Detailed Description

cotton beating rod 6 is shortened, the cotton with too large falling volume is scattered through the baffles 4, the problem that the feed inlet 2 is blocked by the cotton with too large volume falling into the feed inlet 2, other cotton cannot fall into the machine body 1, meanwhile, the cotton falls around the machine body 1 and dust is adhered to the surface of the cotton, and the cotton enters the cleaning, and the baffle 4 and the feed inlet 2 have a certain angle, thus preventing cotton from attaching to the surface of the baffle 4 and blocking the feed inlet 2, which affects the cleaning efficiency of the internal equipment of the machine body 1, cotton beating rods 6 are fixed around the first roller 5, the first roller 5 is installed on the left side of the internal part of the machine body 1 through the first roller shaft 7, the left side of the first roller shaft 7 is rotationally connected with the left side of the internal wall of the machine body 1, meanwhile, the right side of the first roller shaft 7 extends to the outer wall of the right side of the machine body 1 through the right side of the internal wall of the machine body 1, a first belt pulley 8 is fixed on iron fillings and metal that contain in the cotton through electromagnetic conveyor belt 21, and make iron fillings and metal fall into iron fillings collection box 23, avoid iron fillings and metal to follow the cotton and enter into next process, and iron fillings and metal that contain in the cotton can cause certain damage to next process equipment, reduce the holistic pine sensation of cotton simultaneously.

cylinder 3721 are electrically connected with the actuator 3724, the signal receiver 3723 and the central control board 3725 through electric wires, the control box 3722 is mounted on the right side of the supporting column 3716 through fixing bolts, the third motor 3718 and the drying device 3720 are electrically connected with the controller through electric wires, moisture contained in cotton is dried through the drying device 3720, and the problem that the cotton containing moisture cannot be loosened by the moisture beating rod 6 in the cotton and the moisture is easily rotten to cause the reduction of the quality and quality of the whole cotton is avoided.

The working principle is as follows: in the cotton cleaner with automatic feeding and dust-removing functions, firstly, the movable base 3710 is moved through equipment to enable the right side of the
