the filtering material is compressed under the elastic action of the second abutting spring 2d, so that the area of the filtering material is reduced, the dirt collecting mechanism 4 can store too many filtering materials, and the times of cleaning the dirt collecting mechanism 4 are reduced;

consequently, second conflict spring 2d plays the discharge gate that pulling flashboard 2a closed installing frame 13 and prevents the effect that the sewage flows out, still plays the effect of compressing the filter material, reduces the area of filter material.

Each elastic transmission arm 7 comprises a sleeve 7a, a push spring 7b, a push column 7c, a circular slider 7d, a push circular plate 7e, a bending plate 7f and a reinforcing plate 7h, the sleeve 7a is fixedly arranged on the water collecting tank 11 through two fixing seats 7i, an arc-shaped notch 7a1 for avoiding the bending plate 7f is formed in the sleeve 7a, the push circular plate 7e is positioned in the sleeve 7a, the push spring 7b is positioned in the sleeve 7a, one end of the push spring 7b is abutted against the push circular plate 7e, the other end of the push spring 7b is abutted against the circular slider 7d, the circular slider 7d is positioned in the sleeve 7a, the circular slide block 7d is connected with the inner wall of the sleeve 7a in a sliding way, the push column 7c is fixedly arranged on the circular slide block 7d, a reinforcing plate 7h for reinforcing the bending plate 7f is fixedly mounted on the bending plate 7f, and the bending plate 7f is fixedly mounted on the first connecting plate 1 f. with the continuous movement of the first connecting plate 1f, the pushing circular plate 7e continuously compresses the pushing spring 7b, but the jacking mechanism 5 moves in place, cannot move continuously, but stores the energy;
