step two, adding acrylic acid, stirring uniformly, wherein the acrylic acid: water (m/m) ═ 5-10: 100, respectively;

thirdly, adding sodium carbonate to adjust the pH value to 7-8;

and step four, adding cationic polyacrylamide, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly, wherein the cationic degree of the cationic polyacrylamide is 50%, the molecular weight of the cationic polyacrylamide is 300-400 ten thousand, and the weight ratio of the cationic polyacrylamide to the cationic polyacrylamide is as follows: water (m/m) ═ 1 to 3: 100, respectively;

The method for preparing the treating agent for sludge activation according to claim 2 or 3, wherein the reaction tank box comprises a box body (1), the box body (1) is square or rectangular, the top of the box body (1) is open, the depth of the box body is 100 mm-200 mm, a point heater (2) is arranged at the distance of 200 mm-1000 mm from a grid, and the point heater (2) is connected with a control switch (3).

5. The method of claim 4, wherein the depth of the tank (1) is 120mm to 150 mm.

6. The method for preparing a treating agent for sludge activation according to claim 4, wherein the distance between the grids of the spot heaters (2) is 600mm to 900 mm.

Technical Field

The invention relates to an oilfield sewage dosing purification treatment process in an oilfield production process, in particular to a sludge activation treatment agent in a static settlement sewage treatment technology for sludge activation purification and a preparation method thereof.

Background

Along with the development of oil fields, most of domestic oil fields enter a middle-high water producing period, more and more oil well produced liquid separated water (sewage) is generated, meanwhile, the formation pressure is continuously exhausted, the oil well produced liquid separated water needs to be purified, and oil layers of different oil wells are injected after reaching standards so as to solve the problem that the oil well yield is reduced due to the reduction of the oil layer pressure in the exploitation process.

In the prior oil field production, the purification treatment of sewage can achieve the purification purpose only by using a large amount of inorganic and organic polymers and other chemical agents, particularly, a new sewage treatment technology utilizes sludge recycling as an important part for developing a purification treatment agent, but because the sludge has low density and weak adsorbability, the sludge cannot be directly used as the purification treatment agent, and the sludge needs to be activated and the density of the sludge needs to be improved, so that the capture capacity and the sedimentation effect of the sludge are improved.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the problems of large sludge amount in oil field sewage treatment and high sludge harmless utilization and discharge cost, the invention provides a sludge activation treatment agent and a preparation method thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

The reaction tank comprises a tank body 1, wherein the tank body 1 is square or rectangular, the top of the tank body 1 is open, the depth of the tank body 1 is 100-200 mm, a point heater 2 is arranged at the bottom of the tank body 1 at a distance of 200-1000 mm from the grid, and the point heater 2 is connected with a control switch 3.

The depth of the box body 1 is 120 mm-150 mm.

The distance between the grids of the point heaters 2 is 600 mm-900 mm.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

the sludge activating treatment agent prepared by the invention is characterized in that a layer of organic molecular membrane containing cationic macromolecular polyacrylamide and hydrophilic cationic surfactant is coated on the surface of the mixture particles of light calcium carbonate powder particles and walnut shell powder particles, the organic molecular membrane is added into sludge to flocculate the sludge into large particles to form a flocculating constituent with a net structure, the flocculating constituent has strong adsorbability, can efficiently capture suspended substance micro particles and oil micro particles in sewage and aggregate the particles to form high-density agglomerated particles, and can quickly settle and separate, thereby effectively purifying the sewage. Meanwhile, the newly generated agglomerated particles can be continuously recycled, and the same purification effect is achieved.

The sludge is free of cost, and is regenerated and recycled, so that the application of purification treatment agents such as polyaluminium chloride and polyacrylamide can be replaced when sewage is treated, on one hand, the cost is saved, on the other hand, the increase of the sludge amount in sewage treatment is reduced, and the environmental protection benefit is remarkable.

