplex cylinder 6 through bolts, and the cutter 8 is fixed on the cutter frame 9 through the cutter frame pressing plate 7.

Preferably, the rotating shaft 3 and the rotating base 4 are installed in a clearance fit mode, the range of the clearance is 0.10-0.20 mm, the phenomenon of blocking is easily caused when the air cylinder 1 acts due to the over-tight fit, and the cutter positioning is not accurate due to the fact that the over-loose fit and the over-loose fit are easily crossed.

Preferably, a bolt hole with a waist-shaped groove structure is arranged above the mounting base 2 and is matched with a rail of the transverse zipper clamp 11 for mounting, so that the width of the trimming amount of the film can be adjusted, an excessively small trimming amount easily causes the risk that the cutter is too close to the moving zipper clamp and collides, an excessively large trimming amount easily causes serious waste, the yield of finished products is influenced, and the yield of finished products of a company is further influenced.

Preferably, a groove-shaped structure with the same width as the cutter 8 is arranged in the cutter rest pressing plate 7, the groove-shaped structure has the function of cutter groove positioning, the cutter is prevented from being loosened and inclined in the process of cutting the film under stress, the cutter needs to always form a vertical angle with the film, the edge cutting of the angle film is very flat, and the service life of the cutter can be prolonged at the minimum due to the fact that the resistance abrasion of the cutter is the minimum.

Preferably, two groove-shaped structures are arranged in the tool rest pressing plate 7, each groove-shaped structure is correspondingly provided with one cutter 8, and the double-cutter design ensures that when one cutter is worn, the cutter can be replaced on line without stopping a film production line and then restarting the film production line, so that the longer working time and the higher working efficiency of the device are ensured.

Preferably, the length of the limit bolt 5 is adjustable, the angle of the rotating base 4 to the mounting 2 is adjusted by adjusting the length of the limit bolt, and the perpendicular angular relationship of the cutter 8 to the film to be cut is ensured by the pendant tool during the production line stop.

Preferably, membrane breaking sensor signals are arranged in the cylinder 1 and the duplex cylinder 6, and the membrane breaking sensor signals are communicated with each other; when a film breaking sensor in the transverse pulling box detects that a transverse pulling film breaking signal is sent to a control center of the air cylinder, the cutter mechanism air cylinder 1 and the duplex air cylinder at the production position retreat and retract to a non-working position at once, and safety of the cutter mechanism and the chain is effectively protected.

The invention also provides a use method of the film edge online cutting device, which comprises the following steps:

step 1, clamping a film 10 by using a transverse zipper clamp 11, stretching, starting the air cylinder 1 through the transverse pull cutter unit, pushing the rotation shaft 3 to rotate, and enabling the rotating base 4 to be vertical to the mounting base 2;

step 2, starting the duplex cylinder 6 3 seconds after the step 1 is finished, ejecting the tool rest 9 to move upwards, and cutting the film 10 by the cutter 8 at the moment;

and 3, after the step 2 is finished, the edges of the film 10 cut off by the transverse pull cutter unit are clamped by the transverse pull chain clamp 11 and then are transported to an outlet area, the edges enter an edge material crusher to be crushed and recycled for granulation, and the rest middle part of the film 10 is cooled, rolled and packaged to obtain a finished product.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

1. the cutter frame is fixed on the duplex cylinder, so that the rigidity and stability of the cutter frame are guaranteed, and the cutter cannot shake.

2. The knife rest pressing plate is provided with the special knife groove which can firmly fix the double cutters, so that the cutters are not easy to move in a cutting process, and the production stability is ensured. Meanwhile, the design of the double cutters ensures that one cutter can be replaced on line when worn, so that longer working time is ensured.

3. The cutter devices are all connected into the membrane rupture detection and control system, and once the membranes can be automatically bounced open, the online cutting device enters a non-working position state, so that the safety of personnel and equipment is ensured.

4. In a narrow and small high-temperature (80 ℃) box body space, personnel cannot enter the box body to implement visual and field control under the production condition, the quick cutting is realized by utilizing an electric mechanical structure, and the improvement of the production efficiency is realized on the premise of ensuring safety.

