A porous waterproof plug characterized in that: which comprises a body, a plurality of plug holes and an anti-overflow ring, wherein the plug holes are arranged in the body in a penetrating way, the anti-overflow ring is arranged around the surface of the plug holes, the body is a porous waterproof plug body,

2. The porous waterproof plug of claim 1 wherein said body may be a right cylinder including but not limited to a cylinder, a cube and a cuboid, or a conical frustum, or a rhomboid or an irregularity.

3. The porous waterproof plug of claim 1 wherein the outer surface of the body is further provided with a plurality of retaining rings, the retaining rings being ring bodies disposed on the outer surface of the body in the axial direction.

4. The porous waterproof plug of claim 3 wherein when the body is a non-straight cylinder, the axially outer surface of the body is free of a retaining ring.

5. The porous waterproof plug of claim 3 wherein when said body is a non-cylindrical body, said axially outer surface of said body is provided with a plurality of said grommets, said grommets varying in size and shape in response to variations in the shape of said axially outer surface of said body.

6. The porous waterproof plug of claim 1 wherein a plurality of said plug holes are uniformly arranged in the body, said plug holes being cylindrical bodies of non-uniform pore size.

7. The porous waterproof plug of claim 1 wherein a sealing membrane is provided in the middle of the plug hole to seal against penetration.

8. The porous waterproof plug of claim 6, wherein the plug hole is a hole body with a dumbbell-shaped axial cross section, that is, the pore diameters of two end parts of the plug hole are larger than the pore diameter of the middle part of the plug hole, or the pore diameters of the plug hole gradually decrease from the outside to the inside.

9. The porous waterproof plug of claim 8 wherein when the socket is a body with a dumbbell-shaped axial cross-section, spill preventing rings are provided on both surfaces of the socket.

10. The porous waterproof plug of claim 9 wherein the spill proof ring has an inner spill proof ring and/or an outer spill proof ring, the inner spill proof ring being a ring body disposed around a surface of the plug hole, the outer spill proof ring being a ring body disposed on a surface of the body where a plurality of the plug holes are common.

11. The porous waterproof plug of claim 8 wherein when said plug hole is a body having a dumbbell-shaped axial cross section, a part of the middle portion of said plug hole is a cylindrical body.

12. The porous waterproof plug of claim 9 wherein the plug hole or the hole body having an axial trapezoidal shape is provided on a surface of a hole having a relatively large diameter of the plug hole when the plug hole is the hole body having an axial trapezoidal shape.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a plug, in particular to a porous waterproof plug.

Background

At present, in various industries needing pipeline cables, sealed and waterproof pipeline cable connectors are needed, and particularly in the field of electrical and electronic equipment, the cables can be connected with appropriate matching elements through the cable connectors, so that the connection and disconnection of circuits are realized. However, in addition to the use of cable connection devices, there is often a need for a seal against water in the environment before and after the cable connection, and for the connection to be particularly robust. However, the existing cable connector has a complicated waterproof structure and poor waterproof sealing performance for the cables inserted into the cable connector, so that the existing cable connector has high cost and poor waterproof sealing performance.

Meanwhile, the common method can also be used for coating or filling glue on the surface of a hole body through which a cable of the cable connector passes to seal the periphery of the hole body of the cable connector, but because the periphery of the hole body of the existing commonly-used cable connector is a plane, glue filled on the hole body often overflows, the cleanness and the neatness of the cable connector are not facilitated, the glue is wasted, and the glue filling and sealing effect is poor.

Therefore, a multi-channel waterproof sealing plug which is simple in structure, excellent in waterproof sealing performance, stable in connection, capable of supporting a plurality of cables to pass through, convenient to glue injection and seal and free of waste is urgently needed to meet the requirements.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need to provide a porous waterproof plug that is well sealed and securely connected.

A porous waterproof plug comprises a body, a plurality of insertion holes and an anti-overflow ring, wherein the insertion holes are arranged in the body in a penetrating way, the anti-overflow ring is arranged around the surface of the insertion holes,

the body is a body of the porous waterproof plug,

the plug hole is a hole body which is arranged in the body and penetrates through the body and is used for accommodating the cable joint to pass through the body,

the anti-overflow circle is the circle body that sets up the spliced eye surface and protrusion in the spliced eye surface.

Preferably, the body can be a straight cylinder or a conical frustum or a rhombohedron or an irregular body.

Preferably, the right cylinder includes, but is not limited to, a cylinder, a cube, and a cuboid.

In the present invention, the porous waterproof plug is regarded as a space arrangement in which the axial direction is a vertical direction, and the up, down, left, right, and inside and outside described in the following embodiments are defined by the space direction in which the porous waterproof plug is a first view angle.

The present embodiment is improved based on the first embodiment in that a seal 50 is provided in the middle of the insertion hole 10. Specifically, the sealing film 50 is disposed in the middle of the fourth portion 24 of the insertion hole 20, and the sealing film 50 changes the insertion hole 20 into a two-part hole body which is not communicated. When inserting the cable into the insertion hole 20, because the thickness of the sealing film 50 is not more than 1mm, or the maximum thickness is not more than 3mm, the cable is directly broken through the sealing film 50 to complete the insertion and the penetration of the cable, and then the sealing glue solution is filled into the insertion hole 20 from the first part 21 of the insertion hole.

The present embodiment is based on the third embodiment, and the present embodiment is characterized in that the spill preventing rings 30 are provided on both the upper and lower port surfaces of the insertion hole 20.

The upper port and the lower port of the plug hole 20, namely the upper port of the first part 21, and the lower port of the seventh part 27 are provided with an inner anti-overflow ring 31 and an outer anti-overflow ring 32, and the outer anti-overflow ring 32 is a ring body arranged on one surface of the body 10 where the plug holes 20 are located. The height of the outer anti-overflow ring is higher than that of the inner anti-overflow ring. In the present embodiment, the height of the inner spill ring 31 may be set to 1.5mm, and the height of the outer spill ring 32 may be set to 1 mm.

The upper and lower port surfaces of the insertion hole 20 are provided with the anti-overflow rings 30, and the hole body of the insertion hole 30 is symmetrical in size from top to bottom, so that when the porous waterproof plug is used, the up-down direction of the porous waterproof plug does not need to be identified, and the process application is facilitated.

The present embodiment is based on the third embodiment, and the present embodiment is characterized in that the insertion hole 20 is a hole body having a trapezoidal shape in the axial direction. In the present embodiment, the spill prevention ring 30 is provided only on the upper surface of the insertion hole 20. The spill guard 30 is arranged on the surface of the relatively large-bore hole of the plug-in hole 20.

This configuration of the jack 20 facilitates the plugging operation of the cable.

Example six.

In this embodiment, when the body is a non-straight cylinder, the outer surface of the body in the axial direction is not provided with the positioning ring. Or the axial outer surface of the body is provided with a plurality of positioning rings, and the size and the shape of the positioning rings are correspondingly changed along with the change of the shape of the axial outer surface of the body.
