Background

The construction elevator (also called a construction elevator) is one of indispensable large-scale mechanical equipment in the building industry, and basically, the construction elevator can be used in places with building construction, can realize the quick vertical transportation of (building) materials, and conveys building materials and workers to each floor, thereby greatly shortening the construction period and being applied and popularized in the existing construction buildings.

Over the years, the safety accidents of the field construction elevator frequently occur, wherein the accidents caused by the defects of the floor protective door which is not well protected or not closed manually occupy a considerable proportion, and the like accidents are found through comprehensive analysis of the similar accidents, and the reasons of the accidents mainly comprise the following two aspects.

Firstly, floor elevator mouth guard gate is not closed along with the hand: the protective door of the construction elevator is of a full-fence type structure, so that the elevator car is difficult to control or ensure to be always in a closed position in a non-stop state, and the protective door can be opened by a person to be ridden at any time. The simple solution is to lock the protective door of the elevator entrance on each floor, which is directly controlled by the elevator driver, and the elevator car is opened after arriving. The interlocking device for the construction elevator and the floor protection door comprises a relay, wherein a distribution box is used for supplying power to an entrance guard power supply controller, the two ends of the normally open point output of a distance sensor and the coil of the relay after being connected in series are connected to the power supply output of the entrance guard power supply controller, and the two ends of a door opening button and the normally open point of the relay after being connected in series are connected to the signal input end of the entrance guard power supply controller; the power output of the entrance guard power supply controller is connected with the power supply end of the magnetic lock, and the door closing signal of the magnetic lock is connected with the travel switch in the elevator car in series, so that the on-off of the power supply of the lifting driving device of the elevator car is controlled.

d) a person on a certain floor stands outside the protective door to take a call of the elevator, and after receiving the call, a driver of the elevator car stops the elevator car at the floor called by the person;

e) when the distance sensor detects that the elevator car reaches the floor, the distance sensor is connected with a coil of the relay in series in a closed state, and the coil of the relay is electrified; when the elevator car does not reach the floor, the distance sensor is connected with a coil of the relay in series in a closed state, and the coil of the relay is not electrified;

f) the protective door is opened, and the access control power supply controller can electrify the coil of the relay through the distance sensor only when the distance sensor detects that the elevator car reaches the floor; after the relay coil is electrified, a normally-open point of a relay connected with the door opening button in series is closed, after a driver or a worker presses the door opening button, the door control power supply controller detects a closing signal of the door opening button, the power supply to the magnetic lock is disconnected, and the protective door is opened at the moment.

As shown in fig. 4, a control schematic diagram of the construction elevator and floor protection door interlocking device according to the present invention is shown, and the power supply terminal of the magnetic lock 7 is connected to the power output terminal of the entrance guard power controller 15, so that the entrance guard power controller 15 controls the power on/off state of the magnetic lock 7. When the magnetic lock 7 is powered on and the protective doors 6 are in the attraction state (if two protective doors 6 are provided, the two protective doors are attracted), a door closing signal in the closed state is output, and when the magnetic lock 7 is powered off and the magnetic lock 7 is powered on but the protective doors 6 are not attracted, a disconnected door closing signal is output. After the door closing signals of all floors are connected in series, the door closing signals are connected in series with a travel switch 12 in the elevator car 2 through a signal concentrator 17 and a following cable 13; when the car safety door 11 in the elevator car 2 is in an open state, the travel switch 12 is in an open state, and when the car safety door 11 is in a closed state, the forming switch 12 is in a closed state. It can be seen that only when the protective doors 6 of all floors are closed and the car safety doors 11 are also closed, the lifting driving device of the elevator car 2 can be powered on, and the elevator car 2 can be lifted.

The two ends of the coil of the distance sensor 9 and the coil of the relay 16 which are connected in series are connected with the power output end of the entrance guard power controller 15, and the distance sensor 9 is in a closed state when detecting the elevator car 2 and is in an open state when not detecting the elevator car 2. The door opening button 10 is shown connected in series with the normally open point of the relay 16 to the signal input of the door access power controller 15. In this way, the door-opening button 10 can be pressed to be detected by the access control power supply controller 15 only when the elevator car 2 reaches the corresponding floor, and the protective door 6 can be opened through the door-opening button 10.

b) the car safety door state is accessed, when the elevator car is in an opening state, the travel switch is connected with the door closing signal of the magnetic lock in series in an opening state, and when the elevator car is in a closing state, the travel switch is connected with the door closing signal of the magnetic lock in series in a closing state;

c) the elevator runs, only when all floor protective doors are in a closed state and a travel switch of an elevator axle is in a closed state, a lifting driving device of an elevator car can be electrified, and the electrified elevator car carries out lifting operation;

d) a person on a certain floor stands outside the protective door to take a call of the elevator, and after receiving the call, a driver of the elevator car stops the elevator car at the floor called by the person;

e) when the distance sensor detects that the elevator car reaches the floor, the distance sensor is connected with a coil of the relay in series in a closed state, and the coil of the relay is electrified; when the elevator car does not reach the floor, the distance sensor is connected with a coil of the relay in series in a closed state, and the coil of the relay is not electrified;

f) the protective door is opened, and the access control power supply controller can electrify the coil of the relay through the distance sensor only when the distance sensor detects that the elevator car reaches the floor; after the relay coil is electrified, a normally-open point of a relay connected with the door opening button in series is closed, after a driver or a worker presses the door opening button, the door control power supply controller detects a closing signal of the door opening button, the power supply to the magnetic lock is disconnected, and the protective door is opened at the moment.