The invention relates to an on-line thin film edge cutting device which comprises two sets of transverse pulling cutter units, wherein the two sets of transverse pulling cutter units are respectively positioned at the left side and the right side of a thin film 10 clamped by a transverse pulling chain clamp 11, and each transverse pulling cutter unit comprises a cylinder 1, a mounting base 2, a rotating shaft 3, a rotating base 4, a limiting bolt 5, a duplex cylinder 6, a tool rest pressing plate 7, a cutter 8 and a tool rest 9; the cylinder 1 is positioned below the mounting base 2, and the cylinder 1 is connected with the mounting base 2 and the rotating base 4 in a hinged manner respectively; the mounting base 2 is connected with the rotating base 4 through the rotating shaft 3, and the rotating base 4 is fixedly connected with the duplex cylinder 6 and the limiting bolt 5 through bolts; the cutter frame 9 is fixed above the duplex cylinder 6 through bolts, and the cutter 8 is fixed on the cutter frame 9 through the cutter frame pressing plate 7.

Rotation axis 3 adopts clearance fit with rotating base 4's installation, the clearance is 0.15mm, and the too tight cooperation causes the card phenomenon of dying easily when cylinder 1 moves, and the two easy string of cooperation of too loose causes the cutter location inaccurate.

The bolt holes with waist-shaped groove structures are arranged above the mounting base 2 and are matched with the rails of the transverse zipper clamps 11, so that the width of the trimming amount of the film can be adjusted, the excessively small trimming amount easily causes the risk that the cutter is too close to the moving zipper clamps to collide, the excessively large trimming amount easily causes serious waste, the yield of finished products is influenced, and the yield of the finished products of a company is further influenced.

Two groove-shaped structures with the same width as the cutters 8 are arranged in the cutter rest pressing plate 7, each groove-shaped structure is correspondingly provided with one cutter 8, the groove-shaped structures have the function of cutter groove positioning, the phenomenon that the cutters are stressed and loosened to be inclined in the process of cutting a thin film is prevented, the cutters at the positions need to always form a vertical angle with the thin film, the edge cutting of the angle film is very flat, and the service life of the cutters can be prolonged at the minimum resistance and abrasion of the cutters; the double-cutter design ensures that when one cutter is worn, the cutter can be replaced on line without stopping the film production line and restarting the film production line, thereby ensuring longer working time and higher working efficiency of the device.

The length of the limiting bolt 5 is adjustable, the angle between the rotary base 4 and the installation part 2 is adjusted by adjusting the length of the limiting bolt, and the cutter 8 is ensured to be in a vertical angle relation with the cut film by a pendant tool during the production line parking.

Membrane breaking sensor signals are arranged in the air cylinder 1 and the duplex air cylinder 6 and are communicated with each other; when a film breaking sensor in the transverse pulling box detects that a transverse pulling film breaking signal is sent to a control center of the air cylinder, the cutter mechanism air cylinder 1 and the duplex air cylinder at the production position retreat and retract to a non-working position at once, and safety of the cutter mechanism and the chain is effectively protected.

The method for utilizing the device for carrying out the online cutting of the edge part of the film comprises the following steps:

step 1, clamping a film 10 by using a transverse zipper clamp 11, stretching, starting the air cylinder 1 through the transverse pull cutter unit, pushing the rotation shaft 3 to rotate, and enabling the rotating base 4 to be vertical to the mounting base 2;

step 2, starting the duplex cylinder 6 3 seconds after the step 1 is finished, ejecting the tool rest 9 to move upwards, and cutting the film 10 by the cutter 8 at the moment;

and 3, after the step 2 is finished, the edges of the film 10 cut off by the transverse pull cutter unit are clamped by the transverse pull chain clamp 11 and then are transported to an outlet area, the edges enter an edge material crusher to be crushed and recycled for granulation, and the rest middle part of the film 10 is cooled, rolled and packaged to obtain a finished product.

This embodiment utilizes electric machine structure to realize the fly-cutting, has realized production efficiency's promotion under the prerequisite of guaranteeing safety.