Example one

A preparation method of a treating agent for sludge activation comprises the following steps:

according to the mass parts, firstly, 100 parts of clear water and 11.5 parts of acrylamide are added into a stirring kettle body, and stirred for 5min after uniform stirring, dissolution and dispersion are carried out; then, sequentially adding 6.5 parts of acrylic acid, uniformly stirring and dispersing, and stirring for 5 min; adding sodium carbonate to adjust the pH value to 7.3; adding 1.7 parts of cationic polyacrylamide (the cationic degree of the cationic polyacrylamide is 50%, and the molecular weight is 400 ten thousand), stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 5 parts of didodecyldimethylammonium chloride, stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 3 parts of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 17 parts of 1100-mesh light calcium carbonate powder, and stirring for 10 min; adding 5 parts of walnut shell powder, and stirring for 10 min; adding 0.05 part of potassium persulfate, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly; adding 0.05 part of sodium sulfite, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly, then quickly pouring into a prepared reaction tank box, controlling the pouring amount in the tank box to be 120mm high, after pouring, starting a spot heating controller 2 of the tank box, observing whether a heating spot in the reaction tank box reacts, immediately stopping heating once the reaction occurs, after all the solid phase in the reaction tank box is solidified, naturally cooling, crushing the solid reactant by a crusher, screening by a 200-mesh sample sieve, collecting screened particles, spreading and airing, and testing the water content to be 8.7 percent, namely the sludge activation treating agent.

Field application and effect:

the application place is as follows: a sewage treatment station of Wangpiwan of Qinghua Bian oil production factory, as shown in figure 2, is a sewage treatment process flow of the Wangpiwan sewage treatment station of the Qinghua Bian oil production factory.

Properties of sewage from Wanpi sewage treatment station in Qinghua Stone needle oil production plant: oil content 860mg/L, suspended matter content 1040 mg/L.

The property of the filtered sewage after treatment is as follows: the oil content is 5.2mg/L (15 mg/L required by the standard), and the suspended matter content is 1.2mg/L (2 mg/L required by the standard). The oil content and the suspended matter content of the filtered sewage can stably reach the standard.

The effect of the original sewage treatment technology is as follows: the average oil content was 21.4mg/L (15 mg/L as required by the standards) and the average suspended matter content was 3.5mg/L (2 mg/L as required by the standards). The treated filtered sewage can not stably reach the standard, and all indexes are seriously exceeded.

Example two

According to the mass parts, firstly, 100 parts of clear water and 14 parts of acrylamide are added into a stirring kettle body, and stirred for 5min after uniform stirring, dissolution and dispersion are carried out; then, sequentially adding 7.3 parts of acrylic acid, uniformly stirring and dispersing, and stirring for 5 min; adding sodium carbonate to adjust the pH value to 7.6; adding 2.2 parts of cationic polyacrylamide (the cationic degree of the cationic polyacrylamide is 50%, and the molecular weight is 350 ten thousand), stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 6 parts of didodecyldimethylammonium chloride, stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 4 parts of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 15 parts of 1100-mesh light calcium carbonate powder, and stirring for 10 min; adding 6 parts of walnut shell powder, and stirring for 10 min; adding 0.06 part of potassium persulfate, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly; adding 0.05 part of sodium sulfite, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly, then quickly pouring into a prepared reaction tank box, controlling the pouring amount in the tank box to be 100mm high, after pouring, starting a spot heating controller 2 of the tank box, observing whether a heating spot in the reaction tank box reacts, immediately stopping heating once the reaction occurs, after all the solid phase in the reaction tank box is solidified, naturally cooling, crushing the solid reactant by a crusher, screening by a 300-mesh sample-dividing sieve, collecting screened particles, spreading and airing, and testing the water content to be 9.3 percent, namely the sludge activation treating agent.

Field application and effect:

the application place is as follows: a sewage treatment station for pine trees of an oil production plant in south mud bay, and referring to fig. 3, a sewage treatment process flow of the sewage treatment station for the pine trees of the oil production plant in south mud bay.

Sewage properties of a pine forest sewage treatment station in a southern mud bay oil production plant: the oil content was 1360mg/L and the suspended matter content was 1520 mg/L.

