1. A direct-writing ink mark coating method for the surface of a ceramic packaging product is characterized by comprising the following steps:

coating an ink layer on the whole surface of a to-be-pad-printed area of a product;

increasing the viscosity coefficient of the ink layer;

carving the pretreated printing ink layer to obtain a desired pattern;

and fully curing at high temperature to form a flowing shape at the boundary of the ink layer.

2. The method for coating direct-writing ink marks on the surface of a ceramic packaging product as claimed in claim 1, wherein the ink layer is coated on the whole surface of the area to be pad-printed of the product by a screen printing or pad printing process.

3. The method for coating a direct-write ink mark on the surface of a ceramic packaged product according to claim 1, wherein the method for increasing the viscosity coefficient of the ink layer comprises: high temperature pre-curing, UV light irradiation or low temperature refrigeration.

4. The method of claim 1, wherein the ink layer is engraved by a laser printer.

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic packaging of a subsequent integrated circuit manufacturing, in particular to a direct-writing type ink mark coating method for the surface of a ceramic packaging product.

Background

In the field of ceramic packaging, there is a high demand for ink marking reliability, and therefore, heat-curable inks and UV + heat-curable inks are mostly used.

At present, screen printing and pad printing processes are mainly adopted in the process of coating the printing ink marks on ceramic packaging products, each batch of products need to customize a screen printing plate and a pad printing plate, the material cost is high, and automatic mark printing cannot be realized.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a direct-writing type ink mark coating method for the surface of a ceramic packaging product, and aims to solve the problems that the traditional ceramic packaging product ink mark coating process is high in material cost and cannot realize automatic mark printing.

In order to solve the technical problem, the invention provides a direct-writing ink mark coating method for the surface of a ceramic packaging product, which comprises the following steps:

coating an ink layer on the whole surface of a to-be-pad-printed area of a product;

increasing the viscosity coefficient of the ink layer;

carving the pretreated printing ink layer to obtain a desired pattern;

and fully curing at high temperature to form a flowing shape at the boundary of the ink layer.

Optionally, the whole surface of the area to be pad-printed of the product is coated with an ink layer by a screen printing or pad printing process.

Optionally, the method for increasing the viscosity coefficient of the ink layer includes: high temperature pre-curing, UV light irradiation or low temperature refrigeration.

Optionally, a laser imprinter is used to engrave on the ink layer.

In the direct-writing type ink mark coating method for the surface of the ceramic packaging product, provided by the invention, an ink layer is coated on the whole surface of a region to be pad-printed of the product; increasing the viscosity coefficient of the ink layer; carving the pretreated printing ink layer to obtain a desired pattern; and fully curing at high temperature to form a flowing shape at the boundary of the ink layer.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:

(1) the consumption of the screen printing plate and the transfer printing plate can be reduced by coating the whole surface, and the cost is greatly saved;

(2) laser engraving can realize rapid, batch and accurate character printing, and improves the production efficiency of a production line.

The following describes a method for applying a direct-writing ink mark on a surface of a ceramic packaged product according to the present invention in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific examples. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following description and from the claims. It is to be noted that the drawings are in a very simplified form and are not to precise scale, which is merely for the purpose of facilitating and distinctly claiming the embodiments of the present invention.

Example one

The invention provides a direct-writing type ink mark coating method for the surface of a ceramic packaging product, which comprises the following steps:

coating an ink layer on the whole surface of a region to be pad-printed of a product by a screen printing or pad printing process;

as shown in fig. 1(a) and 1(b), the viscosity coefficient of the ink layer is increased by high-temperature pre-curing, UV light short irradiation or low-temperature refrigeration;

engraving on the pretreated ink layer by using a laser engraving machine to obtain a desired pattern, as shown in fig. 2(a) and 2 (b);

curing at high temperature to form the ink layer boundary into a flowing shape as shown in fig. 3(a) and 3 (b); the flowing shape is more resistant to rubbing by rubbing and has higher reliability.

The direct-writing ink mark coating method for the surface of the ceramic packaging product can quickly print the ink marks on the surface of the product in batches; compared with the traditional silk-screen printing and transfer printing process, the required consumable materials are greatly reduced, the cost is greatly saved, and the scratch resistance of the mark is higher.
