Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an intelligent magnetic liquid safety valve which is continuously adjustable and can automatically release pressure by adjusting a preset opening pressure value of an electromagnet, and has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in operation and high reliability.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the technical scheme that:

The electromagnet provides a magnetic source, forms a magnetic loop with the rotating shaft and the pole shoe, binds magnetic liquid at the pole teeth to form a plurality of O-shaped sealing rings to form a magnetic liquid sealing structure, changes the magnetic field intensity by adjusting the electromagnet, and further adjusts the pressure resistance of the sealing structure, thereby achieving the effects of presetting opening pressure and automatically relieving pressure. The outer rings of the pole shoes are provided with grooves, and the sealing rings are embedded into the grooves and tightly pressed with the valve body.

The side wall of the valve body is provided with a pressure relief opening and an electromagnet wire hole groove, the electromagnet is connected with an external controller through the wire hole groove, and the pressure relief opening is used for releasing pressure. When the preset opening pressure is reached, the gas penetrates through the sealing gap from the pressure inlet to reach the hole frame, the pressure is automatically released from the pressure release port, and after the pressure release is completed, the magnetic liquid is restored to the pole teeth for pressure resistance in the next stage due to the self-repairing function of the magnetic liquid. The outside of the pressure relief opening is provided with threads, and if the gas medium is harmful gas, the pressure relief opening can be connected with a pipeline or other devices to prevent environmental pollution.

The invention utilizes the magnetic liquid sealing principle, is combined with the safety valve, adjusts the opening pressure by adjusting the electromagnet, can be continuously adjustable, has simple structure, easy operation and wide range of opening pressure selection, not only achieves the effect of the safety valve, but also can seal the medium in the pressure container, avoids the corrosion of the common mechanical valve and ensures the safety of the pressure container.

The magnetic liquid intelligent safety valve disclosed by the invention as shown in fig. 1 comprises a rotating shaft valve cover 1, a first sealing ring 2, a hole frame 3, a valve body 4, a first pole shoe 5, a second sealing ring 6, an electromagnet 7, a second pole shoe 8, a third sealing ring 9, magnetic liquid 10 and pole teeth 11.

Different opening pressures can be preset by adjusting the magnetic field of the electromagnet 7, and the small magnetic field corresponds to the small opening pressure value and is continuously adjustable.

As shown in fig. 3, the two solenoid magnetic liquid intelligent safety valve structures have two wire hole slots on the valve body, and the solenoids are installed between the pole shoes to form two magnetic loops, so that the adjustable opening pressure range is larger. When the two electromagnets are adjusted to the minimum position of the magnetic field, the safety valve has the minimum opening pressure; when both electromagnets are adjusted to the magnetic field maximum position, the safety valve will have the maximum opening pressure. The required pressure is adjusted according to actual conditions.

The pole shoe and the rotating shaft valve cover 1 are made of materials with good magnetic conductivity, and the magnetic liquid 10 can be selected from magnetic liquids 10 with different base carrier liquids according to different working conditions. After the number of the pole teeth 11, the number of the electromagnets 7 and the materials of the pole shoes, the electromagnets 7 and the rotating shaft 1 are determined, the pressure value borne by the sealing structure of the magnetic liquid 10 under different magnetic fields, namely the opening pressure value can be calculated, once the pressure inlet reaches the opening pressure value, the sealing ring of the magnetic liquid 10 is broken, and gas is released from the pressure relief opening, so that the effect of automatic pressure relief is achieved. When the pressure is reduced, the magnetic liquid 10 returns to the pole teeth 11 again to form the sealing ring due to the self-repairing function of the magnetic liquid. When the magnetic liquid 10 is lost, the valve cover 1 is opened to fill the magnetic liquid 10.
