The current common scheme in the industry is to use a digital display wrench or an indicator wrench for sampling inspection, and fig. 1 is a common wrench structure which mainly comprises a wrench extension rod 101, a handle 103, a digital display panel 102, a ratchet head and other parts. The torque spot check personnel use the tool to carry out spot check on stations with torque requirements, and the spot check is manually recorded in a torque spot check recording table. If the torques of various types of machines need to be detected, the torques need to be recorded respectively so as to classify and analyze the detected static torques according to the types of the machines.

The above scheme has the following defects:

1) paper edition data recording is not beneficial to long-term storage and tracing of data;

2) when the sampling inspection is manually controlled, the wrench rotates by an angle, and the sampling inspection results of different staff are poor in consistency;

3) the filling proportion of the form in the working elements of the spot-checking staff is large, and time is wasted;

4) and engineers manually input the data into a computer for sorting and statistical analysis, so that time and cost waste of secondary processing exists.

3. scanning a laser two-dimensional code of a cylinder cover/cylinder body of an engine to be spot-inspected by using a DPM code scanning gun 1, or manually inputting the number EUN of the engine to bind a torque record value with the engine;

4. after the torque spot check is finished, the spot checker automatically uploads and records data in an uploading format of 'engine serial number/static torque';

5. when one Qcos point is checked, automatically jumping to the next Qcos point in the list, wherein a QCOS (quality Check Operation sheet) quality control Operation table is a quality tool for process control from a GM system;

6. and (4) generating a report by software one key according to daily sampling inspection data and exporting the report.
