Technical Field

The invention relates to the field of eczema repairing gel, in particular to repairing gel for treating infantile eczema and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Infantile eczema is a common allergic dermatitis, is an allergic dermatitis caused by various internal and external factors, and is one of the most common skin diseases in infancy. Skin lesions are polymorphic lesions mainly caused by herpes simplex, tend to exude, have repeated outbreaks, alternate between acute and chronic periods, are accompanied by severe pruritus, and have difficult-to-determine etiology. Intrinsic factors such as immune dysfunction or immunodeficiency of the body; endocrine diseases, dystrophism, chronic infection, tumors and other systemic diseases can also become the intrinsic cause of eczema; hereditary or acquired skin barrier dysfunction. The external factors include food allergens ingested by digestive tract, such as milk, fish, shrimp, beef and mutton, egg, etc., or allergens in the environment, which can cause type I allergy in vivo. In addition, mechanical friction, such as saliva and milk spillage, are often irritating and are also the cause of the disease. Improper care, such as excessive use of strong alkaline soap, excessive nutrition, and abnormal digestion in the intestine, can also cause this condition. External factors such as physical factors including sunlight, ultraviolet rays, cold, damp-heat, etc., exposure to silk or rayon, external drugs, and bacterial infections of the skin can cause eczema or aggravate the condition.

At present, most of medicines for treating infantile eczema are chemical preparations such as calcium agents, corticosteroid hormones, antihistamine medicines, antibiotics and the like, but the eczema symptoms can be relieved only within a certain time, radical treatment cannot be realized, and dependence and various adverse reactions are easy to generate. To date, no safe and effective treatment medicine for infantile eczema exists, so that the development of a novel medicine for treating infantile eczema, which is high in safety and curative effect, is a problem to be solved urgently.
