As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 7 and 8, a through hole 17 is formed on the inner wall of the other side of the housing 1, the through hole 17 corresponds to the position of the guide cap 3, a branch pipe 18 is fixed at the edge of one side of the through hole 17 close to the guide cap 3, a plurality of clamping plates 19 are respectively and symmetrically connected to one end of the branch pipe 18 close to the guide cap 3, a slip ring 20 is slidably connected to the outer surface of the branch pipe 18, a plurality of connecting rods 21 are respectively arranged between the slip ring 20 and the plurality of clamping plates 19, two ends of the plurality of connecting rods 21 are respectively and rotatably connected to the side wall of the slip ring 20 and the top ends of the plurality of clamping plates 19, a second spring 22 is fixed between the slip ring 20 and the inner side wall of the housing 1, the second spring 22 is slidably sleeved on the outer surface of the branch pipe 18, a slide bar 23 is fixed at the top of the slip ring 20, a free end of the slide bar 23 passes through a slide groove on the top wall of the housing 1, and a slide block 24 is slidably connected to the slide groove on the top wall of the housing 1, the pencil is inserted into the branch pipe 18 through the through hole 17 and simultaneously withstands the plurality of clamping plates 19 to deflect outwards around the tail end of the branch pipe 18, the plurality of clamping plates 19 respectively push the plurality of connecting rods 21 to press the sliding ring 20 to move leftwards along the surface of the branch pipe 18 and compress the second spring 22, and when the pencil is stopped to be pushed rightwards, the first spring 12 rebounds to push the sliding ring 20 to respectively press the plurality of clamping plates 19 to deflect inwards around the tail end of the branch pipe 18 through the plurality of connecting rods 21, so that the surface of the pencil is clamped, and the fixing effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, two guide plates 25 are symmetrically arranged between the drawer box 2 and the rolling knife 4, the two guide plates 25 are respectively fixedly connected with the inner wall of the casing 1 and incline downwards, the guide plates 25 are inclined downwards to play a role in guiding and collecting cutting scraps, and the cutting scraps are convenient to slide down into the drawer box 2 through the surface of the guide plates 25 for temporary storage.

As shown in fig. 2, 4, 5 and 7, the protective cover 26 is disposed on a side of the handle 14 close to the second rotating handle 154, the protective cover 26 is screwed on an outer surface of the first sleeve 13, the protective cover 26 is rotatably moved to an end of the first sleeve 13 along the surface of the first sleeve 13, so that the second rotating handle 154 and the third rotating handle 163 can be shielded in an inner cavity of the protective cover 26, and the handle 14 can be prevented from mistakenly touching the second rotating handle 154 and the third rotating handle 163.

As shown in fig. 2, 3, 5 and 6, one side of the baffle 164 close to the guide cap 3 is provided with a groove 27, the cross section of the groove 27 is arc-shaped, the surface of the groove 27 is frosted, the pencil point is pressed in the groove 27 on the baffle 164, and the pencil point is polished through the frosted surface of the groove 27, so that the cut pencil point is smooth and round, paper is not easy to scratch, and the writing comfort is improved.

As shown in fig. 2-8, one end of the guide cap 3 close to the branch pipe 18 is cylindrical, one end of the guide cap 3 far from the branch pipe 18 is conical, one side of the guide cap 3 close to the sharpener 4 is provided with a notch, the outer wall of the sharpener 4 penetrates through the notch on the guide cap 3 and extends to the inside, the sharpener 4 is provided with a plurality of groups of spiral cutting edges, a pencil is inserted into the guide cap 3, and the sharpener 4 rotates around the axis of the pencil in the length direction through the guide cap 3 and cuts the pencil through the notch.

As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 9, the first gear 8 and the gear sleeve 9 both adopt helical teeth with larger tooth height, so that the first gear 8 can deflect around the support 6 along with the rolling cutter 4 without being separated from the meshing connection with the gear sleeve 9, the adjustment allowance of the rolling cutter 4 is increased, the threaded rod 155 is connected with the first sleeve shaft 13 by adopting fine threads, and the self-locking capacity of the fine threads is utilized to support the support ring 7 to prevent the threads from loosening.

