The antibacterial yarn in the prior art has large twist, poor softness, poor wearability and poor wearing comfort, and most of the antibacterial yarns have hard-to-last antibacterial performance.

In view of the above, it is apparent that the prior art has inconvenience and disadvantages in practical use, and therefore, there is a need for an ultra-soft antibacterial yarn and a method for manufacturing the same to solve the disadvantages of the prior art.

Detailed Description

In order to more clearly understand the technical features, objects, and effects of the present invention, embodiments of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The invention provides a fine denier terylene, antibacterial terylene and cotton three-component super-soft antibacterial yarn, which comprises 30 percent of fine denier terylene fiber, 20 percent of antibacterial terylene fiber and 50 percent of cotton fiber by weight percent, and the fibers are made into 14.8tex (40S) blended yarn by a blending process.

The manufacturing method comprises the following steps:

s1, selecting raw materials: the type of the fine denier polyester fiber is 0.89dtex multiplied by 38mm, and the type of the antibacterial polyester fiber is 1.56dtex multiplied by 38 mm;

s2, raw material pretreatment: uniformly discharging the antibacterial polyester fiber and the fine denier polyester fiber in a disc according to the weight average of the package, wherein the heights are parallel and level; the mixing proportion is that the fine denier terylene accounts for 60 percent and the antibacterial terylene accounts for 40 percent;

s3, blowing process: fully mixing the antibacterial polyester fiber and the fine denier polyester through a multi-bin cotton mixer and then forming strips;

s4, drawing:

in the drawing process, the three mixing steps of pre-drawing adopt a forward drafting process, and the back zone drafting multiples of the first mixing step, the second mixing step and the third mixing step are respectively 1.75, 1.68 and 1.65; controlling the distance of the pre-drawing strip to be larger, wherein the distance of the main drawing surface is 12mm, and the distance of the back zone surface is 19 mm;

in the spinning process, the surface gauge of the rear area of the spun yarn is 36mm, the drafting of the rear area is 1.21 times, the twist coefficient of the spun yarn is 260, and the spindle speed of the spun yarn is 15500 r/min;

in the spinning process, the single-wheel disk rotating wheel is positioned between the jaw of the spinning front roller and the yarn guide ceramic, and due to the false twisting effect of the single-wheel disk rotating wheel, the strength of a region where yarn breakage is most likely to occur is obviously improved, so that yarn breakage is not easily caused in a spinning section, and normal spinning at low twist can be guaranteed.

In the spinning process, by adopting the false twisting method of the single-wheel disc rotating wheel, the yarn is ensured not to be easily broken under the condition that the spinning twist coefficient is designed to be small, and the soft and fluffy effect of the yarn can be achieved; the twist between the single-wheel disk rotating wheel and the ceramic ware is obviously reduced, and because the twist is low, the yarn is soft and fluffy, and the antibacterial effect is obvious and has an ultra-soft effect.

The yarn quality index of the blended yarn is as follows:

14.8tex (40S) of blended yarn, 13.4 percent of yarn evenness variation coefficient, 2/km of detail, 11 slubs/km, 23 neps/km and 1.8 percent of weight variation coefficient; the breaking strength of single yarn is 20.3cN/tex, and the variation coefficient of single yarn strength is 11.1%; hairiness is reduced by 8% compared with the conventional spindle changing spinning.

Through the test of a third-party authority detection mechanism, the blended yarn has good antibacterial performance, and has obvious antibacterial effects on three strains, namely escherichia coli antibacterial rate, staphylococcus and candida albicans, and the antibacterial rate reaches 99%.

The specific working principle of the invention is as follows:

in the spinning process, in order to achieve the soft and fluffy effect of the yarn, the spinning twist coefficient is designed to be small, the yarn is easy to break in the spinning process, and the normal production is difficult to ensure; after the roving is drafted, after the roving is output from a jaw formed by a front rubber roller and a front roller, through a single-wheel disc rotating wheel tangent plane with set matching speed, a spinning section is obtained by the true twist generated by the false twist action of the single-wheel disc rotating wheel when the roving runs on the single-wheel disc rotating wheel tangent plane, the single-wheel disc rotating wheel is positioned between the jaw of the spinning roller and a yarn guide ceramic device, the strength of the area where the breakage is most likely to occur is obviously improved, and therefore the breakage is not easily caused in the spinning section; the twist between the single-wheel disc rotating wheel and the yarn guide ceramic is obviously reduced, and then the low twist yarn is formed by running through a steel collar steel wire coil and the like; because the twist is low, the yarn is soft and fluffy, and has an ultra-soft effect and an obvious antibacterial effect.
