The feeding and troweling system of the wall plastering machine comprises a mortar feeding device, a mortar distributor and a plastering device.

In this embodiment, the slurry supply device includes a mixing hopper 1, a stirrer 2 arranged on the mixing hopper for stirring the materials in the mixing hopper, a gate valve 3 connected to the bottom of the mixing hopper, a screw conveyor 4 connected to the lower part of the gate valve for conveying the mortar, and a slurry conveying pipe 5 connected to the outlet of the screw conveyor. The slurry supply device further comprises a slurry separator, the slurry separator comprises a transfer container 6 and a plurality of material separating pipes 7 arranged on the transfer container, and the transfer container is connected with an outlet of the slurry conveying pipe 5.

The plastering device comprises a rectangular groove-shaped discharge chute 8, a plastering plate 9 arranged on the left side and the right side of the discharge chute, and a plurality of feeding pipe joints 10 which are arranged at the rear end of the discharge chute and are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the discharge chute, wherein the feeding pipe joints are connected with the distributing pipes in a one-to-one correspondence manner. In the feeding and trowelling system of the wall plastering machine, mortar raw materials are poured into the mixing hopper, the stirrer is started to stir the raw materials uniformly, the inserting plate valve is opened, and the mixed mortar enters the screw conveyer below. The gate valve can be selected from a manual gate valve and an electric gate valve in specific implementation.

The mortar enters the transfer container through the mortar conveying pipe and then enters the discharge chute through the mortar distributing pipe, and the mortar is uniformly distributed in the length direction of the discharge chute through the mortar distributing pipe, so that the discharge chute can uniformly discharge the mortar to the wall surface. In the process that the mortar trowelling device horizontally moves forward along the wall surface under the driving of the trolley 11, the mortar trowelling plate evenly trowels the mortar discharged by the discharge chute onto the wall surface. During the plastering process of the plastering plate, the excess can be discharged from the space between the lower excess material outlet 98 and the upper two leftover material flush cutting plates 96. The rim charge level cutting plate can level the upper side edge of a mortar layer smeared on a wall surface, and is favorable for lap joint with the edge part of the next section of mortar when the mortar smearing device touches the next section of mortar. And because the mortar spreader is provided with the seam plastering plate 94, when the seam plastering plate passes through the lap seam of the upper section mortar and the lower section mortar, the mortar at the seam opening part is extruded, so that the seam opening can be healed smoothly, and because of the existence of the guide edge 97, the plastered lower section mortar layer can not be scraped when the seam plastering plate moves forwards, and meanwhile, because of the existence of the excess material baffle 95, the excess material baffle 95 has a protection effect on the plastered mortar layer at the lower side, the excess mortar can overflow from the excess material outlet 98, and the extrusion damage to the plastered mortar layer at the lower side can not be caused.