As shown in fig. 1, 2, 4, 5 and 7, the circumferential surfaces of the first stem 11, the second stem 154 and the third stem 163 are engraved with anti-slip lines to increase friction force and prevent slipping when the fingers rotate.

As shown in fig. 2, 4, 7 and 8, the clamping plate 19 is arc-shaped, so that the arc surface can be tightly attached to the surface of the pencil while the clamping plate 19 deflects around the tail end of the branch pipe 18, smoothness is improved, the arc surface of the clamping plate 19 is provided with notches, friction between the clamping plate 19 and the surface of the pencil is improved, and the pencil is prevented from slipping.

The working principle is as follows: when the pencil is used, firstly, a pencil is inserted into the branch pipe 18 through the through hole 17, the pencil tips prop against the plurality of clamping plates 19 to deflect outwards around the tail end of the branch pipe 18, the plurality of clamping plates 19 respectively push the plurality of connecting rods 21 to press the sliding ring 20 to move leftwards along the surface of the branch pipe 18 and compress the second spring 22, meanwhile, the pencil tips are inserted into the guide cap 3 and continuously press the guide cap 3 to push the first sleeve shaft 13 to drive the tooth sleeve 9 to move rightwards along the inner wall of the sleeve pipe 10 and compress the first spring 12, when the pencil is stopped to be pushed rightwards, the first spring 12 rebounds to push the sliding ring 20 to respectively press the plurality of clamping plates 19 to deflect inwards around the tail end of the branch pipe 18 through the plurality of connecting rods 21, so as to clamp the surface of the pencil to play a role of fixing, then the rotating handle 14 is rotated, the rotating handle 14 drives the sharpener 4 and the guide cap 3 to rotate around the length axis of the tooth sleeve 9 through the first sleeve shaft 13, the threaded rod 155 and the support ring 7, meanwhile, the first gear 8 is meshed with the inner side wall of the gear sleeve 9 to drive the sharpener 4 to rotate around a self rotating shaft, so that the sharpener 4 cuts a pencil from a gap on the guide cap 3, the pencil is cut along with the sharpener 4, the first spring 12 pushes the first sleeve shaft 13 to gradually move leftwards, the baffle 164 is driven to gradually approach and press a pencil point, the baffle 164 is pressed by the pencil point to prevent the first spring 12 from pushing the gear sleeve 9 and the sharpener 4 to continuously move leftwards to cut the surface of the pencil, meanwhile, the groove 27 on the baffle 164 rotates to polish the pencil point, the cut pencil point is rounded and smooth, finally, the slide block 24 slides leftwards, the slide rod 23 drives the slide ring 20 to move leftwards, the slide ring 20 pulls the clamping plates 19 through the connecting rods 21 to release the clamped pencil, the pencil can be drawn out for use, when the thickness of the formed pencil needs to be adjusted, the second rotating handle 154 is rotated to drive the second sleeve shaft 151 and the fluted disc 152 to rotate, the toothed disc 152 engages with the second gear 153 to rotate the threaded rod 155, the threaded rod 155 moves along the side wall of the first sleeve shaft 13 through the thread, so that the support ring 7 drives the sliding ball 5 to change the position along with the threaded rod 155, thereby driving the rotating shaft of the rolling knife 4 to deflect around the support 6 through the sliding ball 5, namely, the angle between the sharpener 4 and the guide cap 3 is changed, so that the radial distance between the pencil inserted into the guide cap 3 and the sharpener 4 is changed, the thickness of the pencil point of the cut pencil can be changed, when the length of the pencil point after the pencil cutting and forming is required to be changed, rotating the third stem 163 causes the third sleeve 161 to rotate within the second sleeve 151, so that the fourth sleeve shaft 162 screwed into the third sleeve shaft 161 slides along the inner wall of the second sleeve shaft 151 via the lug, and the baffle 164 is driven to move, causing the position of the stop 164 against the pencil nib to change, thereby acting to change the length of the sharpened nib.
