Background

The G.DX2 packaging machine and the localization ZB45 packaging machine set are the mainstream models of the cigarette packaging equipment in China at present. The BOPP film unwinding brake device of the original packaging machine at least has the following problems:

the rotating shaft of the braking device is of a sealing structure, so that the braking device cannot be lubricated continuously after being lubricated for one time, and the phenomenon of locking or blocking of the rotating shaft due to corrosion is easily caused, so that the braking device cannot normally brake.

The invention provides a BOPP film unwinding braking device of a packaging machine, which aims to solve the problems in the background technology.

When the packaging machine stops, the BOPP film is not pulled leftwards, the BOPP film support 3 is pulled by the tension spring 6 to generate clockwise force, the brake belt 7 fixed on the BOPP film support 3 is tensioned, and the brake belt 7 is tightly attached to the brake drum 8, so that braking is realized.

When the packaging machine normally operates, the BOPP film is pulled leftwards, and when the pulling force exerted to the left on the BOPP film is larger than the pulling force of the tension spring 6, the BOPP film support 3 is pulled leftwards to move, so that the tightened brake belt 7 is loosened, the brake belt 7 is separated from the surface of the brake drum 8, and the BOPP film is loosened. And (3) unwinding: i.e. the brake is moved away from the brake drum 8 and the BOPP membrane is moved to the left.

In some embodiments, the BOPP film holder 3 includes a middle cylindrical portion 32 and mounting portions 31 disposed at both sides of the cylindrical portion 32, and the upper support clamping member 4 is fixed to the mounting portions 31. The mounting portion 31 has a flat surface for facilitating mounting of the upper support jaw 4.

In some embodiments, the upper support clamping unit 4 comprises an upper support plate 41 and an upper pressure plate 42, and the upper pressure plate 42 and the upper support plate 41 are connected by bolts to clamp one end of the brake band 7. In this embodiment, the braking band 7 is a lawn pattern PU braking band 7 with a thickness of 4 mm, a width of 20 mm and a total length of 560 mm. The method can meet the installation requirement only by punching the brake band 7, and is convenient and fast.

In some embodiments, the tensioning device 9 comprises a lower fixing bracket 97 and a lower pressing plate 96, the lower pressing plate 96 and the lower fixing bracket 97 are connected through bolts to clamp the other end of the braking band 7, and the lower fixing bracket 97 is fixed on the back plate 1. The method can meet the installation requirement only by punching the brake band 7, and is convenient and fast.

In some embodiments, the device further comprises a device bracket 91, a nut 92 and a compression spring 93, the device bracket 91 is fixed on the back plate 1, the lower fixing bracket 97 comprises a lower fixing bracket body 94 and a screw 95 arranged on the lower fixing bracket body 94, one end of the screw 95 penetrates through and extends out of the device bracket 91 to be locked by a bolt, and the compression spring 93 is sleeved on the screw 95 between the lower fixing bracket body 94 and the device bracket 91. After the brake band 7 runs for a period of time, the size of the belt needs to be adjusted due to deformation or replacement of the brake drum 8, and the size of the belt can be adjusted by screwing in or screwing out the nut 92. And the compression spring 93 is used for ensuring that the nut 92 is not loosened.

By utilizing the structure, the tightness of the brake band 7 can be conveniently adjusted by a maintenance worker, the wrap angle formed by the brake band 7 and the brake drum 8 can reach more than 120 degrees, the brake band 7 is in close contact with the brake drum 8, and the braking effect is better. The BOPP film unwinding braking device of the packaging machine disclosed in the present application may bring about beneficial effects including, but not limited to: firstly, the service life of the BOPP film unwinding braking device of the packaging machine is 2-3 times of that of the original braking device, and the maintenance and replacement cost of the braking device is reduced.

Secondly, the contact area between the brake band and the brake drum is larger, and the braking effect is better.

And meanwhile, the tobacco bale loss is reduced, and the material cost is saved for factories.

And fourthly, the braking belt is adjustable, the friction force is convenient to adjust, and the braking effect is more accurate.

And fifthly, the BOPP film unwinding brake device of the packaging machine adopts the lawn pattern PU brake belt, so that the environment friendliness is good.
