When the bicycle needs to be parked, the front wheel of the bicycle is placed on the front wheel supporting plate 16 of the bicycle, the bicycle is slightly pressed down, the front wheel supporting plate 16 of the bicycle rotates anticlockwise (shown in a combined figure 3), the long connecting rod 15 of the supporting plate sliding block is driven to move forwards, the long connecting rod 15 of the supporting plate sliding block drives the driving sliding block 14 to move forwards, the clamping short connecting rods 12 hinged with the bottom plate 17 at two sides and the driving sliding block 14 drive the clamping long connecting rods 13 at two sides to rotate towards the middle, and therefore the two clamping arms 11 fixedly connected with the clamping long connecting rods 13 are driven to clamp the bicycle wheels inwards.

As shown in fig. 3, the locking device 2 of the present invention includes: the front limiting device 21, the rear limiting device 22, the rear limiting device limiting piece 23, the locking long connecting rod 24, the locking top column 25, the locking short connecting rod 26, the return spring 27 and the locking assembling plate 28. The main functions of the locking device 2 are: the clamping is ensured to be reliable, when the bicycle is pressed down, the reset spring 27 generates force, the bottom plate 17 moves downwards, the locking top column 25 is pressed against the ground, the locking assembly plate 28 is fixed with the bottom plate 17, the locking short connecting rod 26 hinged with the locking assembly plate 28 rotates clockwise, since the locking top column 25, the locking long connecting rod 24 and the locking short connecting rod 26 are hinged, the locking long connecting rod 24 is driven to move backwards, the rear limiting device 22 hinged with the locking long connecting rod 24 rotates anticlockwise, the upper end of the rotated rear limiting device 22 clamps the rear part of the clamping long connecting rod 13, so that the clamping long connecting rod 13 cannot move backwards, the return spring 27 is in a compressed state, the rear limiting device limiting piece 23 limits the rotating angle of the rear limiting device 22, the front limiting device 21 clamps the clamping long connecting rod 13, so that the clamping long connecting rod 13 cannot move forwards, and the locking effect is achieved.

As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the lifting device 3 of the present invention includes: a counterweight 31, a fixed pulley 32 and a rope 33. After the bicycle is clamped and the sliding housing 5 is unlocked (i.e., after the restraint is released), the rope 33 pulls up the sliding housing 5 through the fixed pulley 32 and the weight block 33, so that the bicycle assumes a standing parking state.

As shown in fig. 6, the fixing device 4 of the present invention includes: a hook lock 41 and a hook lock link 42. When the bicycle is not parked, the hook latch 41 is hooked (i.e., caught) in the hook latch groove 44, so that the slide case 5 is maintained in a state where the bicycle is removed. When the bicycle is parked, the driving slider 14 moves forward to drive the hook lock connecting rod 42 to move forward, the middle part and the middle part of the front end of the bottom plate 17 are fixedly provided with the hook lock 41 with the five-hinged boss to rotate anticlockwise, the hook lock 41 is separated from the hook lock clamping groove 44, the sliding shell 5 is released from a fixed state (namely, the restraint is released), and the lifting device 3 enables the bicycle to be in a standing parking state.

When the bicycle needs to be taken away, a user needs to hold the bicycle handle by hand to pull down the bicycle, at the moment, the sliding shell 5 descends along with the descending of the bicycle, when the locking ejection column 25 is not ejected to the ground, the user can slightly step on the locking short connecting rod 26 by feet to enable the locking short connecting rod 26 to rotate anticlockwise, at the moment, the locking long connecting rod 24 moves forwards, and the rear limiting device 22 rotates clockwise to release the locking state (namely, the limitation on the backward movement of the locking long connecting rod 24 is released); the restoring force of the return spring 27 acts, under the action of the return spring 27, the bicycle front wheel supporting plate 16 rotates clockwise to lift back, the supporting plate sliding block long connecting rod 15 is driven to move backwards, at the moment, the supporting plate sliding block long connecting rod 15 drives the clamping long connecting rod 13 to move backwards, the two clamping arms 11 fixedly connected with the clamping long connecting rod 13 are opened outwards, and the clamping state is relieved; meanwhile, as the driving slider 14 is hinged with the supporting plate slider long connecting rod 15 through the boss dual-purpose pin shaft, the supporting plate slider long connecting rod 15 moves backwards to drive the driving slider 14 to move backwards, as the hook lock connecting rod 42 is hinged with the driving slider 14 through the boss four-purpose pin shaft, the driving slider 14 drives the hook lock connecting rod 42 to move backwards, at the moment, one end of the hook lock connecting rod 42 is hinged with the hook lock connecting rod 42, the middle of the hook lock connecting rod is hinged with the boss five-purpose pin shaft in the middle of the front end of the bottom plate 17, the hook lock 41 rotates clockwise, the tail end of the hook lock 41 is hooked (i.e. clamped) in the hook lock clamping groove 44, a user can take away a bicycle, and the standing bicycle parking.
