the detection unit 45 is used for detecting whether the moving position of the baking plate rotating motor is within a preset motor triggering range or not after the rotating speed of the turntable mechanism is consistent with the rotating speed of the baking plate;

and the control unit 47 is used for controlling the clamping jaw air cylinder to clamp the egg roll products on the target roll roller when the moving position of the baking plate rotating motor is within a preset motor triggering range, and controlling the conveying air cylinder to transmit the egg roll products to a preset bearing object.

The control device of the egg roll machine can acquire the baking plate rotation parameters of the egg roll machine through the acquisition unit 41; the rotating speed of the turntable mechanism is adjusted through the adjusting unit 43 based on the baking plate rotating parameters, so that the rotating speed of the turntable mechanism is consistent with the rotating speed of the baking plate; after the rotating speed of the turntable mechanism is consistent with the rotating speed of the baking plate, the detection unit 45 detects whether the moving position of the baking plate rotating motor is within a preset motor triggering range; the control unit 47 controls the clamping jaw cylinder to clamp egg roll products on the target roll roller when the moving position of the baking plate rotating motor is within a preset motor triggering range, and controls the conveying cylinder to transmit the egg roll products to a preset bearing object. In the embodiment, the speed matching of the discharging mechanism and the winding roller can be realized, so that the discharging mechanism can timely take out egg roll finished products on the winding roller, the discharging process of the egg roll machine discharging mechanism is stable and reliable, the qualified rate of egg roll production is improved, various requirements of production are guaranteed, and the technical problem that the egg roll products on the winding roller cannot be timely taken out by the discharging mechanism of the egg roll machine equipment in the related technology and the qualified rate is low is solved.

The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls a corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more than one, the moving position of the baking plate rotating motor is within a preset motor triggering range by adjusting kernel parameters, the clamping jaw air cylinder is controlled to clamp egg roll products on the target roll, and the conveying air cylinder is controlled to transmit the egg roll products to a preset bearing object.

The memory may include volatile memory in a computer readable medium, Random Access Memory (RAM) and/or nonvolatile memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM) or flash memory (flash RAM), and the memory includes at least one memory chip.

According to another aspect of the embodiments of the present invention, there is also provided an egg roll machine apparatus including: the baking plate rotating motor, the turntable mechanism, the plurality of winding rollers and the material taking mechanism are arranged on the baking plate; the single chip microcomputer executes any one of the control methods of the egg roll machine.
