Detailed Description

To facilitate an understanding of the invention, the invention will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown in the drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.

Referring to fig. 5, in the embodiment of the prefabricated ribbed slab with the cantilever head, the steel bar truss 4 further comprises a lower chord 43. The lower chord rib can improve the tensile property of the lower side of the steel bar truss.

Referring to fig. 4 and 6, in the embodiment of the prefabricated ribbed slab with the cantilever head, vertical shear steel bars 25 are arranged at two ends of the longitudinal rib 2, the upper parts of the shear steel bars 25 are exposed out of the reinforced concrete slab for a certain height, and the shear steel bars 25 are formed by bending steel bars and are in an S shape. Vertical shear reinforcement is favorable to increasing the shear resistance of prefabricated dense floor tip, and the reinforcing bar processing of S form is convenient, but quick batch production, and efficient when reinforcement.

The lifting hook is used for demoulding, the shearing resistant piece 23 is preferably purchased finished section steel, and can be machined and customized if the shearing resistant strength and the installation requirement are not met.
