The system further comprises a communication module, wherein the communication module is connected with the data processing module and is used for establishing network communication between the data processing module and a safety monitoring center.

Further, the intelligent mobile terminal also comprises a wireless communication module, and the data processing module is connected with the intelligent mobile terminal through the wireless communication module. The intelligent mobile terminal is an intelligent mobile phone or a tablet computer.

The system further comprises an emergency circuit-breaking module, wherein the emergency circuit-breaking module is connected with the data processing module and is used for cutting off the lightning protection circuit of the PON optical module when the actual soil resistivity matching judgment result shows that the real-time soil resistivity information is matched with the standard soil resistivity information.