The property of the filtered sewage after treatment is as follows: the oil content is 4.3mg/L (10 mg/L required by the standard), and the suspended matter content is 1.8mg/L (2 mg/L required by the standard). The oil content and the suspended matter content of the filtered sewage can stably reach the standard.

The effect of the original sewage treatment technology is as follows: the average oil content was 16.6mg/L (standard requirement 10mg/L) and the average suspended matter content was 4.5mg/L (standard requirement 2 mg/L). The treated filtered sewage can not stably reach the standard, and all indexes are seriously exceeded.

According to the mass parts, firstly, 100 parts of clear water and 18 parts of acrylamide are added into a stirring kettle body, and stirred for 5min after uniform stirring, dissolution and dispersion are carried out; then sequentially adding 9.5 parts of acrylic acid, uniformly stirring and dispersing, and stirring for 5 min; adding sodium carbonate to adjust the pH value to 7.4; adding 2.5 parts of cationic polyacrylamide (the cationic degree of the cationic polyacrylamide is 50%, and the molecular weight is 350 ten thousand), stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 8 parts of didodecyldimethylammonium chloride, stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 6 parts of octadecyl dimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride, stirring to dissolve and disperse uniformly, and stirring for 10 min; adding 17 parts of 1100-mesh light calcium carbonate powder, and stirring for 10 min; adding 5.5 parts of walnut shell powder, and stirring for 10 min; adding 0.08 part of potassium persulfate, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly; adding 0.07 part of sodium sulfite, stirring, dissolving and dispersing uniformly, then quickly pouring into a prepared reaction tank box, controlling the pouring amount in the tank box to be 110mm high, after pouring, starting a spot heating controller 2 of the tank box, observing whether a heating spot in the reaction tank box reacts, immediately stopping heating once the reaction occurs, after all the solid phase in the reaction tank box is solidified, naturally cooling, crushing the solid reactant by a crusher, screening by a 250-mesh sample sieve, collecting screened particles, spreading and airing, and testing the water content to be 9.7 percent, namely the sludge activation treating agent.

Field application and effect:

the application place is as follows: referring to fig. 4, the wastewater treatment process flow of the wang jiawan wastewater treatment station of the xingchuan oil production plant is shown.

The properties of sewage from Wanjiawan sewage treatment station of Xingzchuan oil production plant: the oil content was 1360mg/L and the suspended matter content was 1520 mg/L.

Preparing a sludge activation treating agent and designing the dosing concentration: adding sludge into a mixing device 1, adding 40% of sludge activation treatment agent (the sludge is m/v), uniformly mixing, adding by a dosing pump, wherein the adding amount is 1.5% (v/v) of the sewage flow, dosing by the mixing device 1, preparing by the mixing device 2 according to the mixing device 1, after the mixing device 1 is completely added, dosing by the mixing device 2, continuously preparing by the mixing device 1, after the mixing device 2 is completely added, dosing by the mixing device 1, circulating in such a way, testing when the content of the sludge activation treatment agent in the sludge at the inlet of the mixing device reaches 5% -6%, circularly using the sludge, enabling the circulating sludge to enter a dosing pump through the mixing device 1, adjusting the dosing discharge capacity to be 3.5% -4.5% of the sewage flow, and when detecting that the concentration of the sludge activation treatment agent in the sludge at the inlet of the mixing device 1 is lower than 3.5%, the mixing device 2 is used for preparing a supplementary sludge activating treatment agent, and the circulation is carried out, when the sludge amount in the settling tank exceeds the requirement of the device, the excess sludge is discharged into a sludge tank.

The property of the filtered sewage after treatment is as follows: the oil content is 6.8mg/L (10 mg/L required by the standard), and the suspended matter content is 2.3mg/L (3 mg/L required by the standard). The oil content and the suspended matter content of the filtered sewage can stably reach the standard.

The effect of the original sewage treatment technology is as follows: the average oil content was 13.7mg/L (standard requirement 10mg/L) and the average suspended matter content was 5.1mg/L (standard requirement 3 mg/L). The treated filtered sewage can not stably reach the standard, and all indexes are seriously exceeded.
