Background

A wharf tanker is a common oil storage device, and an inner floating roof oil tank is often used for oil storage. The use of floating roof tanks for oil storage involves a sealing problem. In fact, with the increasing environmental awareness of the people year by year, higher and higher requirements are put on the VOC emission of the storage tank, and the rapid development of the internal floating roof technology is promoted. The inner floating plate of the oil tank is mature relatively, and when the inner floating plate is applied to an oil tanker, the stability and the safety of the oil tanker can be ensured only by improving the edge seal of the floating plate according to the cabin of the oil tanker. The adopted sealing device not only requires close contact with the cabin wall plate, but also has no influence on the lifting of the floating roof, so that the effect of the sealing device is important to ensure the quality of the stored liquid and prevent the air pollution caused by the evaporation of the stored liquid. Because the oil is loaded in the oil tank of the oil tanker, and the oil tanker is difficult to avoid fluctuation when sailing on the sea, the floating roof can cause the wall plate to be unevenly stressed and deformed or even damaged when transversely moving. The sealing device therefore has to satisfy the following requirements: 1. can freely lift along with the oil level while being tightly contacted with the cabin wall plate; 2. the sealing means can generate a corresponding reaction force which counteracts when the floating platform is displaced laterally and can vary to some extent with the shape of the spacing between the floating platform and the bulkhead plate.

However, the floating discs of the two patents have the problem of complex structure, and the problem of connection relation between the floating disc and the tank top is not involved, so that the floating disc can not only cause the corresponding sealing element to encounter the friction problem caused by linear friction and extrusion deformation of up-and-down sliding due to the problems of up-and-down movement and swinging, but also is difficult to avoid the friction problem caused by the rotation movement of the returning disc, thereby reducing the service life of the corresponding sealing element.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide an inner floating roof oil tank sealing device of a wharf oil tanker, which can freely lift along with the oil level while the cabin wall plates are in close contact with each other, and a floating disc only swings but does not rotate when a ship shakes forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the utility model provides an interior floating roof oil tank sealing device of oil tanker, includes the floating plate, locates main sealing element, telescopic link, the sucking disc between floating plate and the storage tank side tank wall.

the inner side of the main sealing element and the outer side of the floating disc are always attached together; the outer side of the main sealing element is attached to the inner side surface of the tank side wall of the storage tank.

Here, the floating plate is a novel aluminum alloy welded self-floating inner floating plate, and the details of the main structure are well known technology and will not be described herein. The telescopic rod is also made of a novel aluminum alloy, and the extension and retraction of the telescopic rod and the corresponding limit fixing structure are also known in the art and are not the protection points sought by the present application, and therefore, the details are not described herein. Preferably, the float comprises a float body, a main seal connection; the main sealing element connecting part is fixedly connected with the floating disc main body in a sealing mode, an inner concave ring is arranged on the main sealing element connecting part, and the inner side of the main sealing element is located in the inner concave ring on the main sealing element connecting part. This preferred scheme, simple structure, manufacturing is easy.

Preferably, a second seal is also included. The second sealing element comprises a rubber ring and a rubber ring fixing frame; the lower end of the rubber ring fixing frame is fixedly connected with the upper wall of the floating disc, and the upper end of the rubber ring fixing frame is provided with a rubber ring mounting part; the inboard of rubber ring is located the rubber ring installation department, and the outside and the storage tank jar wall of rubber ring are pasted and are linked together. Preferably, when the central line of the tank is in a vertical position and the floating plate is in a horizontal state, the minimum distance between each point on the floating plate and the inner surface of the bottom of the tank is more than or equal to 500 mm. The preferred scheme can prevent the floating plate from touching the inner surface of the bottom of the storage tank.

In conclusion, the invention can effectively prevent the main sealing element and the rubber ring from being worn too fast, and has simple structure and easy installation and manufacture.

As shown in figure 1, the invention comprises a floating disc 1, a main sealing element 3, a telescopic rod 4, a suction cup 5 and a second sealing element 7. The main seal 3 is provided between the floating disc 1 and the tank-side tank wall 2. The sucker 5 is fixedly sucked on a circular ring 6.1 at the lower end of the spherical crown top 6 of the storage tank. The details of the structure of the spherical crown 6 of the storage tank are simple and will not be described herein. When the central line of the storage tank is in a vertical position and the floating disc 1 is in a horizontal state, the minimum distance between each point on the floating disc 1 and the inner surface of the bottom 2.1 of the storage tank is more than or equal to 500 millimeters.

The second seal 7 comprises a rubber ring 7.1 and a rubber ring fixing frame 7.2. The lower end of the rubber ring fixing frame 7.2 is fixedly connected with the upper wall 1.1 of the floating disc, and the upper end of the rubber ring fixing frame 7.2 is provided with a rubber ring mounting part; the inside of rubber ring 7.1 is located the rubber ring installation department, and the outside and the storage tank jar wall 2 of rubber ring 7.1 are pasted mutually.
