The one-bath dyeing method of the yang-polyester mixed chenille ground mat provided by the invention has the following beneficial technical effects:

(1) cationic dye and disperse dye are used for dyeing the cationic polyester mixed chenille ground mat, the finished product color is double-dyed chenille ground mat, cationic yarn and common polyester yarn are respectively dyed into required colors, the process is simple, the practicability is high, the color fastness grade is high, the dyeing effect is good, and basically no color flower exists.

After adding the dyeing acid, the pH value of the soft water is 4.3, the soft water is acidic, the raw materials are added into a material tank, and then the raw materials are thrown into an overflow machine for dyeing after adjusting the time. And when the temperature is raised to 120 ℃, the cationic dye is successfully printed on the cationic knitting wool, and when the temperature is raised to 130 ℃, the disperse dye is printed on the pure polyester knitting wool.

(3) Washing with water: and carrying out color comparison observation and analysis on a product obtained after printing and dyeing in the printing and dyeing overflow machine and a sample, then carrying out water washing treatment, washing for 10 minutes by using clear water, and then discharging water.

(4) Scutching and drying: and (3) dewatering, scutching, flattening and drying the product, wherein the drying temperature is 130 ℃, and the vehicle speed is controlled at 6.7 m/min.

(5) Repairing wool and replenishing goods: and observing whether the wool of the product after printing and dyeing is uniformly distributed and the arrangement of the wool is neat or not, and filling.

The double-dyed positive polyester mixed chenille ground mat dyed by the embodiment has the advantages of color fastness grade of 4-5 grades, higher color fastness, basically no colored patterns, high dye uptake and full dye uptake. The yarn is fully expanded, the fabric is thick, solid and soft, the heterochromatic effect of the blended yarn is clear, and the weight loss rate is 3.2%.
